*ping* Nah, it's not dead - "stasis", like someone wrote above, is a very good description. I have not given up on TRI, it's not abandoned! I know I repeatedly said I am going to finish the wallet (and I still mean it), but I simply lack the time - and with lack of time comes a temporary loss of motivation caused by exhaustion which is fueled by lack of time. It's a diabolical circle! oO Anyways, the wallet is coming, sooner or later. I don't think it's that urgent because - correct me if I am wrong - there are no technical issues, at least not that I know of. I have one wallet running perfectly fine for over 2 months straight, happily staking. =) But if someone feels like doing a little more - whatever that may be - for or with TRI, simply msg me. I won't stop you (and even support you!) - this has been a community project ever since it was taken over.  please dev please dont give up on TRI! we are in danger of being delisted!!  oh no ;[ please say it aint so.. we must keep this market alive! please show some buy support! thank you all |

hello world! ive reached out to some of the largest bitcoin pools and let them know about the merge mine!
slush pool has contacted me regarding the merge mine.. they said if i submit a proposal to the dev center we will be able to let the miners vote for the uno merge mine with btc on slushpool!
ive already submited the proposal just waiting for them to review and ok it..once the proposal gets the ok we will need the community to signup and login to slushpool and vote for this! if all goes well we will have a large pool backing uno!
slushpools current hashrate is 15.73++ Ph/s !! lets try to get some of this hash to secure UNO's future!

I've enabled unobtanium merge mining on mmpool as a trial. Withdraw is disabled temporarily while I monitor that things are working - and the pool gets some confirmed blocks to pay out. yea i dont merge mining is working.. if merge mining was working we would see higher hash rate than the current hash rate of 24.429 TH/s..

any update from cryptapus wrt android wallet? HashEngineering wanted to see a few AUX-POW blocks appear on the chain to verify the unobtaniumj library was functioning correctly. So we are still on hold. Feel free to check out progress on their github account. If anyone is itching for a return of funds please PM me with a signed message from the origin address. Thorough is our middle name. I have no itch. So, I see that we are past block 600,000, but according to my testing there have been no AUX-POW blocks as of about block 600,400. Is anyone merge-mining? no i wish! i dont think anyone has merged mined anything yet! ive been trying to get teh word out..telling all the major pools about the aux pow merging via twitter! i suggest everyone reach out to the pool operators as well! i would like to start merge mining ASAP! |

We definitely need to do something. Attracting new users is a must. Another POW phase will bring in people who dont want to buy existing coins in order to stake them. A multipool might have the same effect. Either way, letting Triangles stagnate isn't good.
When the initial POW phase ended and transitioned into POS, thats when the blockchain stalled. If it would have been a fluid transition I believe we would have a much bigger user base now.

hello world.. just wondering whats the status on UNO merge mining? I am currently mining @ ispace.co.uk and it doesnt seem to be merge mining here.. was wondering which pool has it ? is there a secret UNO pool i am not aware about? when i check https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/#!extraction it says theres a unknown pool that owns 98% of the hash on the entire network? if so which pool is this and how can i connect if its unknown ;[ im really looking forward to the merge mining so i can mine some BTC and UNO at the same time! this will help me with my electricity bills! currently i am mining at a loss to keep the UNO network secure and not sure how much longer i can continue ;[ hopefully price spikes and it will pay off and ill keep on mining! ;] but yea wheres the merge?! |
