If that new project is the same as the previous projects, I don't think that it will reach many investors because they already get a bad experience with the old projects, so they don't want to get the same experience. LTC is currently valued at $83 and a x5 increase from that price is not impossible, provided bitcoin will rise high and made a new ATH also.

Disappearing while bullrun is coming wouldn't be profitable for that exchange, it will only sound stupid of them to do that. The exchange would rather be doing it when the bears took over the market already but who knows they might just be quitting.
