101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: July 28, 2018, 09:59:47 PM
In my opinion, the most effective tactic is Bounty Campaigns  As for me I think  Signature campaigns the best , because it is the most profitable part of Bounty. Actually there are many way how to earn more profit if you can trade well.

Yeah but it is almost big effort too. You should apply every rule of the bounty strictly. If you forget, you lose Smiley
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin To Buy Now? on: July 28, 2018, 09:57:10 PM
I think CET and HOT will be huge in altcoin bull run period. DYOR
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you feel like quitting? on: July 28, 2018, 09:56:15 PM
I treat this as calm as possible. I knew that after such a rapid growth will be a long fall. Do not panic, the market does not like such
Now it is not a time to quit at all. But if it is repeating 2014, soon we can see the lowest price of 2018. It acted the same as 2014 until now. So be careful
104  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to take profit in Trading on: July 28, 2018, 09:54:55 PM
Cryptocurrency Trading is fun and captivating especially when you are always up with profit no matter the situation of the market, of course who wouldn't be happy when you are successful in what you do?
In many situations we are confronted with the choices of should I exit the market now or should I stay, and swiftly as this may be decision need to be made fast to be able to keep up with a moving trade. For day traders avoid exiting the market when the chart is already down especially if you are not at profit, it is better to take profit when you are comfortably at profit even though the market is still green and wait for a next dip than waiting till market has gone against you and you are struggling with cutting off more loss.
You can see that the price of bitcoin at the moment has started to recover, I believe that this time is very suitable for you to trade, the current bitcoin price is at $ 8200 and according to my analysis The bitcoin price is expected to hit $ 8800. The market is showing very positive signs and I believe this time is very good for you to trade.
Actually, if it repeats the 2013-2014 period, we can see the dip price very soon. It continued similar to 2014 until now. You can compare over tradingview. The charts are very alike. So I wouldn't say "price is recovering"
105  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill on: July 28, 2018, 09:52:01 PM
I'm not sure if I have time to play with charts and trade a lot, like I have seen some youtubers doing.
They make you really believe that is more like a skill and if you are good at it, it works.
My friend told me that is just about how lucky you are, and not a skill.
So, should I stick with holding or playing day trade is a better option?
I believe that in order to be successful in trading you need a lot of skill, you can see that the market is fluctuating continuously and it is hard to guess, bitcoin prices are constantly adjusting and the current has continued. down to $ 7,800 and altcoin prices are falling very deep.

Therefore, with a market that is so volatile in order to be able to trade successfully, you need to analyze the technique accurately and always have a specific trading plan to be successful in trading.
First of all eveybody need a system for trading. Daily, weekly or all the other possibilities requires a system, a logic to do that. It is not an emotional thing or a feeling..
106  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be greedy! on: July 28, 2018, 09:50:25 PM
you are absolutely perfect, as a human tendency, when you have money coming in, it is usual that you expect more.
If you have less aim for less profits rather than high profit, because high expectations can cause losses.

I agree mate, and that happens with my friend last year he became so greed which made him decide of holding his tokens for longer time while its value reached higher. He failed to sell his coins which made him depressed until now. Due to having no satisfaction and with the expectations of much higher price  growth on his asset, he now have regrets of not fulfilling the principle of selling at higher value. The results of holding so long on his coins, it litterally dumped dipper until now at 152 satoshi per coin which was coming from $2k satoshi per coin.
That happens to me too Smiley It is hard to stay calm when you money is melting in front of your eyes. So this is the human nature. Also there are many bugs or intentional actions on exchanges which fail to execute an order in a heavy moment.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your involvment in crypto world? on: July 28, 2018, 09:47:13 PM
As the title, do you actually work 24/7 in the crypto world as like: trading, mining, bounties, airdrop etc?

And what is your expecting earnings in the future with those jobs? Do you sustain yourself with? Feel free to ask too Smiley

I currently work as the community manager for Energi Mine, parent company of EnergiToken (ERC20), the world's first blockchain token which rewards people for energy efficiency Smiley

What I like about my job is that I am learning something new every day, and also the virtue of patience and keeping calm.

There is a lot of FUD in this space, and if I can take away one thing from my time as a community manager it is how to maintain a calm and rational outlook on a situation Smiley

Good job bro, you are on a good way. I don't spend my whole day on crypto, I have a serious job and I take a look time to time.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS at $36 by the end of July on: July 27, 2018, 11:13:37 PM

Its almost the end of July and nothing happens, EOS was worth $8. Let me guess, he will again predict EOs will be worth $36 by the end of the year? All he needs is to keep predicting until he hit it. I know the guy is always been winning as he always been, probably involved in pumping several coins already and maybe even got away with IRS too. Predictions like these are often like making more people buy the token and then he dumps his.
lol he is continuously predicting and he will shot one day of course. I lost my belief about EOS, because they gathered money and dumped the coin. So it is very hard to see 36$ in very short time period, also nobody knows what will be next behavior of bitcoin. It can see the dip of 2018 after this mini trend and alts (+ EOS) should follow it.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to get more profit? on: July 25, 2018, 08:41:39 PM
I follow this topic but is there any really good advice here or all are writing to increase their post count? Some first posts are good, others seem repeating itself.
Anybody to give a good system for more profit?
110  Local / Ekonomi / Re: BTC/USD ve BTC/TRY Fiyat Takibi, Spekülasyon, Tartışma Alanı on: July 24, 2018, 08:50:13 PM
Neden

Btc boga sezonuna girdiginde genelde altlar cakilir. Millet btc nin sıçrama yapacagini dusundugu icin altlardan kacip btcnin rallisine ortak olmak istiyorlar. Aslinda tam altcoin alma zamani.
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: SECRET OF TRADING on: July 22, 2018, 10:53:43 PM
One suggestion from me : you can use testnet of bitmex exchange to test yourself with fake money. So you can try indicators or strategies without losing.
112  Economy / Speculation / Re: Main reason for the price drop on: July 22, 2018, 10:52:17 PM
I read some news this last week, and there is some indication of wash trading and spoofing going on, so the prices are dropping.

Do you think this is the reason, or the movements of the market are normal ?
Main reason is manipulation!
113  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Which trading platform with cryptocurrency to choose?! on: July 22, 2018, 10:51:51 PM
Hello, everyone!
Im totally new at this forum.
My friend successfully trades on the cryptocurrency market in 7 months. He uses several popular platforms. Tell me which platforms are the most secure at the moment.
I want to deposit 500 $. I want to divide this sum into 3-5 parts, that would increase the chance to earn and try different services.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation  Wink

Kinda difficult to suggest you a various trading platform since I don't know your preferences. But you can take this pointers as reference:

1) KYC (know your customer)
2) Forms of deposits (fiat, crypto)
3) Trading fees
4) Customer Support

Based on my experience and "knowledge"

Strict KYC: (be sure to read their terms about account verification before making a deposit)
Poloniex
Bittrex
Binance

Lots of negative feedback based on actual user experienced:
Yobit
HitBTC

Poor Customer Support
Yobit
HitbTC
Poloniex
Cryptopia

Yours to make a research as I don't want to recommend you a trading platform directly.
Do not use hitbtc, you can lock your money in it.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to take profit in Trading on: July 22, 2018, 10:49:06 PM
There is no best time until you don't know the future. Using stop loss is best strategy, otherwise you can wake up as poor person one day Smiley
115  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to get rid of emotions when trading on: July 22, 2018, 10:48:16 PM
Our brain is hardwired to go into a fight or flight mode under stress, resulting in emotional responses like greed (taking too large risks), anger, fear (panic-closing) or fear of missing out. While this is a good thing when fighting lions in the savannah, it is a horrible thing when trading, and you need to make smart decisions and keep to your plan to keep making profits.
This topic will focus on how to get rid of emotions while trading, or at least make the best decisions which are not based on emotional responses of our ape brain. So how can we achieve that?

1 with good preparation
2 with checklists
3 with process orientation
4 with active emotional detachment

Good preparation:
If you watch a Football game or a Boxing match usually the team or player wins that has done the better preparation. The same goes with trading. Accumulate knowledge about the subjects of trading as much as possible. Start with small amounts and small leverages until you really know what you are doing. Be consistent, create good habits early on and keep them up. Make sure that you are mentally fit, live healthy, eat well, sleep enough and regularly, and exercise enough. Have a schedule. Track your preparation, track your results and analyse them. What were mistakes you could avoid in the future?

Checklists:
When things go down and away, it is always good to have a checklist. For example: surgeons usually have checklists that prevent them to go off the rails while performing a complicated procedure. Their checklists makes it absolutely clear in which order they need to perform what step, which frees up mental brain power for the actual process. So from your past make checklists what made your trades profitable and focus on those kind of trades that have done well in your past.

Process Orientation:
With the checklist, we should be able to make good trades more often than not. All we need to do now is focus our metal brain power on the process and not on the outcome. As we have built enough expertise and a checklist that we follow, we focus on rules and our discipline, not on the outcome of a single trade, because as we all know one trade can always be good or bad, independent of how well it was thought out.

Active emotional detachment:
There is something called Tilt in Poker. Some players will actively try to insult players after bad beats to make the go tilt, or "emotional". This will result in very bad decision making. Maybe you remember Zinedine Zidane in his very last World Cup Game, head butting the italian player and getting sent of the pitch with a red card. The worst possible outcome. TILT.
If you still feel like you get emotional about trades, there are a few things you can do: Lowering your margins, lowering your leverage, take a break, breathing exercises, watch your favorite series or listen to music. Get a little distance to your trades, before continuing. NEVER trade on TILT.

How are you dealing with your emotions? Anything to add or to take away from this?
You need to be hard at yourself at the time of selling because greed always takes over your mind.Patience and steady mind is the most important thing that is required for the trading.Taking wise decision at the time trading depends on how compose you are at that time.
Greed is important emotion to be stopped in right time. The main reason of loss is greed.
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC or ETH in 2018 on: July 22, 2018, 10:44:06 PM
Both. Bitcoin us warming up for another run to $30000 while ethereum is discovering new prices as a result of its development  and proactive solutions to it's  scaling problems.  2018 will be very positive for crypto in my opinion.
I also agree with what you say that choosing both can be a good choice. We know that Bitcoin and Etherum are the best coins today, they are ranked top in the popularity of cryptocurrencies. so it will make us comfortable to invest, besides both have shown a good progress in the year 2017 and now we also still feel the good prospect owned by both. I am sure if we can make good use of our money to buy Bitcoin and Etherum then it will make us easy to gain profit. The future of Bitcoin and Etherum is very bright, all analyzes say that it will make Bitcoin and Etherum one of the world's economic strengths.
First I think to choose ETH, but it is better choosing both. Never put all the money to a single place. ETH will be more profitable but we never know. So we can invest both to lower the risk
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is better than Bitcoin? on: July 22, 2018, 10:42:20 PM

~~~~~
Brian Kelly, the founder, and CEO of an investment firm focused on digital currencies BKCM LLC, believes that Ethereum will be a better investment than Bitcoin.
Brian Kelly, from his point of view, points out the following reasons:
👉1. Ethereum Futures Contracts
First, Kelly believes that Ethereal futures contracts or ETH Futures will soon be launched, as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially decided that the Ether is not a security. This action has removed the biggest obstacle for Ethereum – The 2nd ranked coin in market capitalization to institutional investment.
However, what Kelly does not mention is that launching the Future Ethereum could more likely to pull down the price of this second-largest cryptocurrency rather than help it.
Since the launch of the Bitcoin futures contract, Bitcoin’s price has plummeted and many blamed the use of investment tools to manipulate the market for this decline.
👉2. Augur
Secondly, Kelly pointed out that the Augur platform was one of the main reasons for Ethereum's rapid growth when compared to Bitcoin.
As described by the analyst, " It’s a decentralized prediction market. What’s interesting about this [is that] this will probably be one of the biggest decentralized apps on top of Ethereum. If [augur] doesn’t slow the system down, that can generally be a positive for Ethereum."
👉3. Proof-of-Stake Protocol
Finally, Ethereum's upgrade from hardware mining to software mining will drive the continued growth of the cryptocurrency.
Ethereum creator - Vitalik Buterin, also recently explained that Ethereum's scalability improvements to the layer solutions will multiply one to another - improving the number of users that the system can handle, which increase the processing capacity of up to 1 million transactions per second.
However, this refers to the fact that Bitcoin and Ethereum are not fully competitive. Upgrading the Ethereum platform is likely to serve more of a rivalry between competitors like EOS, while Bitcoin will remain its top position in transferring and storing value.
 👉👉As a Rothscoin investor, what do you think?
If you think, bitcoin is here since 2010 and nobody could hack it until now. It is really good system. Do you remember crypto kitties? When the ETH network almost crashed. Bitcoin has very big community and it does not crash. ETH is good but more complex and it still has some bugs and issues.
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will other coins beat bitcoin in the future? on: July 22, 2018, 10:39:57 PM
So guys, what do you think about investing in different icos? I think it's a good idea. We never know which will take the lead in the future. Please help me and give me good suggestions!
Everything is possible, but bitcoin seems to stay long enough in the market as leader. Some coins are following it such as ETH, NEO... But there is time to switch them with bitcoin, since the community is much much bigger in bitcoin. Also who is here for the technology?
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin To Buy Now? on: July 22, 2018, 10:38:38 AM
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why you shouldnt be shorting on: July 22, 2018, 10:37:27 AM
Major risk of short selling is the fear of infinite losses. While the maximum loss for a long investor is the amount invested in a security, the maximum loss for a short seller is theoretically infinite, since there is no upper limit to a stock’s price appreciation. This risk is compounded by the fact that during a short squeeze or buy-in, the short seller may be forced to cover the short position at an artificially high price that may only be temporary in nature.
Good explanation, actually there is another type of FOMO, for example I didn't short BCN in time and I lost my 3/4 money on that, it's ok cuz the money is very little, but everybody need to know the right time for short or long, which is impossible, so there must be losing traders who feeds winning traders always.
It's called gambling my friend, we all know it's a risk but it's a high risk/ high reward risk. Cheesy
You say it is a delicious risk Cheesy Indeed I agree with you, that's why we all here and trading all the time.
