1081  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: 💥🚀[ANN][ICO] INS ECOSYSTEM - Menghubungkan Konsumen & Produsen Grocery 🚀 on: December 03, 2017, 04:15:15 AM
1082  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Jgn mau kena kompor trus panic sell on: December 02, 2017, 03:31:57 PM
Undecided

Peningkatan harganya sangat fantastis sekali gan, hanya berselang satu hari naiknya mencapai
1084  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: 🌟★ [ANN] [ICO] ★🌟 UAHPAY (UAH): CRYPTOBANK : CRYPTOCARD : ICO TRADING on: December 02, 2017, 03:48:17 AM
1085  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Gagal gajian!!! on: December 01, 2017, 04:19:42 PM
Kenapa setiap saya ikut signature campaign proyeknya selalu gagal.

Saya selalu memnuhi syarat

1086  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Pemilik Saldo diatas 200 juta bisa diintip petugas pajak on: December 01, 2017, 01:32:59 PM

http://www.tribunnews.com/bisnis/2017/06/05/psst-saldo-tabungan-rp-200-juta-ke-atas-di-bank-kini-bisa-diintip-orang-pajak
1087  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia Proposes Jail Sentence for Bitcoin Activities on: November 08, 2015, 12:34:51 PM
Hey Russia, Thanks for pointing out a positive solution to govt controls: Virtual Currencies!

Thanks for the free adversitising!

I am sure that if they don't do anything about it (to maintain their power over the people) then it will be too late (if not already).
Btw, wasn't Russia positive towards crypto a while back?

1088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: NASDAQ.com - Bitcoin: Are We in a Time that Changes Everything for Bitcoin on: November 08, 2015, 12:20:25 PM
...

I have been waiting and hoping now for quite some time that some press reports (etc.) would "do it" for BTC (make it attractive enough to the masses to start in).

It looks like it will take MANY such stories to get people's attention.  May, many such stories.

And, of course, more places to SPEDN Bitcoin.

LOL!

I am guessing that's the opposite of HODL, right? Cheesy

And yes, I agree, there is a need for more stories and more places to SPEDN your Bitcoin Wink

Satoshi Nakamoto already is in possession of several hundred million U.S. dollars worth of bitcoins so the additional prize money may not mean much to him. Only if he wants, the committee could also transfer the prize money to my bitcoin address, 165sAHBpLHujHbHx2zSjC898oXEz25Awtj

Mr Nakamoto and I will settle later.

Sure...
Anything else that Satoshi can do for you?
1090  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ransom demanded from an attacker on: November 08, 2015, 09:35:39 AM
How did you brother download the scam tool and run it in the first place?
Can he trace the source?
1091  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin Will Not Survive", says Jamie Dimon on: November 08, 2015, 09:26:31 AM
Bitcoin is technology and Dimon is a human.... Who will not survive?

Unfortunately, technology is created and used by humans.
So it depends on humans if it will survive or not.
But so far it's doing pretty well I might say.
1092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to "wash" your coins on: November 08, 2015, 09:18:29 AM
What happens if I deposited on cryptsy then withdraw this can be tracked? I saw what as soon as I deposited, my bitcoins left my address (on exchange) and when I withdraw they come from others addresses.
Yes basically. Exchanges moves the coins to a central address for storage or use it directly from the address to fund the withdrawals of other users. They can still be traced by the exchange as they can and most probably have kept a log of your deposit and withdrawal transactions.
But they cannot share information right?
That is called the privacy law, or this doesn't count?

By law, if the law requires them to hand out information (and the law applies in their territory that is) then they will.
And God knows where/how you information is used elsewhere by the exchange.
1093  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: World's First School to Issue Academic Certificates via Bitcoin Blockchain on: November 01, 2015, 01:38:38 PM
Interesting idea.
Let's see how this picks up from other institutions as well.
1094  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ransomware, the best thing that has happened to Bitcoin on: November 01, 2015, 01:35:05 PM
Here we go, Bitcoin to stratospheric prices and general public adoption due to the need to get their data back.

What we need now is an app that lets people automatically pay their ransomware taxes.

Not really.
For people to get into Bitcoin and regularly use it, they should be able to have a good and smooth experience, not the opposite.
1095  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Greatest Bitcoin Invention Ever! on: November 01, 2015, 01:32:16 PM
ok the way i can see it working well would be this..

when you write a comment you pay 2cents..
1cent goes to the video producer.. and 1 cent is stored as a '+1' credit..

meaning you get to +1 another persons post..

so lets say 20 people write comments..(40cent total budget) video producer gets 20cent
and then the commenters see that 3 commenters make very informative posts
Commenter A: +12 (12cent reward)
Commenter B: +5 (5cent reward)
Commenter C: +3 (3cent reward)

this will mean that people will want to make very informative comments in the hope people will +1 them, and get some profit from the comments

That actually sounds like something that might work.
But there already is sites that pay people to post/comment and even like an article.

The OP's idea is not something new.
1096  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: You can now fund your paypal account with bitcoins on: October 17, 2015, 10:55:41 AM
I can sell my coins for PayPal, but I cannot BUY coins with PayPal. Any chance this will change?
actually you can perform any transaction either buy or sell, it is very easy to find here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0  Grin

I was referring to this specific site.

I can sell my coins for PayPal, but I cannot BUY coins with PayPal. Any chance this will change?

When somebody sell you coins, cannot you pay with Paypal?

you can only sell at the moment and it's not directly related to someone else buying, i think it's an internal process

i mean you don't sell directly to someone that has money on paypal...

Yes I confirm. You are only trading with Coinimal directly. Never with any other person, as this is the only way we can guarantee that there will be no chargeback.

Yes, I am trading directly with an exchange provider. So how come they are happy taking my coins for PP but I can not use PP to buy their coins? Guess if I want to buy BTC with PP I will also have to make my own exchange service and offer an option "sell your BTC to my for PP".

What you are asking for is I believe not doable at the moment due to chargebacks and PayPal's policy against crypto.
1097  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: cash remains the only option if there's an emergency on: October 17, 2015, 10:50:53 AM
If there is a real emergency or some sort of epidemic then even cash is useless. I'd be moving with my Glock, that'd be the only way to survive Smiley

Not entirely true IMO.
If there is some kind of EMP even a natural one like a solar one then some kind of money will still be needed.
We will need to get back to way things were, so money and cooperation will be required.
Shooting each other wont solve the problem, it will only make it worse.
1098  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: PACMiC v4 is now advertising as S7 backed on: October 17, 2015, 10:40:45 AM
Hey I've been looking for a reliable cloudmining site for ages.

I had bad luck with lunamine and that norwegian site that also went down and ran away with everyone's coins.

Would u say hashnest is more reliable with cloudmining?

I'd say Hashnest is the MOST reliable. I base this on my (and many others') opinion that Bitmain is the MOST reliable hardware manufacturer at the moment.

Hashnest is backed (or at least appears to be backed) by specific Bitmain hardware, with different markets for Antminer S2,S3,S4,S5,S7. It would be a detriment to the hardware sales subsidiary 'BitmainTech' for the cloudhashing subsidiary 'Hashnest' to in any way attain a negative community outlook. Basically, I believe that the profits made from the hardware manufacturer keep the cloudhashing site in line if they are sharing a brand name.

IMO Hashnest is the most legit and the only cloudmining site I would trust a significant amount of coins on. I have bought hardware from BitmainTech and this factors into my opinion of the company as a whole.

I will agree with the bolded part.
I have not used their cloudmining service but I trust Bitmain.
1099  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why only Bitcoin Matters — (and why everything else matters less) on: October 17, 2015, 10:33:45 AM
I like the term that they use here. "monetary sovereignty" which I think represents what bitcoin is all about especially the part where they specifically explained that "your money doesn’t really belong to you, it belongs to the central bank and thus is a poor long term store of value.  Not to mention the banks may choose to revoke your use of it selectively if they don’t approve of you or your business". Which is true of course.

Indeed it it true and it's scary.
1100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: October 17, 2015, 10:31:46 AM
One of the reasons is because Bitcoin costs money to acquire (more than it's value) due to exchange fees, bank fees, etc.
It's just not worth it for most people.
