Hello Manager, Can u please ask the team and sign designer to check the Telegram link; it is not a group or channel but simply a mechanism to share the link to the site with individuals or in a group which doesn't make much sense.
Confused. The one on the thread or the one in the signature? Either way, here is the link - https://t.me/BQTCommunity

Week 2 has ended!Hello everyone, payments for week 2 have been sent in this transaction . Escrow funds are getting low levels, being around 0.1 BTC left of gas. Have asked the team for a refill of 0.6 BTC for the next 2 weeks, I'll post in this thread when the BTC is received.
Nothing to change with the rules/participants, except ArkiCrypto has been negged and received no payment, and will also be removed from week 3.
Questions are welcome!
New participants will be accepted in my next post.

Can I take a Hero spot?
Apply to find out! Thanks to everyone else for the kind feedback and let's have a great week 2 as well! I don't yet have a telegram nick so just wanted to see if I'd be accepted first, but I will create one if accepted. Will also change avatar. Bitcointalk Profile Link: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=220995Post Count: 782 Merit Count: 525 BTC Address: 12djVqLFA62a6bMBBDPzxuwF8x8bRhxS2x Telegram Username: tba Thanks Accepted, word of warning though. Rest all denied. Posts like these will not be paid for Chelsea v Arsenal - 2-0 Leicester v Wolves - 1-1 West Ham v Bournemouth 1-1 Cardiff v Newcastle 0-0Gunning for the top spot . Well I got one correct score at least. It's working fine for me, though it wasn't yesterday. Could barely load a page nevermind post.
Just letting you know beforehand to avoid any confusion later on. Before removing my actual signature, do I have a chance to join here?
Since your a quite recognized figure on the forum, I'll count any posts that are not reports for bounty campaigns. Let me know if you are interested. Alright, removed from the sheet. No hard feelings, great working with you as well I'm not sure that I understand. Because an investigative scam accusation was brought up about a company that hired @zapo to run a bounty campaign, you are leaving this unrelated signature campaign? I highly doubt that @zapo would continue to work with a shady business if, in fact, the allegations of fraudulent or scammy tactics are brought to light about the company in review. You might want to wait for an outcome in the future, rather than jumping the gun about an open allegation. If morality is an issue, then the reaction of how @zapo handles the situation should be worth far more than you choosing to leave this unrelated campaign because of an accusation. Just my opinion. Thank you BTCforJoe! As I've stated, I'm not directly involved (except for bounty and sig campaigns) in the project, but I really do like the people behind it, and some of their decisions have made me really support them. I will be an investor in BQT, and money they have put in marketing should say enough about what sort of people are behind the ICO's. However, completely understand the accusations, especially from such a distinguished and merited member such as xtraelv. I hope we'll be able to get finished with this, and we can be on our way. Although, if the accusations are seen through, and it is obvious that the icos are a scam, I will stop all marketing efforts for them.

Dear manager zapo. I would like to inform you that i have checked the spreadsheet for first week payment and i see that you have paid me 0.0032 instead of 0.003? Base on my calculation that the maximum post that will be paid per week is 30 post 0.0001x30 is 0.003?. Did you accidentally sent a wrong payment? Or is there an explanation to this? I just want to be honest.
This is the only time that i have checked the spreadsheet? Sorry for inconvenience. I can send back the 0.0002 if you have accidentally made it.?
Waiting for reply.
My bad. I will deduct 0.0002 BTC from your next payment.

Electrum (the wallet I'm using to store funds) moves all my funds from one address to a brand new one, every time when I send a transaction. Here's the address where my BTC is stored in - 16rtT13DzsbBUWV4zoq4yK4PwwYonsp3VkMessage: I (Zapo) have access to this address. Address: 16rtT13DzsbBUWV4zoq4yK4PwwYonsp3Vk Signature: HyNZ7Ga2gdB2YeskzKQabhbSzaYOaCh4+hYMsLOTlEtfE5qRcMkKiF9AkFGNUZ7pE9Q6yzdNGTnnDsehqzwXcKE=
It means that the current funds is enough to current the second week of payments at the current rate of participation.
You don't need to trust the ICO.
I think you didn't check his escrow address. Just now I visit his escrow address. I saw wallet is empty. ~snip~ I can see final balance : 0 BTC A The money is currently held here in a change address I believe; https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/16rtT13DzsbBUWV4zoq4yK4PwwYonsp3VkLast balance is 0.7 BTC right? and it was consumed by all the participants and now it's 0.50367627 BTC. So, In the first week of the campaign, Zapo give it to us even some of us didn't manage to complete the 30 posts max. I have received the payment and checked the spreadsheet too. I noticed that my starting and ending post count for week 1 is correct, but the number of accepted posts was incorrect. I should only have 17 accepted posts instead of 23. That means, you over paid me for week 1. You can deduct it to the 2nd week payment or if you have another way just let me know.
If this is the case then Zapo is very generous.
@Parodium how did you find the new address? It should be the Escrow Address - 14cJEUeGm157ok88ouskfDGwbSmzf2Kgcr I counted some posts, that were over the timeline, since I was late anyway, and there was no harm in doing it. Don't worry about it New applications denied.

Payment Received! Thank you Zapo! As for the changes you made, I think they are fair enough But 5 posts in altcoin board section are fine IMO. "Mining Altcoin" section is almost spam free and you can find plenty of users who need help.
Yeah, I would agree here, but not everyone is very well knowledgeable about altcoins, or tokens, and it might be encouraging spammy posts in the altcoin board if I keep that requirement, similar to how the gambling signature campaigns require posts in the gambling section and look at that section now. Most of it is just people spewing garbage to hit that 5 or 10 post requirement and I want to avoid that, while also following the ico team's demands of getting people to post in altcoins. Addition of this rule
Posts will have to be a minimum of 150 characters. I strongly disagree with this A post with 150 characters may be useless shitpost. But a post with 10 characters or none and one image may be very useful. If you make this rule everyone will be writing bullshit to get the minimum. I suggest "Unsubstantial posts or repetitive useless posts will not be paid" Very good suggestions bitmover! I have changed that rule to "Unsubstantial posts or repetitive useless posts will not be paid" - I think it's a great wording and alteration of the original rule. Addition of this rule

But a post with 10 characters or none and one image may be very useful. If you make this rule everyone will be writing bullshit to get the minimum. I suggest "Unsubstantial posts or repetitive useless posts will not be paid" I think you are confusing words with "Characters". But I do agree with you on a post being "Shit". A single image can be quite useful and can be worth many words. I believe a post shouldn't be judged on how many characters or words it has, But rather on the "value" it adds to the post. I know this will only increase the workload on the managers but it will help the forum in the long run. Just my 2 cents. I don't mind doing a couple hours extra work if it helps the forum and keeps the people happy. Agree with as well! I can confirm that I have received payment for week 1, thanks Zapo and IOU team for professionally done job. Regarding updating rules, for me personally was not a problem to post 5 times per week in altcoin boards, but I understand that for some users this can be problem. 3 post per week is good solution and I think that everyone can adjust to new rule. All sig campaigns have rule for minimum number of characters, this one not should be an exception. Statement that post with 10 characters or even no single word can be useful is true sometimes, but in that case we could only post "Yes this is true", "No, do not do that" and so on with some pictures. I personally never paying attention to number of characters in my posts, but it is not hard to write 150 minimum/however for campaign manager it may be hard to count characters in every post.Just for example, bold sentence have over 150 characters, it should not be hard to fulfill this rule to anyone. Thank you for the feedback Lucius! 150 characters isn't a hard goal to reach, but I think the suggested wording by bitmover is much better. I'd love to hear you future thoughts. Can I take a Hero spot?
Apply to find out! Thanks to everyone else for the kind feedback and let's have a great week 2 as well!

OP, please explain 1 important moment.
you wrote
Merit Requirements
Users that have recently ranked up, or have received a lot of merits, must specify it on their application.
Member - 15 merit Full Member - 110 merit Senior Member - 270 merit Hero Member - 520 merit Legendary Member - 1040 merit
You must fit all merit requirements below.
But you take people into the Signature Campaign who who doesn't have enough merit. I'm not talking about 1-2 merits, people do not have 10-37 merits.
I'm not going to point out violations, you can find them in the Spreadsheets 2 Signature Campaigns : IOU Signature Campaign and BQT Signature Campaign.
Do you have problems with mathematics?
As shown in many examples, parodium being an example of one, there are a lot of quality posters that don't fit the merit requirement. I'd take one of them over you any day.
