However, experts say in one voice that investing in market at bad times is even more profitable than at good times. However, what shall we do if the understanding of the prospect's investment exists, but there is no money even to buy one-room apartment in Moscow? To become a member of the project NEDVIGA!

Even for an investment purchase of one bedroom apartment of a high degree of readiness in the city that is located at a distance of 10 – 20 km from MKAD, you will need at least 1.5 million rubles. Attractive investment places within the Sadovoye ring have significantly higher price tag.

However, today, there is no need to have on hands the full amount of the money to invest in objects of the real estate market. Однако эксперты в один голос говорят о том, что инвестиции на низком рынке даже более выгодны, чем на растущем. Но что делать, если понимание перспективности инвестиций есть, а денег на приобретение даже однушки в Подмосковье нет? Становиться участником проекта NEDVIGA!

Так было в кризис 2008 – 2009 годов, так будет и сейчас. Причем, эксперты и аналитики полагают, что 2017 год будет последним кризисным годом для рынка недвижимости, а в 2018 уже начнется его рост. Прогнозы звучат разные, но большинство экспертов ожидает роста рынка в пределах 15 – 20 процентов по итогам года, что, по крайней мере, гораздо больше инфляции, как официальной, так и реальной. Вслед за оживлением на рынке недвижимости ожидаемо произойдет восстановление и рынка аренды. Соответственно, все, кто успел осуществить инвестиции в недвижимость еще в нижней точке рынка, через 2 – 3 года могут рассчитывать на получение прибыли в размере 50 – 70 процентов.

Единственным по-настоящему серьезным препятствием на этом пути является высокий входной билет на этот рынок для инвесторов. Даже для инвестиционного приобретения однокомнатной квартиры в новостройке высокой степени готовности, расположенной на расстоянии 10 – 20 километров от МКАД, понадобится как минимум 1,5 миллиона рублей. Инвестиционно привлекательные объекты в пределах Кольцевой дороги имеют в разы больший ценник.

Хотелось бы узнать как проходят сборы? Если можно то опубликуйте пожалуйста публичный кошелек, чтобы каждый мог посмотреть в каком состоянии находятся сборы, думаю я не один спрошу об этом.
