101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will be used as a donation to the church on: July 28, 2018, 10:53:01 AM
I agree to used bitcoin as a donation for some reasons.

1. People who give great help to the church are becoming increasingly anonymous.

2. It is easier to monitor the entire proceeds and avoid suspicion of having a claim.

3. The transaction is faster and less expensive

This is just my opinion.

#Datarius
Yes, bitcoin can be used to help our society and our fellow countrymen. The more you give, the more you receive. Even your thanksgiving can be also through the use of bitcoin but those in the church must have their wallet too and knows how to transact bitcoin.
102  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safety can not come to the bitcoin investor on: July 27, 2018, 10:39:22 AM
Safety can not come to the bitcoin investor. Nothing and absolutely safe. Everything has its own risk, its danger. No one knows what tomorrow will be like. Only know that if we do nothing then there is no danger nor money
riskrisk

In every investments, there corresponds a risk. So if you decide to invest especially here in crypto currency world, you must accept that risk is a part of it. Just be brave and smart in your decisions.
103  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I do not understand the pessimism on: July 27, 2018, 07:45:14 AM
Hello everyone,

I just registered but of course I am a long-time cryptocurrency watcher.

What I do not understand is why most people are so pessimistic and talk about "these hard times for *coin".

If you look at the growth chart from the beginning of cryptocurrency, you will realize that even now, the Bitcoin is a bit over-valued. It is not "in the red" by any stretch. What was in the last few months was a bubble, an anomaly which may have been exploited only by the very few, just like in the real currency or valuable asset world.

You want a cryptocurrency to be stable, just like the real currencies. Only then will it be trusted and invested in by the big players. Any asset in which you make money like winning the lottery every day is bound to crash.

In my opinion the Bitcoin is just now approaching a "healthy" status. Making money from Bitcoin will be just as hard as making money from real currency trading.

For more money, just you just have to work...Smiley

My 2 satoshis...

In every investments, you are taking the risk and of course you need to work hard for it. In this crypto world, if you invest you need to research for a good trading sites and a  potential coins that will give you more profit.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think that other coins move faster? on: July 26, 2018, 08:43:07 AM
Do you think that Bitcoin has become too slow to compete with the relatively quick alt coins out there? Is it realty competitive to have a slow community rather than a centralised decision making in development?

In other words, does the community effect of decentralisation enough to counterbalance the difficult decision making processes?

I think the price of all crypto coins depends on its demand and its supply. But we must not be afraid that there are more altcoins that moves faster than the bitcoin since mostly of the support and trust of the people is with bitcoin.
105  Other / Off-topic / Re: What makes people want a higher rank ,a desire to serve or lord? on: July 26, 2018, 05:21:41 AM
Many will say that a desire to serve but sometimes I see it hypocritical because if leaders were really servants ,there will not be corruption etc.I personally believe that they want to move higher, accommulate wealth ,and have people bow to them. Most of them never get there because of the people but for themselves.
Man is selfish by nature. Whether we accept or not, it is the truth. But our selfishness is at different level and we show this differently based on how we are mold since childhood. Some are aiming for higher positions, because they can have power, money or wealth and  can gain respect from their subordinates.

107  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Most Crypto investors are Cowards on: July 24, 2018, 09:13:09 AM
The answer is just simple, we all are cowards  Smiley. Everyone will like to wake up one day and find out that Btc has reached 50,000. All these people are scared to invest hugely in bitcoin but want to become  Crypto millionaire and Billionaire. You ask them why they are scared and they are like crypto is volatile and so on. This is the time to set the record straight make people realize what they are into. If you are scared then there is no need for you to join this amazing fraternity Smiley.
Part of being us is our fear. We of course afraid of falling or failing. Who else here wants to fall or fail? Nobody, so that is why we have self reservations. We reserve a part of our money so that when our investment fails, we can still stand and survive.
108  Economy / Speculation / Re: What do you think the cryptocurrency market will disappear in five years? on: July 24, 2018, 07:48:19 AM
I think it is very likely that this market will disappear. When big financial investors play the game, profits will be generated when new investors enter the market. However, I find that the more confidence in this market is reduced. It is too unstable, prices are rising so fast in a short time and so dropping so fast. The financial sharks control the price of the market, and retail investors are constantly losing money. I believe that when the confidence in the market is gone, the market will collapse
Crypto currency will not disappear if there are still people supporting and using it. For only the people is the basis of its appearance. The longer we support crypto currency the longer it will remain.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin opening new face on: July 23, 2018, 01:18:01 PM
Last 3 days crypto currency world has been shaken many times. Many news affecting the price of bitcoin. Still bitcoin is surviving but its an great news for us that world wide many country government is thinking about crypto currency now. Its an positive sign for crypto future.

https://www.coindesk.com/mastercard-wins-patent-for-speeding-up-crypto-payments/amp/
I think soon the market will turn to green. We will just be positive. I heared some are  panicing now. They are afraid to lose and they think the price is going to go down deeper.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Negotiation with government on: July 23, 2018, 10:00:18 AM
What if people convince governments of their nations to make Bitcoin as a legal currency or what if we agree to give tax on our bitcoin income? Will government then make Bitcoin a legal currency.
Maybe the government is studying the blockchain and the crypto currency. The decision is not that easy and fast since there will be a lot of debates about it. But if they will legalize bitcoin I hope they will not make the tax so high.
111  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Bitcoin Alternatives on: July 23, 2018, 09:07:29 AM
As we all know that bitcoin is the king of the crypto universe because it is the first and original cypto currency, and it is undeniably responsible for the invention of blockchain technology, because of the discovery of blockchain technology which is the main reason of the growth of the alternative coins, altcoins are generally defined as “bitcoin alternative."
So when we say bitcoin will be gone, it has a very less chance. Since bitcoin is the first and the origin of all other alternative coins. So other coins will not be here if not because of bitcoin.
112  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin hyped by miners? on: July 22, 2018, 11:32:30 AM
I am struggling to understand how Bitcoin is going to be used.
I know its long standing coin, gold like qualities, not hackable etc.  But when it comes to how it can be used, I could not find any answer.  High transaction fee, limited coins cause deflation, too volatile etc.  General public, corporations cannot use it.  Gold is different, there is nothing like gold but we have better coins than this.

Will this be used for only speculation, betting?  How would general public / institutions use it in future?

People have different ideas which is of course different opinions. Bitcoin and gold are two different asset or valuables too. One is tangible while the other is not. But both will help us survive in this world. It is up to us which one we are comfortable with, for one can be hacked while the other can be stolen also.
113  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto? on: July 22, 2018, 08:00:44 AM
If that's even his name. Just read the bitcoin wiki on him and I'm amazed. Nobody knows him.

Long time passed since he last posted in here. Why? "Busy"? I don't think so. He was active when bitcoin needed support but since the slashdot...
Also, it seems has knowledge in many areas, especially economy. He doesn't act like the average human. Not taking advantage out of his creation, leaving without telling anything. Is he even a single person or a group?

How can someone create something so great and not stepping out to get the credit?
This name maybe a psuedonym, a real name or a name of   a group of people. But whoever he is or they are, he is considered the creator of bitcoin. Thus, I am thankful to him or them.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: July 21, 2018, 11:47:38 PM
i was thinking about the Bitcoin and it's Future in Banking . can it remplace money in transactions ?
I am in doubt with this. Although there are chances and it depends on how the people will embrace it. If the demand is growing and majority is using bitcoin then maybe there is a bigger chance of that to happen.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you did not listen before, now is last chance to reduce your loss on: July 20, 2018, 01:08:49 PM
I told you so - many times in here. It was a bubble, and you should get the hell out of BTC.

The responses in here were mainly hysteric screaming of "FUD".

It is now clear from more and more posts in here that people who came late to the bubble-party are in losses on their Bitcoins. Well, told you so.

This is not the time to HODL. The party is over. Your choice is whether to sell now and take a loss, or wait until you have lost everything.
In my opinion, the climax for this year is closer now. It is not true that the party is over. We will just wait and what happened last year will be repeated this year and will be more exciting.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Its time to move on, and ignore the BTC !!! on: July 20, 2018, 11:34:41 AM
Moving on and ignore Bitcoin is a sign of impatient and doesn't have trust and believes to it. To moving on and just ignoring Bitcoin is the most impossible things that I can do because I'm a true believer of it and I'm embracing and supporting it so much because it really changing my life to a better. It helps me so much and because of it I can say that I already secure my future and my family's too.
I agree with you fellow. It is not good and impossible for me to ignore bitcoin. For bitcoin is the future. It will help us build our future for the family and the world as well.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your attitude to this? on: July 20, 2018, 11:06:36 AM
Good afternoon. I would like to hear your opinion. I've been reading the forum sufficiently long, but I rarely write. I had one question. Why is the forum divided into 2 teams that angry with one another? The first support bitcoin and hate all altcoins. All of this for them is only garbage. Others like altcoins and do not understand what the problem have first.
I have a question for the first camp. Why?
Take for example Zilliqa, Tomocoin, NEO, DragonChain, etc. People who bought them in large quantities became richer. Why do you think this is garbage?
Bitcoin is a legend, but some altcoins are worth paying attention to, aren't they?
There are some altcoins which can give us huge profit when bought in volume. But there are lots of altcoins are shitcoins. So we musr be careful in choosing what to invest.
118  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: July 20, 2018, 09:05:07 AM
All those FUDsters that where saying year ago how Bitcoin would fail because another currency would take over get proven wrong year after year. The more time Bticoin is alive, the stronger it gets and the bigger the network effect. Sorry but there will not be a Bitcoin 2.0. Bitcoin will go to 100k+ per coin in the next 5 to 10 years, it will absorb all the value researched in the field if not directly through protocol improvements then through sidechains.

Bitcoin will remain the only solid coin. The only coin that survived for the longest time (other coins can't claim this unless they invent a time machine).
There will be alts that pump really hard and make people millionaires, but no alt is going to surpass Bitcoin's strength and solidity. No coin will get a bigger marketcap. In the long term people holding 21+ BTC will be rewarded by history with rich-tier status for seeing the value in it before most people did. Do not let the FUDsters trick your mind or the trolls try to derrail the excellent job being done by Core devs.

Let's continue then our path towards inevitable triumph.
Bitcoin is still the best crypto coin. The fact that change is constant, we cannot say that bitcoin will still be the best in the future. But eventhough, bitcoin is the first crypto coin and helps a lot of people.
119  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: July 19, 2018, 11:35:38 AM
Guys we are very much aware how the crypto community through this great forum has helped most of us in terms of our finances but is so heartbreaking that the most of the public views only describes how insecure and unsafe the crypto community is. I do understand that cryptocurrencies are volatile and the issue of anonymity sometimes scares people away but y'all bear with me that if  crypto is explained to you and you really understand it properly you would not make wrong mistakes and get swayed away by panic sales or submit your private key as ethereum wallet address. Is it a public campaign or some other form of tutorial that we should organize to help explain crypto to the world because believe it or not the blockchain technology of cryptocurrencies is being admired by most organizations and some of them have decided to run their operations with the use of blockchain technology. What can we do as a community to help change the public view of Crypto?
For me the best thing to do to those unbelievers of crypto currency is to make them see evidences of how crypto change lives if people. We ourselves can lead as an example for them.
120  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto currency in a card? on: July 19, 2018, 08:30:44 AM
Hello there,

It's not long that I get to know about crypto currency. At first, I heard the name "Bitcoin" before I get the idea of crypto currency. It's been growing ever since it's born. Now there's lot of crypto currencies around the world.
Well, what I want is a master card or something similar to it, which I can use to maintain my online money. I’m not sure if it’s possible cause debit cards or credit cards or master cards or visa cards…. Every single one of them are sealed with my name on it. I mean these cards always carry its user identity. But I don’t want my identity with my online money. That’s the whole point of crypto currency right?

https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/butler-live-cryptocurrency-card-for-btc-eth-ltc-money-cards#/

This card could be my solution but would you trust it? Kind of like it already since I don’t have to open my computer everytime I want to keep me posted about my online money.

I do not think we still need card. Our wallet is already enough. We have just to use our phone or PC to check our online money. Card can be lost or stolen by other people. It will be dangerous.
