As for the discount campaign. As you may know, we do them often enough, because we want to maintain more or less stable ROI – essentially the cheaper you buy hashrate the better. Yes, this method won’t solve the global problem of mining difficulty increase, however this is the best we can do. At the moment, we are working on equipment renewal in our data center, which will reduce the maintenance fees. As for the new withdrawal feature without commission. Initially, our service was conceived as an alternative to actual mining for those users who want to avoid difficulties with setting up and maintaining miners. That is why we tried to make our service as simple as possible for our users. Adding an option to set your own commission (or disregard it completely) for the withdrawal of funds is a serious revision of the whole service. With taking all the current plans to improve the system into consideration (such as adding the Litecoin balance), we can’t promise that we will change anything about the commission in the near future. However, we will definitely consider it. Again I would like to remind: investing in cryptocurrency is a risk, please don’t forget about it, especially beginners. Invest wisely. I know you have this planned, any ETA on this? -->> have you got any news or any update on this because i can't see any place where its mention that Unfortunately we are unable to provide a working system which allows inter-user hashrate transfers yet. Currently our powers are aimed towards the improving of current system functionality. We are also working on establishment of a new data center which will allow us to offer a more efficient service (for instance, we want to lower the commission fees). If you are willing to sell your hashrate to any other user, please contact our technical support as they will be able to manually help with that.

We are sorry for the delay. Probably many of you have alresdy seen that note in panel: On 12.01.2016, the payout calculation returned incorrect results. In order to restore the correct numbers, we have cancelled all unconfirmed withdrawals as well as reverted all balance and reinvest purchases for 12.01.2016. Subsequently we changed the payout values to the actually mined amounts. If you have made any successful withdrawals before the issue was resolved, you may have a negative balance.

hashflare i need auto withdraw feature with no fees The block.io service which we use for withdrawals takes a commission fee in order to speed the transaction up. Otherwise you would have to wait up to 48 hours for a withdrawal to be confirmed within blockchain. Yes this would be very nice. And an instant withdraw feature with a custom fee, that can be entered by the user and is then used as the fee. Currently it is not possible to set a manual withdrawal feature and I believe that this will not change anytime in the nearest future. Are we able to have payouts in LTCs? Currently all our payouts are in converted to BTCs even though we have scrypt power. Unfortunately, users aren't able to have payouts in LTC at the moment. We are working on LTC ballance and payouts. options. 3. Hashflare could not prove until now that they are mining to that extend that they are claiming they are...(some Pictures of Miner in one Rack are not enough evidence to me. Our data center is full of locked hardware stands and there is very little space in between them. That is why it gets really problematic to open the stands and take an angle for all the hardware to be seen. We are currently thinking of a way to provide more proof of the mining process, but at this exact moment we are working on our security system making it perfect, and this is a higher priority for us (I believe that some of you have had some issues logging in lately - that's us doing some coding wizardry). 4. Hashcoins who back the Operation with Hardware had a lot of Hardware on their Webpage which was all pre-order and never hit the Market afaik. As far as I know - currently HashCoins has changed its business model and is now working wholesale. 6. Don't invest Money that you cannot afford to lose. So true!

What about Scypt N or Etherum? Are there any plans in that direction? At the moment I can say that we rejected the idea to start up Scrypt-N contract.

@HashFlare I want to buy more scrypt power with your company. Are you able to share with us the future plans of your company and your outlook of the crypto industry? In the next year we have a couple of goals to achieve: 1. We are going to investigate and hopefully add more mining options. No exact information yet, everything is a subject to change. 2. We are looking for new ways to cut the electricity expenses. We are having some discussion with local power plants and we are also developing new environment-friendly hardware.
