yes, I thought it is obvious

I made a bitter joke

ok, tread is useless, no good new info here
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: add this feature to bitcoin wallet and we will fly on: July 01, 2014, 11:52:18 AM
my main complaint is on people,
they accept too much shafting,
actually it is like they demand that treatment,
don't know why...

it is part of the global feminisation

people give away power and than go submissive,
begging for what belongs to them

and as for paypal, it amazes me, how they didn't get punished already, by mass exodus
darwin is beating around the bush with this one

how come bully never looses a tooth ?
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / add this feature to bitcoin wallet and we will fly on: July 01, 2014, 11:14:30 AM
one feature that average joe obviously likes is what paypal provides,
so why not have it in bitcoin wallet ?

here it is

random blocking of coins,
chance to get blocked from spending incrases with amount of coins in wallet,
funds unlocked after random number of "mails" sent somewhere
or default release after 180 days

people would love it, and awareness of bitcoin would rise, there would be many headlines and threads everywhere,
news coverage about coins blocked, unusable for long time, moar hodl less panic selling etc...

people would get more emotionally engaged

not to mention, security would improve, since some hackers would have to wait

win-win situation
105  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS -- Cascasius coin 1 btc 2011. with error on: May 22, 2014, 08:23:25 PM
really nobody wants a cascasius error coin ?
106  Economy / Goods / Re: WTS -- Cascasius coin 1 btc 2011. with error on: May 22, 2014, 05:59:28 PM
the reason for bigger price with escrow included is simple,

statistically, more people involved, more chance for troubles,
person acting as escrow hit by buss is an example,
that is the only reason
not to discourage escrow

lets go, people Smiley

3 btc if no escrow, buyer sends first,
it is very risky, but I'm a good guy Smiley

if escrow, than price must be 3.2 btc + escrow fee

sending internationally, with signature request on delivery
110  Economy / Scam Accusations / bitcoinpsftp on: April 25, 2014, 10:45:29 PM
I have to call him a scammer,

he is a good one, watch out,

smooth operator, gathered some bitcoin for poker tournament staking,
he actually gave me some poker coaching cheaply, to build trust, I assume

I got carried away buy his poorness, he only suggested, not asked for speciffically,
and I sent him 1 btc to help him earn playing poker, I even said to keep 90% of the winnings, so he can take off faster

he just stopped responding, has been active since,
first he had the long vacation, than the hard disc with my btc on it has crashed Smiley

people, keep all for yourself, even mercy, not only your coins
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin blocks on: April 20, 2014, 09:35:25 AM

Hashes are computed using the block header as input. Elements of the block header depend on many things, including the transactions included in the block. In the block header there is some free space that can be filled with any value (the so-called nonce). The goal of the miner is to create a block header in such a way that its hash falls below a certain target value. So while the hash of a blockheader of an altcoin may fall below the target of the bitcoin blockchain, the block that this hash was computed from will not be a valid Bitcoin block, because the difficulty value embedded in its header will be different and the transactions included in the block will be invalid on the Bitcoin network.

ok, now it is much clearer

hash is proof of work, but cant be submitted as the actual work,
work is the block produced,
altcoin miner must be actually mining bitcoin to be able to use finding on bitcoin
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: altcoin blocks on: April 20, 2014, 08:52:11 AM
I am talking about actual numbers that are a block hash,

can they be reused, that hash, to mess with with bitcoin blockchain ?

for eample,
some altcoin miner finds new block and that 000000000000000023494920420402 hash actually fits the current bitcoin blockchain requirement, and uses it to "hurt" bitcoin in some way

I hope I now clarified my question
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / altcoin blocks on: April 19, 2014, 09:23:37 PM
are they, or their hashes, usable in bitcoin blockchain,

is that danger to bitcoin blockchain in any way ?
114  Other / Off-topic / Re: please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 09, 2014, 10:08:31 AM
nevermind, if anyone is still looking here, I capitulated on this matter
115  Other / Off-topic / Re: please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 07, 2014, 07:10:56 PM
I've never tried this with namecoin.  It probably should work the same way, but I've never looked at the source or anything else.

Just to be clear, is the key for the transaction being redeemed in your wallet?

yes, regular namecoin qt wallet, latest

this is a simple test,
no multisig, just signing from offline, where my private key is,

I created a transaction (request) online, same qt version, same wallet in it
116  Other / Off-topic / Re: please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 03, 2014, 09:53:51 PM

I am still stuck,

people help, please, I am sooo close now Smiley

signrawtransaction 010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000 '[{"txid":"2125bed6033a8e158278129bba38b3187a1d881744a112512345ec930d7ecb41","vout":0,"scriptPubKey":
"76a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f8188ac"}]'

this is my best bet now,

it returns that same hash parameter and description -- "complete" :false

when I execute only short version

signrawtransaction 010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000

same thing happens,

I have the same version of qt online and offline,
and that is the latest available

wallet was encrypted in standard qt interface

and I unlock it with walletpassphrase before I execute those above instructions

any ideas ?

my goal is to spend from a cold storage, so if any of you people have a solution other than doing raw transactions,
please speak now, or forever hold your peace Smiley

117  Other / Off-topic / Re: please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 03, 2014, 09:22:59 PM
The scriptPubKey is the public key of address, you can use validateaddress to get it.

ok, I have this scryptpubkey, got it with

decoderawtransaction 010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000

and now,  when i enter this

signrawtransaction 010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000
'[{"txid":"2125bed6033a8e158278129bba38b3187a1d881744a112512345ec930d7ecb41","vout":0,
"scriptPubKey":"76a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f8188ac" }]' '[abc123]'

I get

error: value is type int, expected array,

I am entering password in a format as I would enter it through keyboard

if password is abc123, I am entering directly abc123 as parameter
118  Other / Off-topic / Re: please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 03, 2014, 08:04:18 PM
thank you Smiley
it works

I get this:

010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000

now,
if my password is abc123

signrawtransaction 010000000141cb7e0d93ec45235112a14417881d7a18b338ba9b127882158e3a03d6be252100000 00000ffffffff018066ab13000000001976a9143b5b3007d7dd2cdeaba2542b6a2effa33cc13f81 88ac00000000 '[{"txid":"2125bed6033a8e158278129bba38b3187a1d881744a112512345ec930d7ecb41","vout":0, "scriptPubKey": }]' '[abc123]'

is that even correct ?

and I don't know where to find that scriptPubKey value,
tried on block explorer and in my transaction description, but no such number

119  Other / Off-topic / please help me create a raw namecoin transaction on: April 03, 2014, 07:22:47 PM
I guess I am doing only some syntax error Smiley

trying to execute this in qt console :

createrawtransaction '[{"txid":"2125bed6033a8e158278129bba38b3187a1d881744a112512345ec930d7ecb41","vout":0}]'
'{"N1zDJnuNdBFXxF17JmmJFjLAM1t5PTbKoC":3.3}'

than this :

createrawtransaction '[{2125bed6033a8e158278129bba38b3187a1d881744a112512345ec930d7ecb41,0}]'
'{N1zDJnuNdBFXxF17JmmJFjLAM1t5PTbKoC:3.3}'

none of those combinations works, all I get is error parsing JSON

I have more than 3.3 nmc in wallet,
but they are currently young, just landed in

my intention is to send them out by creating transaction online than signing it offline
with signrawtransaction

can someone teach me this Smiley
thanx
