101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018 on: December 20, 2017, 08:11:52 PM

Why not? Most of the people nowadays knows McDonalds , and it is very essential for bitcoin to be introduced in different country but the thing is are the people surrwounds were willing to accept it as way payment? As soon as possible? I think it will happened but not in 2018

And it helps the price of bitcoin to stabilize, the growing purpose of bitcoin as a currency helps the price to become stronger and not fluctuate greatly.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can bitcoin cash surpass bitcoin in the future? on: December 20, 2017, 02:55:05 AM
As we can see the price of BTC & BCH, the price of BCC is continuing to increase while the price of BTC is decreasing..

With a better features than BTC, can bitcoin cash meet the same price as the bitcoin have now in the future? Or can BCH can surpass BTC since many are selling their BTC and investing in BCH already?

Share your opinions..

Bitcoin is becoming unusable today because of the slow transactions. There are other coins like bitcoin cash which have a nice reputation and a large community. It can happen if there will be no changes made on bitcoin.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Regret! on: December 16, 2017, 09:57:03 PM
Does anyone else regret that hasn't invested in certain Altcoins that now rose 400-800%? Because I regret it a lot. :|

I had many regrets because I already knew bitcoin in the past but did not get some curiosity to learn more about it. And now, the regrets of not believing in alts and putting all my trust to bitcoin. But it is never too late, there are newer coins that shows potential and we can still invest on those coins.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which County is next. on: December 14, 2017, 09:06:00 AM
The clamor to ban Bitcoins is growing at a alarming rate and this could be bad for Bitcoin. First the Asian country India conducted a raid on its exchanges, then it South Korea sending mix signals on bitcoin, though there is no negative news as such whether they'll ban it, but how long before other countries wake up and start to do this. My major fear is what happens when the usa bans it's. That would spell the end of it I suppose, we should raise our voices to protect bitcoins.

The government is too selfish to ban exchanges in their country. Individuals benefit from bitcoin and I really don't see any negative effect that it could give to the country. The increasing numbers of banned bitcoin exchanges in many countries hinders the growth of bitcoin and it is really alarming.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etherdelta my favourite on: December 12, 2017, 07:07:26 PM
what is ed? Huh

It is Etherdelta, a decentralize exchange platform for ethereum based tokens: https://etherdelta.com/

I also use Etherdelta for trading tokens from bounties, it is easy to use. Just need some upgrades on the interface because it is somehow slow.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I Late to the Party? on: December 12, 2017, 07:03:36 PM
I have been investing slightly into Litecoin and Tech Coin also later. I received LTC at c. $120-280 depending. However, I am wondering am I late to the party? By this I mean are we ALL late to the party. Yes Bitcoin is rising month-month but that isn't for me where the true money is.

The ICO's for me and listing on exchanges are where the true value comes in, yes this is a long game and we should view it that way.

I propose setting up a Threat to this topic, where we collectively analyse and agree as a collective ICO's that are worth the investment, so that we can turn that $1 p/coin into $500 p/coin together.

What does everyone say? We essentially recommend or track ICO's and exchanges live and individually we can invest?

You will always regret and you will not be motivated to make an investment if you will always look back on the price of these coins in the past. Remember that the market is growing for all reputable coins and you won't regret it if you will invest today and wait for some years. Just be patient
107  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: December 12, 2017, 07:00:38 PM
If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.

It is smarter to choose bitcoin, the market is growing + the technology is growing + the reputation of cryptocurrencies is getting bigger, in a matter of 10 years I see bitcoin reaching 100k USD or even higher. Invest and wait and you won't regret it.
108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indonesian Government Banned Bitcoin on: December 12, 2017, 06:57:18 PM
I am Indonesian, after about 6 years living with bitcoin life, mining, trading and join bitcoin community, from mining and trading i got more income and others benefit but what  happen now? bank central of indonesia will ban bitcoin, Fucking stupid  Indonesian government

https://news.bitcoin.com/indonesia-media-urge-bitcoiners-to-cash-in-ahead-of-coming-crypto-ban/?utm_source=OneSignal%20Push&utm_medium=notification&utm_campaign=Push%20Notifications

Why would the government hinder the financial growth of other people, and why do they see bitcoin like a poison in the economy? It helped many people I know and there are more people who will benefit in bitcoin and in cryptos if the government will allow the circulation of cryptocurrencies.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018 on: December 12, 2017, 06:53:38 PM

It is a nice news, I hope i will be able to have a wider use of bitcoin here in my country. I look forward to more uses of bitcoin in the future. I've always believed in bitcoin.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 2017 is crazy for bitcoin on: December 12, 2017, 06:51:19 PM
I remember that on 1st January 2017 , the price of bitcoin is about $1000, but now we can see the price is already over $7000. To be honest, that is why some people said this is bubble since the unbelievable rising of bitcoin. However, let us look back upon the history, we can tell that Email subvert the postal industry, Amazon subvert the retail industry. Furthermore, Will bitcoin subvert the traditional banking?

Above is just my personal idea.If you like or not, I wish everyone here have a nice day.

Many people did not believe in bitcoin and today, those people are having regrets and now wanted to earn bitcoin. I believe bitcoin will soon be more popular than traditional banking, the increasing purpose of bitcoin in the physical world helps its price become compact and stable. It is what we need rather than pumping and dumping the price which affects many people greatly.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Bubble ? on: December 12, 2017, 09:38:02 AM
The increasing purpose and usage of bitcoin makes the price more stable and compact. It cannot simply fall down from a huge amount of dump from traders. The support from the people is what making bitcoin usable as a currency more than an asset. I believe it gets stronger by next year and not become more unstable.
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Which one is good, trading or investing? on: December 11, 2017, 06:48:19 PM
If you invested that amount on that day, you have great gains today. Investing for long term won't fail you, the market is continuously growing so expect a continuous growth even if there are fluctuations sometimes.
113  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: December 11, 2017, 06:44:30 PM
No, it can affect the economy in many ways, and a national currency has to be controlled by the government which destroys the characteristic of bitcoin as a decentralized currency.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is so slow on: December 11, 2017, 06:18:19 PM
The increase in the number of transactions in the network is the reason, you need to put high gas price and fee in order for your transaction to be confirmed fast.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum at $1000 in Jan 2018? on: December 08, 2017, 02:42:54 PM
I hope it will happen but with its current situation right now, the probability is low. Though the popularity of ethereum is increasing fast, the change in its price is very little.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: December 07, 2017, 10:39:51 PM
These altcoins have their different purposes that gave them their unique characteristics that made some of these alts popular. Bitcoin has some disadvantages and we need some alternatives in order to do a more efficient work.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: November 29, 2017, 11:42:38 AM
If I were you I will just hold it. The rate of increase of bitcoin today is uncontrollable, and it is the fastest growing coin in the history of cryptos. Just believe in bitcoin and you won't regret anything
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin saving. on: November 29, 2017, 11:39:59 AM
It is an investment. And your goal is to make profit. Saving bitcoins is an investment because the price increases.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10k Bitcoin upcoming!? What are your plans for the Alts? on: November 29, 2017, 11:38:16 AM
With bitcoin now nearing 11k usd. I am just planning to hold. I will buy some alts using my money but I will hold my bitcoins.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now Bitcoin Cash is In TOP 2 on: November 17, 2017, 01:10:26 AM
BCH is now falling as expected. It is very unusual for a coin as young as BCH to pump that big, it is obvious that someone is controlling it. Nothing can replace bitcoin.
