I know this is not about jewels but about apex. Is there any new video's out showing new stuff?  looked on youtube but pretty much everything i ran across is from 2015. That's actually something we were considering doing. I think it's safe to say it will make its debut in the Heroes server.
The plan was to have a 'tournament night' where you'd sign up with a group of friends, choose a name for your team and you'd be paired off in a single elimination tournament. There would be prizes for each round won as well as bonuses for top 8, top 3 and ultimate champion. We really like the concept but because we want a fairly in-depth system for it (a proper UI for the tournament brackets), it's better done in the new source with its html5 browser support. That way all of the tournament and team management systems will simply be an embedded website and can be managed easier.
That is brilliant to hear it will make it's debut on the Heroes server. 'The tournament night' sounds like it will be a busy night filled with gaming fun. I will stay eagerly tuned to here more closer to the time. Thanks for your speedy reply Pro4Never. |

Jewels will be the in-game currency to multiple games, as a supporter of c2, I would urge you look into it and join the community because it for sure is right up your street. You know there is a partnership between Jewels and C2 right? Thanks for the support, as far as I know we still have a partnership. Wish they could use some of my work from blender.. oh well Chris said if I wanted to design items for the game he could provide me the setup. I'm gonna try to grab the game today, been holding back cause of internet issues, but I'll be somewhere with good internet today so I should be able to and maybe do some lets play vids of it on coin2s channel to increase support.. hopefully. No problem atall. That is great to hear and I'm sure in the future both coins/projects will be able to help each other a lot. It is opinion that gaming projects should kind of all join forces if that is possible. Another good thing if one makes it big then they will all have much more exposure. 200 BTC Goal & Clarification
For clarification on a few things as there are some ambiguities with what we said, the Heroes project will still be launched on it's current time line within the next 2 weeks (prior to the ICO ending). This can safely be done as users using PayPal to purchase Jewels will be buying from the PayPal reserve and will not be able to immediately turn their immature Jewels into the actual Jewels cryptographic asset.
We thank those who have offered input and suggestions as to how to reach the 200 BTC goal as it may seem as it stands we are quite far off. It should be noted that we are also seeking means of investment capital outside of Bitcoin Talk as well as negotiating private deals. We are currently in discussion with a few people in regards to private deals and partnerships which will not affect the Jewels ICO or distribution. Strictly speaking, we are looking to have a starting capital of $120,000 or more which will come from the ICO as well as outside investors.

So if the 200 BTC goal isn't met and you don't get any outside funding then what happens? If at the end even after factoring in outside investments we have a budget less than $120,000.00 USD we will first seek to establish a new roadmap for development based on the available budget. Once we know this, we will then publish this information publicly and allow those who invested to vote weighted by their investment on whether we should proceed. If the majority votes "no" implying that they wish to be refunded then Jewels project will not proceed and we will begin the process of issuing a refund of all BTC. On the contrary, if the majority votes "yes" implying they wish to proceed despite the change in timeline which likely implies delayed schedules we will continue distribution and proceed with Jewels as intended. I hope this helps clarify your question for you. Maybe just a suggestion, since you stated you'd need around 200 BTC for this to succeed why not cap ICO at 200 BTC till it sells out - that will bring more demand since when we near that goal more will want a piece of the limited pie. Or cap it at 250-300 BTC and if you get to 200 BTC by the end you still distribute it accordingly to funds. Also when this ends price will be more stable no dumping since investors will have fixed price and those who miss out will probably need to pay more to get in on exchanges (since majority won't sell under ICO price). 200 BTC is a nice ICO funding that on its own should bring a few major exchanges on it by itself. That is another idea capping it at 200btc and no time duration, have you spoke about that devs? It will be very interesting when it say gets to 120btc and others want a piece of the pie and then the fomo starts happening, it wouldn't take long. The great thing about this sale is the lack of deposit bonuses, free coins is never a good sign however much it looks like it is, something you are doing right. Same price for all and like above said that will ensure the price is healthy, not to mention the demand the coin is going to create inside the games. I feel it I agree - I think free coins (aka bounties) only hurt coins at least on start since those that get it free don't mind selling it under ICO price brining a domino effect on some of the ICO investors. That goes without saying, people who get free coins dump them for a lower amount but if your project is successful then the market can eat the small amount sold from the bounties. The success of a project can be based on how many people see the project and for that many bounty should be offered at some point. |

We have Serious Issue we just withdrew 8000 LISK from Poloniex less than 1 Hour Ago. And the People that
Handled the Withdrawal didn't check for a space before or after the Address.
I hope their somebody here that knows how we would manually recover these coin that have been sent here

What is moving the WAVES chain forward right now? You cant mine it, you can't stake it, so what is processing transactions and solving blocks?
At the moment the Waves chain works by using the Waves team nodes before the announcement of the public code. Some kind of POS? Without reward? Yes, first Pos phase. After a while LPos (Lease Pos) phase. Why without reward? Even at this time tx fee is 0.001-0.002 Waves per each tx. More information will be available after release of the code for full node in the technical paper. Ok, waiting full node release... Is any eta? How about an ETA of when it is ready lol I mean, I am yet to find so many whiney girls and bad investors in one thread. It is truly amazing how many but hurt there is here and nobody has been scammed (YET). sellllllllllllllllllll! I ask stupid questions a lot because it's how I learn. I'm not offended if you find them stupid, so don't worry about it.
Anyway, my confusion revolves around the fact that we have a bunch of platforms already which to my limited knowledge would support a distributed and provably fair casino system. For example Ethereum can support a decentralised exchange, which suggests to me that it would also support a casino Dapp. It's not clear to me the benefit of building an entirely new blockchain instead of utilising an existing smart-contract platform. It even says in the announcement that you intend to make use of Dapps in the future.
Trying to improve my knowledge of this coin and potentially get involved as I do believe that provably fair gambling through smart contracts is evidently the future of casinos. Feel free to continue the insulting tone but I'm more interested in real answers to my dumb questions.
If this project went anywhere near ETH/ETC I would run for the hills. It suggests in the OP that it may integrate to fiat gateways using pre existing tech like Waves, creating a Dapp on Lisk sounds like an idea for the future and not set in stone. You're obviously trying to dumb yourself down and asking very easy to answer questions so the guys 'insulting tone' is what you are hoping for anyway so let it feed you. Very easy to answer and yet you still don't answer. Why another POS clonecoin? What advantage does it bring? I understand the reasoning behind building a site and dapps for provably fair gambling, but you don't tell me the need to spawn yet another blockchain. Why is LIR so much better than any other random POS coin? There you go, we got a bite and he stops beating the bush. Was it not also very easy to ask the simple question from the start? Why not another POS coin? And if you are still playing dumb and not answering your own ridiculous question, I will leave you to ponder what it brings that other coins don't and make up your own mind wether you want to invest or not lol.
