101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hold or sell and buy back lower on: June 12, 2018, 02:56:52 AM
The cryptocurrency market is super volatile. I suppose holdin - isn't much effective strategy here. The chart moves by hours, even minutes. You can have some profit only by holding really promissing coins, like PTM. On the other hand, actively trading, or so they say, day trading, is much more effective. There is a big risk in day trading but also a promise of much bigger profits.
Holding your coins is a strategy designed to protect you from the volatility of the market which means that the longer you hold the greater benefits you get and also the bigger its the volatility the greater the protection that you get, day trading is in fact the opposite of long term holding where you are exposed completely to the volatility of the market, the potential profits are great but the potential losses are greater as well.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin in developing countries on: June 12, 2018, 02:46:32 AM
According to the latest survey that more than 95% of bitcoin users are from developed countries such as Japan, USA, South Korea, Europe and so on, while only 5% are from developing countries, this is an interesting fact that developed countries give freedom to their citizens to use bitcoin while developing countries instead banned of bitcoin.
This is very simple to explain, countries that are powerful like those that you are mentioning are thinking they can somehow manage bitcoin and their users, while countries that are still developing understand very clearly they will never control bitcoin users at all, it is weird but I think the governments of the developing countries are right and those powerful countries are underestimating bitcoin big time.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you find good ICOs? on: June 12, 2018, 02:27:51 AM
in my opinion 2018 year its not good for ico investments  Angry you better wait for token or coin hit the exchanges and then buy it. cause almost 80 or more percent of them are dropping in price for few times. i already saw it almost every time and for now i dont wanna invest anymore. too many icos now and too may scammers and bad project trying to collect your money
I agree with this if we take into account that most coins go down in value after the ico then the correct action to take is to wait after the ico and wait for the price to go down and to take advantage of the low prices, just make sure the price is not crashing because you do not want to become a bag holder and lose your investment before you even have a chance to make money with that coin.
104  Economy / Economics / Re: Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency? on: June 12, 2018, 02:14:39 AM

A few countries and central banks have been talking about “digital currency”, and most of them are carefully ignoring the term “crypto”. Fact is- digital currency is not the same as cryptocurrency. These countries/central banks are recognizing the benefits of the digital currency features of cryptocurrency, but they don’t want any of the decentralized uncertainties that come with blockchain-based currencies.
Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency?

I do not think they will create their own electronic money, instead, they will cooperate with Crypto companies to expand their business model.
I think that is the best option because the banks have been listed on the stock market. They have enough capital to carry out their business and investment strategies, so they will not need to be listed on the Crypto market anymore.
If governments are smart they are not going to delegate the responsibility and the privilege to print money to anyone else, if you take the time to think about what makes governments powerful you will soon realize they are that powerful, not only because of their size and the amount of information they have about you, they are powerful because they can print money.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next big ICO on: June 11, 2018, 11:18:08 PM
Do your own research.

Are you expecting that someone will give you the "next big" ICO? No.

Expect those people will just come here and endorse their upcoming ICO's and will say bla bla bla this is the next big thing.
Exactly, who is going to be so generous to give to you such information and even if a person did it how are you going to distinguish from real advise and sponsored advice of people advertising the bounties in which they are participating or promoting coins in which they have invested as well? So questions like the one we see in the op are impossible to answer.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin may continue to move higher on: June 11, 2018, 10:49:02 PM
No one can ever predict the price of bitcoin as this has volatile movement. I will just contented that this has still here despite of all the negative news being slapped for this year. The price of bitcoin is still worth it now and If the price will rise in the year end it's a bonus to us. Stay positive as we had more years to come.

You cannot predict the price of Bitcoin, but what you can do is take positions based on your beliefs. If you are bullish in the long term and don’t want to take risks, you can hodl your bitcoins. If you have the appetite to take risks, you can do some short term trading.
This is a very important difference, predicting the price of bitcoin is impossible however based on what we can see in the market it is not that difficult to more or less have an opinion of how the market is going to move in the next weeks and months, however I prefer not to risk it I will always be positive about bitcoin and about what bitcoin can achieve which is why I want to be a long term holder.
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: June 11, 2018, 10:43:04 PM
It can be said that the economy in my country today is better than it was a few years ago, this is due to the continuous improvement of infrastructure that supports all industries and distribution.
It is a good thing that the circumstances in your country are improving but unfortunately in most counties this is not the case, we are seeing the same all over the world, we see huge inflation, lack of jobs and the jobs that exist pays a very low wage, but at least we have bitcoin which is a great source of hope and income for some that have the skills to benefit from this market.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to become a trader? on: June 09, 2018, 01:42:42 AM
It is very simple. Start. Join here and try to be succesful. Start from little, increase for more! I have done just the same
If it was that easy then everyone will be a millionaire, the truth is that it is very hard to become a good trader and at first the only thing you can do is to read some books and try to learn everything you can and then you need to put your knowledge to test and see if you can make some money, if you cannot then you need to study some more until you do it but even then the profits may not be what you are looking for.
109  Economy / Economics / Re: You missed all the trains, not just bitcoin on: June 09, 2018, 01:31:40 AM
Yes i did see now that i had a chance Sad. I thought i would invest my first money but its all gone for this year now.
Save more money and invest, each day you delay your investment in this market is a day you are not going to recover in the future, one of the most basic regrets that you will see in this forum from people that became investors is to not invest earlier when they had the chance and how they could have amazing profits if they took the step years ago, so do not be like them and invest as soon as you can.
110  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will you stay in crypto if BTC does not recover? on: June 09, 2018, 12:41:05 AM
Of course I will. I am proud to be in crypto and I do it not only because of profit. I really like it and I believe in it. I will stay even if Bitcoin will fall down.
This is the right attitude unfortunately very few people have a strong enough conviction to hold their bitcoin no matter what, there are many people that only care about getting fast profits and when that does not happen they sell their coins not caring at all how they affect the market by their selfish decisions, if there were more people like you the price of bitcoin will be a lot higher.
111  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment in Bitcoin vs Investment in Education? on: June 07, 2018, 04:36:58 AM
Invest in both I know it is hard to do both at the same time but if you really want to improve your life then you need to do both, education is very useful especially if you study something that is productive, however we cannot deny that cryptocurrencies give incredible opportunities we have seen examples of people under 18 years old earning fortunes thanks to it and you do not want to miss that.
But education is most important than crypto earnings so we need to study first and can do some oart time kobs to invest on the crypto currencies. But many people are leaving their college because they are earning lot of m9ney from doing crypto trading but we also have to get graduate to get succeed in life.
There are many people that did not assisted or finished college and they were still successful in life and there is a significant amount of the population that went to college and are not successful, my point is that cryptocurrencies are once in a lifetime opportunity and if you do not take that chance who knows how long it will take to see something similar so you need to do both.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will you do with your Bitcoin in 2018? Will it become more valuable? on: June 07, 2018, 04:29:08 AM
until now I still hold my bitcoin, because I believe this year the price of bitcoin will go back up, it is true that in this year bitcoin be something that is very valuable to me
You are taking the right decision, I know it is very difficult to see that it is the right decision when the price of bitcoin is not recovering right now but in the future when  all of those people that sold begin to complain about selling you will be in the perfect position to do whatever you want, you could keep holding or you could sell your bitcoins and make money that way.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best coin to invest for x10 profit on: June 07, 2018, 04:00:44 AM
Hello!
I am new in the crypto world and I look for something to invest in and make a good profit around x10 for beginning. I think that it is better to look for x10 profit than something like x100. Can you tell me if you believe something will see the x10 rise in price soon? Greetings!
Forget it, while making those kind of profits is completely possible if you do not know how to pick those coins then you are lost, you are basically saying to people of the forum to take control of your money and do whatever they want with them and this is a mistake even if it worked for you once it is not going to work forever and you will lose all your money.
114  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will The Price Of Bitcoin Increase Forever? on: June 07, 2018, 03:52:41 AM
With regulations around the corner, this is a definite no. however, the intrinsic nature of bitcoin and as it has been touted in different circles as being the digital gold of decentralised economy, it might have this going on for a while longer.
Regulations will only have a temporary effect on the price of bitcoin, I know that people in this market are very impatient and if the regulations have an effect of months or years that is an eternity in the market but even that is not such a great effect for me, it was not long again that bitcoin was trading below 1000 dollars and even with the crash bitcoin is way above that price.
115  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's suppose that Bitcoin became universal (used everywhere you go) on: June 07, 2018, 03:45:35 AM
There are only two possibilities, first that the scenario you are presenting never happens, after all no government can survive without taxes and the developers of bitcoin will never allow that in the code, the second scenario is that happens and governments will need to learn to exist without taxes, so governments will have to be very small compared to what we have now.
In both cases it's not viable for the government. Theoretically they could survive without tax income, but it would require them to be productive on their own, and not many countries work like that.

The system is largely build up to use every entity in the economy as cash cow, which is something that has been going on for decades now. I don't ever think the government will change a working system.

The mass will follow the government's path, where the few brave and smart people will look to distance themselves from it. Governments know that, and as long as they have the sheeples (the mass) following them, they are secured.
It is not viable you are completely correct on that but in the past governments used to survive without taxes but were a lot smaller and I think there are two possible things could happen the governments keep getting bigger and if that is the case then your bitcoin holdings will be taxed like anything else, or governments become smaller and they do not need to tax bitcoin anymore.
116  Economy / Economics / Re: Factors that affects the value of bitcoin... on: June 05, 2018, 03:19:40 AM
Hey guys,  i need some suggestions and opinions about this.
There are many factors that affect the price of bitcoin, for example the media can be very influential, many people talk about the FUD and that is true but the media will do anything to get visitors and clicks and when the price of bitcoin skyrockets we also see many news about the revolutionary nature of bitcoin and how it can change the future.
117  Economy / Economics / Re: World economy, what do you think? on: June 05, 2018, 03:13:44 AM
World economy seems too complicated for us because we only know the part that we are allowed to see. In my opinion economy is just the way capitalists misuse the term money to live the best life on this planet. What is the value of a paper that we waste our only loves on? This era of history is a capitalist era. A day will come history will repeat itself and we will return to good old days that all resources on this planet earth will be distributed fairly.

When in the history of man, was the world resources distributed fairly? The strongest nations has always won wars in the past

and then they controlled the resources of the country that they conquered. The world was built on wars and people died for

their land. The only countries where resources has been distributed fairly was supposed to be communist countries and not

even they get it right.   Roll Eyes
True, many people talk about a fair distribution of wealth but even if that ever happened as soon as you run the system the distribution of wealth will begin to change and will begin to look like the current system with the only difference that we will have different people at the top this is why bitcoin is attractive because it gives different people than the current ones the chance to become whales.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest in Crypto wisely and strategically on: June 05, 2018, 03:00:49 AM
My strategy is to follow the market trend
This technique is also useful but we need to have a deep research on how to invest well so that it will become successful.
Following the market trend is important but something that is not talked about as much is that at some point you need to go against the trend for example if the price goes up at some point you need to sell to get profits if you do not then you will follow the price when it eventually begins to go down and that can only be done if you have deep knowledge about market analysis.
119  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: June 05, 2018, 02:57:20 AM
All kinds of investments are good as long as we can manage well, bitcoin and real estate are two types of good investment and worthy of our choosing, many people are afraid of bitcoin investment because it is too volatile, but this is just an opportunity to get big profits.
Real estate has the same problems as investing in cryptocurrencies there are some good properties at very good prices and there are some terrible properties with all kind of hidden defects that it is imposable to see that if you buy in those properties you risk losing all your investment this is very similar to cryptocurrencies where you can invest in a good coin like bitcoin but there are also terrible icos around.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you find good ICOs? on: June 05, 2018, 02:52:59 AM
i will give you tips on finding a good ico
1. usually good ico ad scattered everywhere
2. developers already in the know by the crowd
3. trusted and great partner
A good ico does not necessarily needs to have great publicity or to have ads all over the forum it just needs to have good developers and a decent road map to get to their goals and while that may seem easy it is not, after all there are already thousands of projects in the market and it is difficult to do something better than all of those coins.
