What do you think about https://ikobo.com/ service?
I have used it for one year to send money to my girlfriend and I find it quite reliable.
Now they allows you to send up to 1000$ for 8$ fee using your wire transfer to upload
funds to prepayed  visa CC which they send to any address.

as soon as I have another payment method you can withdraw your gox USD again.
How about getting an € bank account in Europe and restore service to european users?  Transfers between € accounts are free, and the risk of cashback is very low.  USD users can also transfer money to the account for a fee, and you can transfer to other countries for a fee.

Hello all,

I recently gained access to a bank account in a very favorable jurisdiction. The privacy laws are superb. You couldn't ask for anything better.

I am now able to buy (not sell) Bitcoins with a USD (only) bank wire. I can wire to any account in the world via SWIFT or a US account via the ABA.

I am able to pay a 2% premium for this express payment service. Unfortunately the bank fees are quite high on my end so I'll have to enforce a $500 USD per transaction minimum.

Email or PM me for details. Email is preferred. I check email more often. My email address and PGP key are available on my website. See signature for details. Offer not available in Antarctica. Tongue

The Madhatter

I would also want buy and sell BTC with bank wire.
USD/EUR are welcome.
My bank is in Denmark and fees AFAIK are low around EU.
I didn't try to make transfers to USA yet so I have to ask support about fees and all other conditions.
As to EU bank fee is around 5$ so the transaction minimum can be about 100$ BTC value.

@european users I would prefer to buy/sell BTC using Liqpay.com
The site is in Russian by default, but you can switch into English in right lower corner.
You can start using the service in no time.
They use your mobile number as a login and send you session password in sms.
Then You can transfer your USD/EUR/Hrivna(ukrainian currency) from your Visa/Mastercard
to the other user's mobile. After sending in 1-5 min sms arrived to both parties with transfer confirmation.
You can withdraw your money to your CC. Here is the service in few words...

I would be more than happy if mt gox charged a small transaction fee on every trade.

Absolutely agree

Well alertpay still has chargebacks. so it will run into the same issue with stolen credit cards.

I find www.click2pay.com could be a good candidate as a payment processor.

Here is copy from their site:

People, what do you think about perfectmoney?
@MtGox why you can't combine on your site several alternative possibilities for deposits/withdrawals?
Is it difficult to implement? I hope bitcoin community will help with programming/donations.
(I personally can be a donor).

@Valerius. I can't agree with you about moneybokers I and some of my friends using them for more then 2 years now and completely satisfied. They really have no chargebacks.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bit-coin URL shorter [Pledge 200BTC] on: October 11, 2010, 09:52:26 AM
you can always use copy/paste  Wink or as it was already proposed on this forum use 2D-barcode encoded bitcoinaddress for mobile phones

Why not to try moneybookers or alertpay?

I just open account but for full functionality they need scancopy of my passport and proof of address. Without this steps my limits for sending/receiving is 300/0 euro. So I think for most people on this forum this will be unacceptable.
