The Hat-ism in this thread is repugnant.

We're trying to play the larger game, here, as I believe someone else stated.

We can't have moon until we have full cap-itulation... or something.

Don't mind me. I just sit here, HODL Bitcorn, wear this hat, doing my part to stay strong until the next orbital cycle.

Just rolling with it for the giggles, but now I fear we may be to blame if someone misunderstands and does something stupid..

How do you have an avatar as jr. member and why is it not a hat?

Way back when I joined in 2013, they let you pick one of the generic ones available. Later the rules changed and I am now stuck like this lol

Boy are they going to feel dumb when they find out xhomerx10 would have made them a red hat for free. My hat turned out great!  Cheesy Cheesy

@ mic - Maybe this?

on a complete RED hat would be very VERY VERY tight ......   but maybe in avatar size its not gonna be very clear..... small letters.

maybe something like these  Roll Eyes

Any would be cool!
Looks like I’m going to have to join the hat club Cheesy

I’m in, but I can’t wear muh hat yet. I guess I’ll be more active to earn that full member status and show it off.

Thanks to xhomerx10 Smiley

A good morning indeed bitcoin land! I woke up around 2:30am and btc was ~$6900, so I went back to sleep hodling. When I woke up again we made it to ~$7200, with so much green popping all over the charts I had to stay awake and watch!  Cheesy

very quick short list  for a small "game list"

I’d like to pick April 27th 2018 as my guess  Smiley

Wait, did I miss something? I was so busy picking out custom license plates for my new car, I forgot to fall for the fud.  Wink

Seriously though, why does it seem like bitcoin goes higher after I spend a little, and lower when I try to save? When I came back from Denver it was still over $15k. Guess I better start planning another trip so the price will go to $50k hehehe

Btw: I’m probably going to get a BTC plate, maybe “BTC PAYS”, “BTC BOSS” or “HODL BTC” or something. What do you guys think?

 Cool

Been reading for a while but only now registered to speak.

Wanted to thank everyone for the great commentary and knowledge sharing.

I am in this for the long run, as stated previously: 1 BTC is 1 BTC. I am confident in the technology, which is what really matters here. This is just a quick stocking up stage. I believe/hope that BTC will only rise stronger. A good rise from this should show confidence in BTC and the community.

Thanks for the positive outlook. I hope to contribute more in the future, but it seems that many active users here are much more knowledgeable than I am.... but there are others that are clearly not. Hopefully I can find a spot to be helpful as well.

HODL/restock is the way through this.

Welcome fellow Hodler!

I’m kind of the same way, in that I have been reading here for longer than I have been registered (and I still rarely post), but I appreciate everyone here, even the trolls, bears and shills I have ignored lol. I have spent anywhere from 4-12 hours a day focusing on bitcoin/crypto these years, and a lot of that is seeing what is going on in here.

The reasons for these dips are so silly compared to around 3-5 years ago. Back then, we legit had no clue what the US government might decide to do. Many of us feared waking up one morning to news that they banned crypto currencies, but strong hands HODL.

Now look where we are, I couldn’t have imagined it all back then. I treated myself just before Christmas, by taking a two week vaca in Vegas, driving a Ferrari and eating amazing food. It was fantastic, and was only possible because of good ol BTC. In fact, twice BTC saved my trip from being ruined. Bank deposits don’t post to accounts on Sundays, so I used a BTC ATM and kept the party going Wink

Guys, did anyone mention this yet?

It’s got a lot people in the biohacking community now talking about BTC, including Dave Asprey. Sounds like he’s interested in following the lead here too!

I don't know Why but i Just want to make same ATH guess like last time
Rules ....: the one  with the right date of ATH gets .25 btc paid directly  (UTC time)
I look to Every page in here from now When a date is picked first iT cannot been taken again ( 1st =1st)
Another .25 btc is rewarded for ho makes best of technical analyse of the time When we strike ATH.... and Why iT happens at that time.....
So This .25 also only to been payed 1 time .... and not 2 times te same explanation.... (1st =1st)

Both answers to win must been inside before 20-09-2017
Goodluck to the ones that like This  Roll Eyes

I'll call dibs on 9/25/2017. My guess as to the reason is traders, or in other words, I looked at the charts for a few time frames and that seems about the right time approximately  Smiley

when to call ATH .... you take 25-09-2017  ??

Yes thank you (by the way, I added more detail to my explanation)

I'd like to predict ATH by 07/23 if it's still possible

Reason why is because we've had such a strong run from 1800 right up under the ATH without any retraces at all, a small retrace just below it is reasonable(which I also posted when we were at 2925) when we've had such a crazy run. And I expect the strength to continue pretty soon.

23/07 already taken by: Bitcoinaire

is it too late for me to get the next soonest available date? 8-27? I didn't realize someone already called 8-18  Embarrassed

31/08 was the soonest possible! grtz

thanks, any freeroll is better than no freeroll  Cheesy

An early but very good morning Bitcoinland.

Another day, another ATH... currently $1954USD/$2650CAD (Bitcoinaverage).

It also just reached $1955USD at Stamp.

With a little luck we might see $2000 before the weekend's over. That would certainly be a milestone.

For all those who are acting like we're already there, I'd like to remind you that Bitfinex doesn't count. Their prices are exaggerated by their fiat transfer problems and basically mean nothing. You may as well go by Local Bitcoins or some Brazilian exchange.

None of the actual Bitcoin price indexes are anywhere close to $2000 yet.

Well the media can't win then, can they?  Bastards though they are, there's no point in insulting them for not associating Bitcoin with the ransomware, when they would have been insulted a hundred times more for doing it.  It's not like that exposure would have been good for Bitcoin's public image.

Ok, so give them (media) credit for not being absolute _____s for this one time? lol sure Cool
