101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PoS vs POW (Which one would you like?) on: July 02, 2018, 08:25:07 AM
I like proof of work more then proof of stake because it is not secure than pos. POS also has some vulnerabilities. But POW consumes huge amount of power which is it's only downside.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Republic Protocol [REN] - first decentralized dark pool on: June 28, 2018, 06:53:08 PM
Looks like something unfortunate had happened yesterday. 35% crash, but why? I'm thinking private investors and republic protocol advisors have dumped their holdings. Maybe token lock-in for them was over.
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question on QuarkChain on: June 28, 2018, 06:46:47 PM
I couldn't get into quarkchain ICO because of lottery system which I really hate. So I'm just waiting for a perfect entry point to get some coins. Project looks good atleast as of now. It was listed on binance on day 1. Isn't that great?
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest now or wait? on: June 28, 2018, 06:38:26 PM
Wait, This is not the best time. Wait till Bitcoin reaches $5000 as everyone is saying and then start to buy in parts. Buy on weekends you will get good deals than normal days.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the good social media platforms you can promote an ICO? on: June 27, 2018, 07:34:13 PM
You can use ICO based Facebook groups of pages. Don't promote ICO on normal pages because 99% of population in this world don't know anything about ICOs or cryptocurrencies. So don't waste your time on that.
Steemit platform is also useful.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think ethereum is the best blockchain protocol? on: June 27, 2018, 07:28:44 PM
Upto to now I think it's the best blockchain based project. I know there are many like NEO, ADA, ICON etc but ETH is way ahead of them in popularity. This is just a temporary situation. Future might be different though.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what causes the price of altcoin down? on: June 27, 2018, 07:26:27 PM
Simple, there are more sellers than buyers. This may occur because of lack of zeal towards the project or to find a true value of the coin. Sometimes scam projects fall sharply.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: FIAT rewards for bounty hunters. on: June 27, 2018, 07:22:52 PM

Hello all members!
I am a bounty hunter, as well as many of you  Smiley Wink
And I heard that bounty hunters dump the coin price at the ico end.
So I was wondering, if the team doesn't want its coins to be sold on exchange date and thus be dumped, why they reward bounty hunters with their token, not FIAT.
Because they anyway accept fiat for selling the tokens, so the coin won't be dumped by bounty hunters, and bounty hunters are satisfied too.
Because those who need money, they have it, those who want tokens, can buy it at exchange etc.
Some projects do offer this but to be honest it is a great loss to the ICO company because if they pay in Fiat or ethereum, they have to do it from their pocket or raised funds. But if they offer bounty in their tokens, other users will pay for that.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: weak period for cryptocurrency, do you agree? on: June 25, 2018, 03:40:47 PM
Yes, This is absolutely a wrong time for cryptocurrencies. This is actually a side effect of the bull run last year especially in the November and December sessions. Let's hope the market will recover soon.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe John McAfee is right about Bitcoin hitting $500,000 in 3 years? on: June 25, 2018, 03:37:12 PM
No, That's too much of an expectation. $50K would be more realistic after many ups and downs. I don't know how many people are waiting to see him eating his dick on a live show! Lol
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you panic? on: June 02, 2018, 07:15:44 PM
Of course not, why waste your nerves on a temporary phenomenon, which is called correction. This is the normal state of the market!
First part of your statement is true however second one isn't.
This is not a correction. It is a long downtrend started in the month of February of this year. Still no signs of making new all time highs.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bgold or Bcash? on: June 02, 2018, 07:07:40 PM
Actually there was a greater reason to fork Bitcoin cash from Bitcoin. So I would go with BCH. Bitcoin gold in the other hand is just an another fork.
But honestly saying Bitcoin is significantly better than these two now. Fees are really cheap.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can Tron go up after MainNet Release? on: June 02, 2018, 07:01:55 PM
Why it should go up? Actually tron is not something that is useful out of their mainnet. Small pump may happen because of this news but eventually it will be back to normal. The goal here is to implement and make tron tokens useful on their platform.
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: ANN ICO eSports.com - ERT eSports Reward Token - eSports Community Portal on: June 02, 2018, 06:57:31 PM
Any updates on exchanges? Project looks silent as of now.
If possible please get listed on some high volume exchanges atleast like kucoin. Current exchanges especially cex.io is of no use because there is no trading volume at all.
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]Cardstack: The Experience Layer of the Blockchain + Tally Protocol on: June 02, 2018, 06:53:30 PM
Congrats on achieving the hardcap.
Such an amazing and experienced team took good decisions in launching tokensale at this time.
Even though the crowdsale was delayed, hardcap reached very fast. This shows their hardwork.
116  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Would you do KYC for a bounty hunt? on: June 02, 2018, 06:45:03 PM
Unfortunately we have to do it else it's our loss. They won't lose anything but we lose our hours of hard work. Most of bounty campaigns will ask for KYC upfront or atleast they will announce it.
Also KYC could avoid multiple account bounty abusers.
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS Crashing Ethereum on: June 02, 2018, 05:29:36 PM
EOS is positioned as a direct Ethereum competitor , although ETH is well funded and supported by the leaders of both the digital and the real sectors. Ultimately, the ETH still holds the advantage compared to EOS from the point of maturity view,  the tools and the team.Although EOS is faster than ether, the decision-making mechanism is technically more vulnerable. Both platforms have a lot to work on, but app developers will be wary of releasing working code for EOS until the network is more Mature. Is EOS able to crush ETH? This will be clear only when the network will be fully operational.

Even though the ethereum is well funded it is no where near to $100+  million raised by EOS on over a period of an year. Still ETH is a better project as of now because there is no fully functional EOS blockchain.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: KIN will be the MOST USED CRYPTO IN THE WORLD by the end of 2018! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on: June 02, 2018, 05:24:46 PM
No it can't surpass Bitcoin of ethereum. But if kin tokens are implemented right it probably can create a new revolution in day to day crypto transactions. There is another coin like this called 'Gifto' which is still in budding stage.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Your Expectation on DeepOnion on: June 02, 2018, 05:18:18 PM
Not much on this. This is just an another privacy coin. There are literally more than enough privacy coins and many new ones like Bitcoin private are also popping up.
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should you dump or not dump after ICO ends? on: June 02, 2018, 01:44:33 PM
It depends, but if I participate in a good ICO then I'll hold it until it gets listed on a bigger exchange. Like Cindicator, request network tokens, ripio etc.
