101  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: March 10, 2015, 07:28:24 PM
from signature campaign.

It is not really a gain, it is just a promise of being paid in the future.

True, and am also still waiting for my payment as I joined a bit later.
Anyways, as previously said somewhere, some faucets are also a good bet on earning some BTC, and I do gamble at sites where I get free higher faucets, never invest at any site or gamble with my own BTC.
102  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paid per post on: March 10, 2015, 07:06:16 PM
This isn't a PTP - Paid To Post forum, my friend.  Grin
You need to join a signature campaign in order for you to earn something, that too with your account level, I think only one or two campaigns are accepting such level members. Good luck with your posting.
103  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to mining things on: March 10, 2015, 07:04:32 PM
Instead of mining, try out staking.
I may sound weird but I have been watching out different coins coming up with some cool opportunities for you to be able to stake and trade them and profit in days instead of waiting for months to ROI. But please research before investing in any, as a few of them are scams.

105  Other / Meta / Re: Accounts. on: March 10, 2015, 10:36:26 AM
I guess you can have as many accounts as you like but personally i couldn't be fu#ked posting with 2 or more accounts just for the small amount of BTC you receive from signature campaigns.

Maybe you would like to prove a point that you're too scared to say in your main account?

Or maybe you need an alt for trading purposes, but it doesn't really need to be earning from a signature campaign.
Shouldn't be using an alt account for trading, only reason i can think of for trading with an alt account is to scam someone.

OP said that he wanted accounts to farm signature campaigns, oh and to help people.

I'm sure people will have their own explanation of why they are using an alt for trading, but there's no rule against it. Most trading alts indeed are scammers, but I believe Quickseller is an alt as well. (I mean who would just start posting about selling accounts) Yet he is to date legitimate and he obviously have reasons of why he needed an alt.

That's true, and even Mods have confirmed that it isn't limited to creating just one account from a single IP/PC, but they clearly mentioned that all they need is a clean forum without much spam, and so ban hammering is done to such newbie accounts which seem suspicious to them, I mean which they feel are spamming.
106  Economy / Speculation / Re: RISINg BTC on: March 10, 2015, 10:32:02 AM
I think some people were fearing that the silk road bitcoins would be instantly dumped however this has not happen and there is a number of buyers now.

Yes, and not just limited to that, but there were ~34 bids during the auction which is a better number than the ones held before, and as this was the last one, it was hyped a lot that this might make everyone see BTC below $200 somewhere, but it is now surprising to see it bullish.
107  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to make money on this forum on: March 10, 2015, 10:15:33 AM
Always have an eye in the Games and Rounds section of the forum, you might grab some good opportunities, whether small, but "A drop of wisdom is better than a sea of gold". Wink
108  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 10, 2015, 10:12:18 AM
Bitcoin seems to be back on track, breakout's done and indicating 300 today, I am bullish.
109  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 09, 2015, 05:37:23 PM
Good morning Bitcoinland.

Small overnight rise I see.

Still waiting for the big post-auction dump the trollbears promised.

Maybe this will be like the previous 2 auctions and actually lead to a price rise.

Will $280 hold? Dare I even dream of $300?

Mmmmm. Coffee.

Any links on the declaration of the results of auction?
Been watching everywhere, but didn't get any yet, just so many posts claiming that it is true that the auction went good with some 34 bids.
110  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have USD 2000 to invest. Should I buy Bitcoins or gold? on: March 09, 2015, 05:32:30 PM
Instead of answering, I would like to advice you that rather going for opinions where you are assured to get varieties, I would prefer to research myself and do the investment at my own consent, so not to be able to blame anybody.

I had to reread your sentence multiple times, because I really thought you advised him to invest into option contracts Wink

Researching yourself is always the best idea.

You understood the second statement the better way.
I didn't mean to say anywhere to invest into anything, as I said I ain't answering his query. Wink
111  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: email verification on: March 08, 2015, 12:35:22 PM
Email the support. However I don't think its worth doing all this for a faucet

As he is newbie, why wouldn't he try that out?
He gave his time before getting that much amount, and getting something from a faucet doesn't mean we should not value that.
Didn't you work for some satoshis before when you were a newbie too?
112  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best USB drive to store your Bitcoins on: March 08, 2015, 12:28:24 PM
Whatever might be your choice, but bitkey makes it more secure.
Check that here: http://bitkey.io/

"BitKey is a bootable system image based on Debian containing everything you need to perform highly secure air-gapped Bitcoin transactions. You don't need to install it to a hard drive because it runs live from RAM. You just write the ISO image to a USB drive or burn it to CDROM."
113  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What miner to mine with cpu+windows on: March 08, 2015, 12:24:15 PM
The answer to your question is PoolerCPUMiner.
Get it here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/cpuminer/files/pooler-cpuminer-2.4-win32.zip/download

P.S.: Like everyone said, you need to check some other profitable altcoin before going into CPU Mining, as you won't be able to mine BTC at this high difficulty.

115  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do girls use Bitcoin ? on: March 06, 2015, 12:32:32 PM
I don't think Girls are less than guys in any fields, they are now even more advanced and used-to techs than boys, so why won't girls be using Bitcoins? What gives them a reason not to use it?
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Average Age for Bitcoin/Crypto currency users on: March 06, 2015, 12:30:34 PM
Surprised to see what made most people think that users associated with BTC will only be living ~21-40 years?
Bitcoins is more of an excitement which gives you your best moments all the time, giving surprises like pumps (and of course, dumps) Wink and while you stay happy all the time, I don't think that it will limit your age to the one mentioned by many here.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Rise and Rise of Bitcoin documentary is playing on international flights on: March 06, 2015, 12:27:01 PM
While congratulating you for the best documentary created on one hand,
I am glad to see it exposed itself in some International flights too on the other.
Guys, I am getting a feeling we are moving towards the upside with the flights, just get ready with your seat-belts packed to take-off.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you "scared" that Bitcoin might actually succeed? on: March 06, 2015, 12:22:05 PM
Don't know what you actually meant by saying "scared", but if you would say "excited", yes I am.
There are actually many reputed ventures who are adopting Bitcoins as a method of payment, and so seeing the dark side only doesn't make sense.
119  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Prediction 2015 ฿ on: March 06, 2015, 12:17:39 PM
If the etf comes into effect I see 500 easily. If it flops 200-300 is probably where it will stay around

Any ETAs on when this ETF will come into effect?
What's so special behind that will throw the price back to 500?
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cannot Succeed (heres why) on: March 06, 2015, 12:15:17 PM
Might there be some reasons for the "UN-SUCCESS" of Bitcoins, I feel we should try to make it possible that this might not happen.
And if we can't do it, we should not be here talking about the possibilities of failure of BTC as if it ever fails, this means that we have all been doing nothing but are all maniacs and wasting our time.
