101  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange cryptocurrency on the best terms, quickly and without registration!🚀 on: February 20, 2019, 06:41:01 PM

Added Monero for exchange Cool

Best regards,
FixedFloat.com team.

Think big. Exchange wisely.
I already exchanged BTC to XMR with this service. First, i forgot to save my order number while waiting for confirmation to latest transaction and it is now understandable for me why site provides  an order id for every order. Long story short:
Process: perfect accuracy as expected, instantly received my coins
Speed : Only 1 confirmation which only took 3 min varying on platform, network.
Rate: A+ service.
102  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [OFFICIAL THREAD] FixedFloat - instant, fully automatic cryptocurrency exchange on: February 20, 2019, 06:29:16 PM
Tried out this exchange and i decided to share my experience. Honestly, I don't actually trust any of the new exchanges but this service is not one of that cases "trade at your own risk". By far I liked it. Transactions are instant and bitcoin deposits only require single confirmation on network.  All the process is very smooth, fast and the website explain step by step everything you have to do. You guys earned a regular user Smiley
P.s: Decreasing minimum amount will be nice. Just my 2 cent.
103  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie should trade or not? Please give me idea. on: February 20, 2019, 03:34:42 PM
Every newbies needs to know whether they should start the trading or not since they does not have knowledge about it, they ought to ask themselves, they have enough information and aptitudes or not, or they simply tune in to the news and expectations of others at that point race into exchanging without considering, they have to answer that question and they will realize what they ought to do with exchanging.
....
It's a very well said dude, you are right. Newbies need to know more cryptocurrency of each characteristic on it and how they work their platform, of course, profitable as well. Though it is not just easy to learn if you don't have enough skills in trading then you should stop and take time to learn more about it. I think the best to build trading skills here in the forum.
New traders need to go check daily sites like babypips for better understanding the idea behind financial market trading. Skills are important but lack of knowledge will lead to decreased performance over time. It is essential to understand when not to enter trade and which conditions are foggy for entering trade.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: January 20, 2019, 09:11:10 PM
This would be completely awesome. ICOs will stop crying about bounty hunters dump and bounty hunters will be able to do anything with earned tethers. I do not see any problem with this idea.
IMO ICOs will find their own way on this matter and bounty participants are barrier for teams after listing on exchanges. Why don't teams talk about private investors who bought cheap tokens in a flash sale?  This offer is debatable.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Panic selling. on: January 20, 2019, 09:08:05 PM
Exactly. Every investor should or trader should have a clear plan of action in case of unpredictable events in the market. If a panic sale begins, you should have a strategy for how you will act and what to do.

Even with such a plan, it is not always possible to take advantage of the situation. The market is sometimes unpredictable, and it is easy to make a mistake during panic sales.

Panic selling causes more pressure on market and emotions drain the energy of market with help of downtrend. Mistakes are expected during price flash-crash and traders act on their ability in order to avoid loss.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Super speculative investment on: January 20, 2019, 09:01:36 PM
For me i do not like to make such risky investments so i will not suggest you any because this type of investment is more like gambling or betting, i will just suggest you to accumulate more and more btc and eth during the bear phase and you will be extremely happy when they recover and reach high prices again hopefully in next few months.
Honestly i don't care about what kind of investments considered as risky and there is no proper tool to measure risk level in crypto market. If someone wants to go all in then maximized potential rewards will justify the risks.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will all ecr20 tokens follow ethereum? on: January 20, 2019, 08:58:26 PM
I think yes. Mostly all ERC-20 tokens follow Ethereum movements. But it doesn't matter if Ethereum lost 15%, for example ZIL will lose the same. THe falling can be smaller in times, like 4-5%.
ERC-20 tokens have positive correlation with price of BTC and ETH. Whenever ETH goes upside or downside other tokens also follow it and marketcap is illusion considering the facts.
108  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin trading on: December 02, 2018, 08:53:41 PM
Recently, taking into account the downtrend of the crypto-currency market, margin trading has become popular. What is the first thing you should pay attention to in this area? What materials should be studied before starting?

My first advise will be to study the market techniques before jumping to boat. Margin trading is very dangerous unlike other non-illiquid assets it can destroy your balance in blink of eye. There different types of margin trading strategies. After learning the basics try demo trading accounts before burning real accounts. If you ever interested with forex you can use real cent accounts for  improving your knowledge and skills.
Short selling is super profitable specially trader uses leverage with margin account. Being on other side of trend can make you suffer from your decisions based on your small experience. Also dont forget to check the books of Jesse Livermore who wrote experiences of professional real  market maker. Psychology is key in margin trading and all the best in this journey!
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I just SOLD my girlfriends car to buy more ETH at sale price :) on: December 02, 2018, 08:35:48 PM
Some hours ago i posted this after realizing the big drop...  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5069276.0

So just gave a call to someone i knew he was interested since few weeks ago in my girlfriends car, and just sold it for 2000€..nearly 13 ETH at this prices..
maybe for others it is not a lot of money..but for us, it is..no more money left, and living with my parents! hahaha
yes i STILLL BELIEVE IN CRYPTO.. the best is still out there to come in the next 2 years i think..  so with a pair of.. I am  ALL IN  Grin

wish me good luck

(please dont follow the same behaviour unless you are as mad as me and ready to loose it all)
Of course you are desperate, but it is possible then you would be a plus. I think in doing so, you realized that you can lose, and you can win. Time will tell.

At this time, he took the best chance to make money. ETH is a reliable coin and will soon rise to the price. I think you can buy yourself a car worth $20,000 soon.

Which one of us would be surprised if the ETH bull period was $1800?

If we make an account;

13 ETH x $1800 = $23,400

Nice Win!
Imagination is good but let's calculate the possible scenarios:

What if price of ETH gonna to hit 80$?

Math comes to help us:   13 ETH x $80 = $1040  Embarrassed

What if he gonna to lose private keys of eth wallet? Cheesy

He should find another way to pay back same amount in last two case. I simply try but can't put myself in his shoes. I appreciate his belief but this is unacceptable way of risk.
110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Real places where you can spend your Bitcoins today on: December 02, 2018, 08:22:14 PM
Gift Cards : You can buy gift cards via Gyft or eGifter. The recipient will then be able to spend the gift card at one of a wide range of retailers.

Flights and Hotels : You can pay for flights and hotels with bitcoin, through Expedia, CheapAir and Surf Air.

Microsoft : Microsoft accepts bitcoin in its app stores, where you can download movies, games and app-based services.

Music : Some musicians like Bjork, Imogen Heep, will let you download their music in exchange for cryptocurrency.

Gold : Sharps Pixley, APMEX and JM Bullion can help you buy gold and exchange for bullion.

Food : PizzaforCoins will get a pizza delivered to your door. Total 83 restaurant (and counting) accept bitcoin as payment method - http://bitcoinrestaurants.net/

Education : Several private and public universities as well as a couple of New York preschools accept bitcoin.

Legal authorities : Some legal and accounting firms also accept payment for their services in the cryptocurrency.

Charities : Bitcoin-accepting charities or crowdfunding sites, such as BitHope, BitGive or Fidelity Charitable.

Furniture : Overstock was one of the first big retailers to start accepting bitcoin, back in 2014, and its founder – Patrick Byrne – is still one of the technology’s most active proponents.

For a list of offline stores near you that accept bitcoin, you can check SpendBitcoinsor CoinMap.

I am thinking about buying the gift cards for using them in big online shopping sites. In black friday i managed to get good discounts with combining the gift card sales and free shippings. Sometimes i hesitate to buy gift cards because scammers
sell the gift cards which bought with stolen credit cards. Scammers can lose the tracks with excluding name and address with  offering really good discounts for bulk buying. You get what you pay..Thanks for sharing this valuable information.
111  Economy / Speculation / Re: "Buy the dip" is only a strategy for losers on: December 02, 2018, 08:16:59 PM
We see it every time Bitcoin goes to a new lower level.

Bitcoin "believers" will hurry to say "buy the dip" and "just wait it will come back"

Reality is that every dip is a new lower level - and after that comes another dip...and another.

In the beginning of 2017 very few people had Bitcoin - and therefore the price could quickly move up as a large number of people with zero financial understanding started buying Bitcoin.

Now a large number of people with zero understanding has Bitcoin and price moves down - there are no more new fools to get into Bitcoin to ever pump it again.

"Buy the dip" is something only fools believe - and as can be seen in here there are unfortunately many fools in here who do not understand that their money is already lost

Yes all believers saying this words; Buy the dippest price. It is so strange but I know that someone will be know. Bitcoin will breakout soon. Then we will be know how much is the dippest price.

First let me ask question about the dip which you wrote about: How do you measure the chart and trend in order to find  dippest price?

Trying to catch dip before entering position is like hope to catch train exactly when it leaves. What if next price discovery gonna to fool everyone with fake breakouts for several years... I trade for living and i know how it feels to predict market with tools everyone knows about it. I also hope bitcoin and all other altcoins will find stable way to grow healthy no like 400% in single bar  of  daily chart.
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am most worried now on: December 02, 2018, 08:11:12 PM
Dont worry my friend this is is truly unpredictable every moment counts its a bear market now it will back to normal once pass into this dark moments just hold and comeback next year.

Cheap talking, my friend. Nothing more nothing less.  That is why we trade because it is unpredictable. Seasons are created by traders who tries to take profit with specualating.  Holding crypto for years for hoping it will come back Huh I remember this from my old days,it is called loser strategy Smiley Instead of giving false information you can try to give information about how to trade or invest with smart decisions.
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019? on: December 02, 2018, 07:59:18 PM
I only hope that in 2019 there will be a special institution that handles ICO meaning that the ICO will pass a feasibility test before plunging to find investors in the field. This is important to avoid ICO fraud. I just want to get a qualified and responsible ICO. I just hope that this ICO will come up with a unique and different project innovation and coins than before so that the difference is really from the previous ICO. I also hope that the subsequent emergence of the ICO must really be thought through so that it is not only euphoria to hold as many ICOs as possible but also balanced with equal responsibility.
So you want a centralized institution telling you what icos are good enough for your investment? That goes against the decentralization that is so present in this market, cryptocurrencies strive to give their users absolute freedom but with that freedom comes a huge amount of responsibilities as well like deciding in which ico you want to invest and if you lose your money there is no one else to blame but yourself.

Decentralized exchanges means more freedom, less paperwork, less headaches, less comissions etc. What you said here is also case for centralized exchanges. Who knows what will happen before it has happened? We are just discussing  the one of  hundred thousand possibilities with speculating non-reasonable expectations. Responsibilities are part of self control and there is no cutting  sword for such kind of people who likes to lose money in scam ICOs...
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO is a sleeping giant or not??? on: December 02, 2018, 07:53:36 PM
My bet is no but the price of NEO has fallen so much that it can significantly raise during future bull market. (Hope that sooner or better this market will happen).

I remember good old days. People are so arrogant  in trading rooms when they talk about next  possible high level after discovering the  biggest wave of uptrend. Trend is your friend if you follow the flow Wink So it is meaningless to predict which coin will give best possible ROI  in uptrend. They go together, they come back together. Enjoy with your winnings and try to find 'exit' in  your open positions. There is no secret Wink
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you happy with stakes payment method ? on: December 02, 2018, 07:48:13 PM
There are numerous ongoing bounty programs who are rewarding the bounty hunters by stakes model and sometimes bounty hunters are disappointed by the fact that ICO's don't meet the softcap thus the users do not get any benefit for their hard work or sometime they receive too little rewards for their hard work due to stakes systems, do we really need stakes system or the best thing will be provided a fixed amount of tokens for bounty (like $100 work of tokens per week or so)?
For me as long as it can give me earning it is still okay for me. There are so many ways for a bounty campaign in giving rewards from bounty. Some reward gives high earnings, some are low and some does not have any value so it was sad for me. Whether it can be staked or not as long as it can give me earnings it is still good.

In my opinion it will more fair to give stakes based on user's post quality. Mainly bounty managers always try to control the social network content with boosting the reward but rising quantity doesnt mean same amount of quality. It is not secret that, higher earnings will lead to increase post quality. I check telegram groups in my free times and try to read opinions of other crypto bounty hunters. Result is distrubing because of memes, stupid content, useless opinions like "when moon","when lambo" Cheesy
116  Economy / Economics / Re: China is turning against cryptocurrencies?? on: December 02, 2018, 07:41:48 PM
It is actually not the Chinese government that is against cryptocurrency. It is the peoples bank of china which is the biggest bank in china that is against bitcoin and crypto very much. Since it is a communist bank and all those people who work on that bank are basically government employees it becomes the "government" is against it but in reality they are just a branch of it and not all of it.

For example, I am sure there must be some people in the ministry of family and social policies (if they have a ministry like that) probably likes bitcoin as well but we don't make clickbait titles like "government employee promotes bitcoin in china" or something because that's just one person. Hence, same applies here, there is no governmental consensus since all people have their own opinions but the people at the top seems to listen to the bank so far, that can change rather quickly if anyone higher starts to like it one day.

Government of  China is trying to find all possible expectations in order to compete with hegemon countries for different type tecnological, financial innovations. China takes the lead in AI,robotic softwares with improving their research and network among biggest companies but  sometimes leak the information to foreign sources.Crypto industry is developing there but people will always find some glitches for destroying reputation of country, so it doesnt matter how much afford given for this possibilty.
117  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money Laundering started with banks not bitcoins. on: December 02, 2018, 07:35:34 PM
in my opinion it is propaganda against bitcoin, we can see that banks feel threatened by the existence of bitcoin and spread negative issues against bitcoin, the banks do not dare to compete in a healthy manner. and also with crypto technology like blockchain can destroy banks,

It is kinda debatable to legalize crypto payments with matching incoming transactions vs the outgoing transactions. I hope governments will find their way to stop money laundering with traditional methods but the case is a bit different with cryprtocurrrncies. Crypto is the way of buying value like all other currencies. So no need to blame crypto community with weak arguments.
118  Economy / Economics / Re: "Future of Bitcoin" or "Explaining what's wrong with asking where is the bottom" on: December 01, 2018, 06:24:19 PM
I get strange feelings reading users been sure of themselves saying with full conviction that bottom price for bitcoin is 7000, 6000, 5000... Smiley  drawing waves and lines on selective parts of charts...  Guys, come on!
Let me clear a little bit where we are right now as an ecosystem. Bitcoin is still just a speculative commodity with highly manipulative and artificial price making. As bitcoin market is "too free"- even black market operators see its as a risk of loosing money, so they prefer old but more reliable dirty cash. So there are ICOs(just another bubble) , gambling and speculators of all sizes. That is the foundation of bitcoin economy. No manufacturing, no big investment funds into something real and stable like textile. Just speculators.
I remind you, after everybody knew about bitcoin and there were already industrial mining price was stagnant around 100$ +-40% .  Then came the market-makers and started their waves. Good old pump and dump came to bitcoin. What we saw last two years is just another wave of pump and dump. And if not strange buy and sell habits that changed price in steps should have tipped you off, then the  amazing syncing of movement and absolute price on all major exchanges. There is no way for bitcoin price to be  exactly same on all exchanges unless there is some coordination or price fixing.
I can see some substance for bitcoin price to be around 400 or 700, but 4-7000?  No, thats a pump.
Now, what is really we should be worried about: will there be mass closure of exchanges with frozen funds and mass scam showed to all?(they are all ready been investigated). Or, will there be another coin created by the same pumpers, and bitcoin killed as an example for crypto enthusiasts at the same time as the new coin will be pumped for two years.
If next 10 years international markets will get turbulent (and likely they will) some country more respected then Venezuela can blink and go for their own bitcoin in desperate try to save themselves. Where will Bitcoin be then?

Bitcoin right now is very speculative.

However, the thing that I think that you're wrong in terms of speculation is that it doesn't mean that in the future, it won't have any more utility other than being speculative. With bitcoin, I can comfortably say that it will, either by being the currency that is accepted widely as an global form of payment, or as a sort of a reserve asset that hedges against inflation.

But I do think that this is quite normal for bitcoin, as in what is happening right now, as prices are dropping due to the bear market. It might not have bottomed out yet, but I think that it's fairly probable the recovery will come some time next year. I simply do not think that given the current level of demand, $400-700 is a very likely spot for bitcoin to end up at all.

Also, what you mentioned with the exchanges is completely separate from bitcoin itself, imo. Non-compliant exchanges can obviously be shut down whenever the regulators want.

Well, speculation is root of all evil. First of all i dont think bitcoin has the potential to replace the current financial system because it is not even big threat as payment method for known reasons like confirmation time, double spend issues, unstable mining fee etc.. Inflation is closed circle and it has potential to overwhelm the advantages of latest techoloigcal solutions to banking system.

Regulations make things more harder and non-understandable for average Joe. Governments have power to control total turnover but decentralizaed exchanges are second to none solution to bypass this easily.
119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH to 80$ on: December 01, 2018, 06:07:10 PM
I really don't think that the price will hit $80. There's a panil sell idea in the air that is doing the things be how it is now, i think that it's temporary. When the cryptomarket consolidates itself there'll be another scenario.

Eth is going to touch double digits and ripple takes advantage of being second biggest cryptocurrency with higher marketcap domination. In my opinion eth price will hit 200$ till the end of year but consolidation will create more powerful impuls for bull side. Let the dust settle...
120  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Be careful with fake exchanges on: December 01, 2018, 06:02:15 PM
Knowing social engineering methods will clear path to way for scamming people no matter how securely they protect accounts. Decentralized exchanges will solve all this problems. Scammers always find their way to scam others.By the way, there are 3 types of authentication:
1)What you know: like password, token seed for generating private keys
2)What you have: like car, key, phone which can give you access for passing authentication
3)What you are: fingerprint,eyescan,facecode
