WHY WOULD YOU NOT EXTEND THEM?! Please answer this question, During the not profitable months of mining did you have the miners still running? Shouldn’t have been...So shouldn’t of had much expenses then. Should of just suspended the contracts till mining can resume. So your just keeping investors BTC that they payed you and you didn’t even have the miners running? Most if not all, expect 1yr of actual mining like the contract says, not oh well it’s not profitable now so we’re just not going to not mine now and we get to keep your BTC you invested. Lol, somethings wrong here and I see lawsuits coming if you don’t make this right and extend the contracts.
Even if the equipment would have been turned off, it would have still needed to be maintained and rent would have had to be paid. According to our Terms of Service, all contracts were supposed to be terminated after 21 consecutive days of unprofitable mining when MEF exceeded daily payouts, but the service decided to keep the contracts active. With the price of BTC as low as it is, as well as mining difficulty hovering around the same value for a very long time, it is impossible to predict when mining might become profitable again. |

This is a completely thievery fiddle, after all reinvestings we have 0 and still waiting for more than 1 year but nothing happens, and you dont renew the contracts automatically, this is nobody's fault and you are the only side who make profit by doing nothing!, 1 by 1 contract dates ending which reaches 365 days, so dont blame the maintenance fees, this is your choice to make people cursing you .. i hope all the responsibles die before spending these moneys.. Hi, When my contract expires and I still have less than min limit to withdraw from my account, will i be able to get anything?? I've always reinvested. Now STILL NOTHING and day by day my hashrate contracts ending and power is going down . !!   Dont you think you should pay at least the minimum number that before the date this maintenance difficulties start.. I refuse total zero for one year long After your contracts have expired you can contact support and request a manual withdrawal if your balance does not meet the minimum withdrawal limit. The service is not planning to perform any compensation at the moment. Any comment on Hashcoins being in SCAM section?
That dates back to the time when HC was still assembling and selling mining equipment. However, due to the number of orders that the service could not meet, the production was discontinued and some of the clients did not receive the miners that they have ordered, but they were all compensated with cloud mining contracts at HashFlare, which not only allowed them to get the paid amount back but also make a profit. To put it short - in the end, no one lost their money. |

The sooner you submit the documents - the sooner they will be processed. Jaslak It does not matter how many funds you have on your account, 0.15, 0.5 or 15 ETH - the only thing that matters for a successful KYC verification is whether the correct high-quality images were uploaded and that the data on the documents correspond with the information on your account. I am not certain where you got the information that only accounts with high balance are being negatively affected. KYC became mandatory for many services in 2018 and we were forced to introduce this procedure, while it was not required when the service started its operation. I do not possess the statistics for the number of accounts that were successfully verified, the only thing that I may say for certain is that if all of the images was submitted correctly, with all of the information visible and accurate, then the account will be verified; otherwise, the documents would have to be resubmitted to meet all of the necessary conditions. The queue is long due to the number of verification requests submitted, not because most of the accounts are already empty. |

Я так понимаю все таки можно вывести средства если закончился контракт, но минималки нет, писать в поддержку?Люди, у кого-то это получилось?
Всё верно - по истечению срока действия контракта и при отсутствии минимальной суммы, можно запросить вывод обратившись в поддержку. |

Ну что. Подведём итоги "сотрудничества". Вложил в ваш "сервис" 20 января 2018 года 1600 долларов. Немного, совсем немного, получил сатошиков от вас и с весны 2018-го благополучно несу убытки. Жаль, что промахнулся с ожиданием. Вера в криптобудущее никуда не ушла. Ушли только с трудом заработанные деньги. Жаль. Могли бы по человечески остановить контракты, разницу вернуть. Перевести контракты на майнинг эфира, даш - да что угодно, лишь бы сохранить инвестиции КЛИЕНТОВ. Но вы предпочли ничего не делать. Не зря от вас та миловидная дамочка ушла. Эх, не послушал я свою чуйку. Удачи желать не буду. Дам ментального подзатыльника за то, что хитрожопостью своей нажили немного деньжат.
О всех возможных рисках было указано в правилах пользования. Перевести контракты с SHA-256 на что-либо другое также невозможно, поскольку майнят они на разных алгоритмах. Об этой ситуации в целом сервис писал тут. |

Yeah,Kinda feels stupid that u wanted this same exact info when i had lost my 2-fa key to account,And hadnt logged in after 11-2017 then you give me acces to account on basis of documents i provided ID,Selfie with ID,ETC. Now i have to wait a lot more even though i now have acces...based on a "KYC"
In order to pass KYC, the documents have to be submitted via the KYC system from your account. It is integrated into our system and as we cannot submit the documents that you have previously submitted from our end, it has to be done by the user himself. |

Дык может пора уже открыто признаться что не было никакого майнинга настоящего.... Что просто дурили людей....а когда прижало начали вводить и верификации, и минималки ,а теперь хотите жопу прикрыть и типа ничего не было. И обещали цены за свет типа снизить, который ни на что не тратился  Проще было ферму собрать или АСИК купить и выхлоп был бы больше, чем доверять неизвестно кому, у которых даже адреса нет настоящего Умные люди уже давно поняли что это был СКАМ! И писать сейчас можно что угодно, как и доказывать....только откровенный дебил с одной извилиной купит контракты в этой шарашке.... Майнинг есть и на данный момент, но в силу низкого курса ВТС и высокой сложности, плата за обслуживание и электричество выше начислений. В дата центрах были и некоторые клиенты - при желании можно найти их отзывы в интернете. Минимальный порог на выводы был увеличен в начале этого года, а функционал для верификации начали разрабатывать ещё весной - задолго до того, как майнить начало в убыток. Снизить плату за электричество сервис также никогда не обещал - говорили лишь о том, что при возможности она будет снижена (и в прошлом всегда снижалась, когда такая возможность предоставлялась). |

There is no real mining behind this ponzi, only investments in russian mafia and support from a corrupted politician for the entire hashcoins company. Someone from london check that address and you markovski should watch your back and look over your shoulder everyday while on streets you never know when someone needs an information to help him. There are many complaints on internet about hashflare and on some forums hashflare has been already declared scam. I will keep searching ,find and join them. You have once again failed to provide any sort of evidence, debunk any of the facts that I have laid before you, or come up with any kind of counter-argument. Instead of that, you resort to threats, insults and conspiracy theories. If you do not have anything constructive to say, then I would suggest you not to write anything at all. |
