101  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When you heard about Bitcoin vs. When you first used Bitcoin on: June 14, 2021, 12:03:17 PM
How long did it take you to jump on the Bitcoin bandwagon?

I first heard about Bitcoin in 2009
I first used Bitcoin in 2013

Took me 4 years!

What about you?
Very lucky if you find out bitcoin early . Not with me , I know bitcoin in 2016 . At that time I prefer to play online surveys to fill the void of my time. And at that time I didn't really understand what bitcoin was, I just heard from friends who have played bitcoin. And when I learned bitcoin, unfortunately I invested with altcoins which made me suffer a huge loss at that time. Finally in 2018 I just dared to focus on bitcoin alone.
102  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: June 14, 2021, 11:54:19 AM
Got in a discussion with a friend that recently started learning Technical Analysis and then he said he trades without using stop Loss. I told him no good trader trades without stop Loss. I tried to explain to him about the volatility and how trades can go against you especially as a new newbie and you can lose heavily. He seems adamant and I decided to leave him maybe he will learn from his own mistake if it happens. It seems there are also many traders that trade without stop Loss and I wonder how they do it conveniently.

Please share your views on how important stop Loss is and how convenient it can be to trade without stop Loss.
Just leave him with his trading style , because not everyone will experience a loss with a stop loss . He just needs time to learn by his own experience. The most important thing is that our duty as a friend has been done to just remind us. The rest let him determine his own style. And I'm sure he will understand and start to learn from all his experiences
103  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 14, 2021, 11:33:43 AM
Not many countries have made available stimulus package for its citizens to help soften the economic effects of the pandemic.
With many nations of the world still recovering from the economic realities caused by the pandemic, how will you describe the economic situation in your country at the moment?

I am curious, Apart from your crypto Holdings, what other investments do you have? Or are you investing in crypto alone?
What is clear is that the economy has fallen drastically after the Covid-19 virus. A lot of unemployment in my country because many companies are out of business. Even now I'm still investing only with bitcoin, there are investments in the real world in the field of trading, it's just that it's back again because covid 19 costs more than income. In the end I decided to focus on investing in bitcoin only.
104  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To diversify or not to diversify... on: June 14, 2021, 04:17:56 AM
Better to focus on what you have started . If you buy altcoins for other backup investments, it's okay as long as you are ready to risk when playing with altcoins. Because the price is very volatile and if bitcoin is going down, altcoins are going down even worse. So my advice just focus on what you have started .
105  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid-19 effect on your country's economy!!! on: June 11, 2021, 11:08:43 PM
World is facing a new crisis almost last 6 months+ and who knows how much it will remain. For this pandemic outbreaks, economy is getting down in many countries. It's getting cursed for one sector based economy.

Explain your country's economy here by mentioning the sector which is getting down day by day for this pandemic.
When I comment now, maybe it's been almost 2 years that we have been hit by covid, and covid 19 is still there. The government can only deal with it by providing the existing vaccines to the public for free. It does help a little to reduce the number of people affected by this disease outbreak, but a new problem arises, there are some cases that die after being vaccinated. Obviously Covid affects many sectors, the main one is the economy. There are so many unemployed in our country , including me . But I am grateful that I have known for a long time about bitcoin, so that I can still earn even from home.
106  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some millionaires hate Bitcoin? on: June 11, 2021, 11:00:45 PM
Some wealthy people have expressed their disdain towards Bitcoin. They believe Bitcoin is a scam or Ponzi scheme backed by nothing. Figures like Warren Buffet, and even Donald Trump himself believe Bitcoin is a sham. I'm surprised to see this, since Bitcoin brings many profit opportunities to its "hodlers". For some reason, millionaires (or billionaires) hate Bitcoin. They usually support Gold and Fiat, not wanting to try something new like crypto/Blockchain tech. Justin Sun tried to convince Warren Buffet to get into crypto a while ago, only to find that his efforts were in vain.

Thoughts? Huh
They don't want to join Bitcoin, but they are afraid that if people get rich because of bitcoin, some of them also don't know about technology. For a trump he fears Bitcoin will go big and affect the value of the usd. However, no matter how much they hate bitcoin, they can't prohibit the existence of bitcoin at this time
107  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Signals in crypto on: June 11, 2021, 04:33:44 PM
Here, no one knows how big the coin will be, whether it will have a price or just turn into ashes. One can only analyze from a number of volumes . If you want to know and analyze, the setting is often present in forums, asking and discussing. However, you need to remember that you are included in the group of people you can trust. So you can minimize losses.
108  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin for everyone on: June 11, 2021, 04:29:21 PM
*the post has been edited based on the reply in this topic as of 11 May 2021 22:00
some stat:
  * "the world population was estimated to have reached 7,800,000,000 people as of March 2020" (https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=number+of+people+on+the+planet)
  * bitcoin current supply: 18,660,000;
    minus 3,700,000 ( "Around 3.7 million bitcoin, currently worth around $140 billion, appears to be permanently lost or stranded in disused digital wallets, US-based paper The New York Times reported Tuesday." / https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+many+bitcoins+lost+forewer)
    total: 14,960,000

in case of equal distribution as of may 2021 (no worries, it won't happen): 14,960,000 / 7,800,000,000 = 0.0019179 btc per person / 191790 sat per person
with the current average price of $55,000 per BTC : 0.00221794*55000 = 105.48 $ per person;

now let's dream a little bit.

some more stat:
 * "The world's population is projected to reach 8.5 billion by 2030, 9.7 billion by 2050" (https://www.google.com/search?q=number+of+people+by+2030);

year 2050:

some if's and assumptions:
 *99.9% of population has access to electricity and internet;
 * robots almost ready to do all the dirtiest and manual work for humans;
 *humans do mostly intellectual work, craft, art, etc.; they still can do manual and dirty work though, but only if they want to;
 *energy is clean, unlimited and practically free;
 *bitcoin has matured and evolved, got strength and new qualities:
   - become easy and convenient to use, cheap (low/no fees) and fast (processing time);
   - stayed decentralized;
   - become capable of self-defence (developed a mechanism against manipulation and abuse of the system);
    - governed by users/holders (has different levels of voting systems and various electoral, autonomous bodies within the system that counterbalance and equilibrate each other to avoid corruption and abuse of power);
    - has a mechanism of suppression of unnecessary urge for greed and unreasonable enrichment (various fee in case one holding more than need or speculate);
    - stimulate trust, help and support for those who are in temporal difficulties (unforeseen circumstances, illness, etc);
    - has a mechanism of discouraging laziness and make no room for freeloaders (want a bite - do your part);

some more if's:
 * bitcoin current supply: 20,900,000;
  minus 3,700,000 ;
  total: 17,200,000;
 * bitcoin slowly has been redistributed to all people on the planet: big holders willingly and voluntarily sell their surplus of bitcoins to bitcoinless folks (it is not profitable and respectful anymore to hold more than you need);

remember the year is 2050:

17,200,000 / 9,700,000,000 = 0.00177319 btc per person / 177319 sat per person;
with the price goes up to $1,000,000 per BTC : 0.00177319*1000000 = 1,773.19 $ (but who cares about fiat in 2050?)

177319 sat per person / a golden standard / - an average living wage for a common citizen of the world;

SO. all we need is a mechanism of equal distribution of bitcoin among all people on Earth, BUT it has NOT to be on the base of forceable expropriation and equal redistribution. the mechanism has to be just, transparent, beneficial for everybody, stimulating trust and honesty, fighting greed, corruption and laziness.

Maybe this is a pretty interesting idea to study. It's just that the question is, does everyone understand what cryptocurrency is, what is bitcoin. Even in my country not many know what bitcoin is. So if this idea is poured in, there's still a lot that needs to be studied, in order to make it perfect.
109  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The World Without Bitcoin on: June 11, 2021, 04:20:40 PM
Have you ever thought what would the world be without Bitcoin? Imagine if the cryptocurrency was never invented and we'd still be living with Fiat (paper money and credit/debit cards). People would be subject to banks' desires without a chance for freedom. A cashless society would be only a dream, without innovations in the FinTech space. Gold would still be an option, but not everyone will be able to access it. The unbanked people will be forced to deal with banks in order to participate in the mainstream economy. A lot of challenges and hurdles would arise without a decentralized form of currency for the enjoyment of all.

What do you think the world will be today without Bitcoin? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
Maybe if life without bitcoin, the world has no other variety than investing in stocks and gold. And maybe right now I'm still in the same condition as a few years ago, where it's very difficult to buy what I want right. At least with bitcoin, more or less it has changed my life. By being patient, investing from a price that may have been tens of times the profit, even though sometimes there is a slight loss but that is not a problem as long as we can manage our finances.
110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the Best Time to sell ? on: June 10, 2021, 11:03:37 AM
You don't need to think much when you are buying something but when you want to sell there is always a fear that what if the price increases?
As a boy belonging to middle-class family, I don't have a large share BTC hodling and now I am unable to figure out what should I do? Here are my few questions......
Should I hold for more time?
Should I buy some more now only or wait if the price dips a bit?

Sell it when you make a profit, if indeed when you sell then the price goes up, it's already a risk and a little grateful because you didn't lose.. Get in the habit of investing 50:50, save your capital 50 percent to buy coins when correction, so that when prices are trending down you don't panic so much. Maybe that helps a little.
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crpto investment in 2021 on: June 10, 2021, 08:20:15 AM
I've always tended to like to invest my assets into ETH, in 2019 the prices still tended to be cheap from there I invested and now I'm grateful that I've made multiple profits until this year. Maybe if you invest in Eth I think it's still good enough for years to come
112  Economy / Economics / Re: Human productivity on: June 10, 2021, 07:48:24 AM
That's right, in ancient times you had to store gold properly so it wouldn't be stolen by thieves. So worried first to save a very valuable asset. However, in this changing era of digital era. Storing large assets is very easy and convenient. transact easier. Only a matter of minutes we can invest, send the amount of money we need right. times have changed. most importantly our norms and beliefs never change
113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading is Easy dont be afraid just on: June 10, 2021, 05:45:39 AM
some beginners do not know the correct technique in trading. They invested all their savings without any leftovers. I agree that when trading we should still have 50 percent of the capital to buy coins when correction.... Dna learn not to panic when the market is correcting. That's not a solution..and we will never make a profit.
114  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1 Year From Now: 5-10 Countries Accepting BTC As A Legal Tender on: June 10, 2021, 04:47:11 AM
Just imagine it. This is madness! BTC can reach new ATHs in the coming year... funny how people don't realize it. They keep listening to the bankers: "it's risky, it's no good, it's a scam, blah blah".

Go buy BTC now and give yourself a chance to have a better life! We're living historical times.

To me BTC reaching $1XX,XXX is a certainty and I think it will go up way more than that.

Just HODL and enjoy the riiiiiiiiiiiiiiidddddddddeeeeeeee!
yes , it is very possible . Given the volatile nature of bitcoin, nothing is impossible here. we must prepare ourselves for much better. Risk is better than no action and no change at all. Most importantly we continue to monitor developments and continue to analyze our assets . Do not lose . Although we never know what the next year bitcoin will be like.

116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins Bounties Worth Joining and Giving efforts to? on: May 02, 2021, 03:11:03 PM
for me you are very lucky in following several airdrops that have been passed because you received tokens from them. in terms of being commensurate with joining the altcoin bounty it is not a guarantee because every bounty manager they try to make every bounty promoted so before joining be more careful to look at the rules What is in the bounty suggestion I choose to join a manager who is experienced in managing bounties
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin season ending in may ? on: May 01, 2021, 10:20:40 PM
all have their own corrections every time there is an increase in crypto there will be a decline, altcoin seasons will not end if the bitcoin rally is still running, lately there have been many corrections in several altcoins that does not mean the seasons have ended especially that every analysis that appears does not necessarily happen as well as altcoins that the days keep increasing and reaching new ATH, I think seasons altcoin will continue until the end of the year
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB become the king of all coins on: May 01, 2021, 06:49:34 PM
I don't think any altcoin will become king other than bitcoin, is there an altcoin that has exceeded the price above bitcoin, for me BNB is an altcoin that has a bright future that will not be king on crypto. Apart from that this year bitcoin has reached a new ATH so many altcoins are also reaching new ATHs including BNB, so for an altcoin to become king of coins it will take a very long time and it's not possible

There is no doubt that this April is the altcoin season that is waiting for you, I see the movement of altcoins growing very fast on each graph soaring so that each altcoin reaches an event like this happens every 4 years, we can use this opportunity to increase profit because of this. the actual altcoin month in crypto is very different from the previous year
