    IOU is starting up a 10-week long signature campaign for the quality posters on bitcointalk. If you fit the merit quota, are active and have great posts, welcome!
About the projectIOU reinvents existing loyalty systems in order to provide more flexibility, control, and many more benefits for Merchants in order to guarantee the highest possible level of consumer satisfaction for the incurred marketing expenditures. IOU' “loyalty system” allows business owners to create a new level of interaction with consumers and, most importantly, provides the opportunity for consumers to freely exchange their purchased IOUs with other consumers for other IOUs which are needed more for those trading parties.
Terms and ConditionsYou must have joined the official IOU Telegram channel, and the bounty channel as well.
You must be wearing the signature and avatar for each week period to receive payment, removal of signature/avatar will lead to no payment.
You must make a minimum of 10 quality posts a week to qualify for the week's payment term.
There is a maximum of 20 paid posts a week. Any posts made above this limit will not be paid.
A minimum of 3 posts per week must be made in any of the altcoin boards to qualify for payment. These posts count towards the 10 post minimum.
Posts in Off-Topic, Games and Rounds, Politics & Society, Serious Discussion, Archival, any signature campaign thread and any Local Board will not be counted towards the post minimum.
Unsubstantial posts or repetitive useless posts will not be paid.
Any user who has negative trust will not be allowed to join. If you receive negative feedback during a week of the signature campaign, your week's payment will be forfeited.
Alternative accounts are not permitted. If you are to be found to have alternative accounts in the campaign, you will be removed and payment for the week will be forfeited.
Posts will be counted weekly at Thursday 4 AM GMT time and payments made within 12 hours.
You must fit all merit requirements below.
I reserve the right to deny/accept anyone and stop/pause the campaign as I see fit.

May be scammer give merit instead of btc  . I can see he given 7 merit on this thread. Even he scam btc he return you merit  . Very Merciful scammer Lol. It means he get price 0.08 BTC for 7 merit  . Please double check next time before collateral token. Especially contract address. Because any token can be created by spending 2$ gas fee. Scammers are more advance from us.  |

Alright guys, a long-awaited update.
Looks like the MTV team will be making payments or starting to within the next 24 hours and they've asked me for a final spreadsheet. It's been 4 weeks after the bounty has ended and since I've informed people multiple times that if you do not have a MTV account you won't receive your tokens, the final spreadsheet will be finalized and locked after I check the last couple pages for KYC requests.
Once again you will only need KYC to withdraw, and you need your account to get your tokens.
After much more talking to the team, we are not sending tokens to people who haven't made an account, instead the people with accounts will receive more MTV and the total bounty budget will be used as promised (except maybe a small reserve fund for people I missed, due to human error).

Yikes!
I'm glad I converted all my BTC to ETH and moved to localethereum when the big KYC update was about to happen. The entire update makes the core concept of localbitcoins invalid.
Are able to send your BTC away? Their support isn't the most helpful and I'd recommend moving your decent sum of BTC away before they lock your account with another bullshit excuse.
Sometimes it's best to cut your losses.
