101  Economy / Services / Re: [Lee group]in stock, 2900$ and 3250$! dragon 1T miner shipped within 48 hours on: April 08, 2014, 04:56:30 PM
Assuming a static BTC value you maybe correct, but it was only a month ago that 1 BTC = ~$650 so it is extremely difficult to speculate on BTC value and mining.

I will gladly invest in your crystal ball that gives you the ultimate knowledge.

FYI, this is no longer profitable. It currently costs 6.4 BTC and at most you'll get back 5.5BTC with 17% difficulty increases. At most, you can hope to break even by selling the miner.

Jeez why is everyone so defensive? Just giving a heads up. All I'm saying is that if you were to invest money now, it would probably be much better spent buying BTC. You will end up with more BTC in the long run.

If you buy the miner, it would currently cost $2900 or around 6.4BTC. You will mine at most 5.5BTC and if you sell the miner, maybe you can get 1 more BTC. Maybe. It's a losing deal no matter how you look at it.

You will never break even at current difficulties with 10GH/s=0.156BTC, let alone June.

You all should take a look at my 1m scalp bot. It's done fantastic lately!

Gained 45% more BTC since the 25th.

Strategy

Hey Trader59, this looks interesting!, I purchased your cold storage bot today, however I didn't realise it was only buying BTC and not selling as well. is it possible at all to get acces to transfer to this scalp bit instead? cause this seems to better suite my needs right now.
Thanks in advance!

It sells BTC, it just tends to hold on to it. And sorry I sell all my bots separately, there's no coupon system, I don't have control over who uses what bot, and it just makes everything too complicated.
105  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling Bitcoin trading bots and bot rentals. 6x Bitcoins in 60 days! on: April 04, 2014, 01:44:47 PM
Also another question sir.

Is it normal to get this message a few times an hour every hour? 2014-04-03 05:17 SELL order wasn't created because the amount is less than minimum order amount.

I picked up the 1m scalp and it did quite well yesterday in the volatility but after some good initial action i am just getting these one after another.  I did take some funds out of the account mid day, did that throw it off?

That is going to happen whenever the bot 'wants' to buy or 'wants' to sell but is unable to because there are no available funds to support the action.

Effectively if your account is in BTC because the bot has spent all of your fiat, the bot still 'wants' to buy because its action is independent of your balance.

Hi I rented your bot but it doesn't do anything? I have it set up with my btc-e account and it sees the the btc in my account but it never makes any trades. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I also updated it to v 2.5

Edit: nevermind it looks like its working now I have it upgraded. I'll be happy if it makes my 30$ back Smiley

It doesn't catch every move otherwise it would lose big. Run a backtest and if your results are similar then you don't have anything to worry about. Also we're in a very non-volatile period right now, so there isn't much to trade on.

The bot sits in BTC. It does not sell BTC, but sits and gains you BTC, hence why it’s called a cold storage bot.

what? so its just a bot that buys btc?

And gains when there's significant volatility.

I am unable to run back tests in dates other than what you have set is that an issue with cryptotrader or did you disable that?

You have to be a member there and pay $8 a month for backtesting. It's a stupid new rule Sad

Bots don't work.

That's why their developers sell them to 100 victims for $30 a pop (to make $3k) rather than use them on their own accounts to make them themselves $30k in a week. Why would you need to sell it if it worked? Roll Eyes

First of all, no bot will make you $30k in a week. Anyone who says different is lying to you. And I do use them on my own accounts, but I'm also allowing other people to use this bot. Why wouldn't I rent it out? It's money in addition to what I earn for the bot.

But whatever. The tests are there for you to see. You can either rent it or not, I really don't care.

If you can make so much money yourself.. why rent it? Huh

Because I'd rather have a constant stream of subscriptions than a larger potential profit... It's the type of person I am. And I do run it.

Hey, I just set up everything yesterday. Bot still hasn't done any trades...

It doesn't trade very often, hence the name.

The period we're in right now is very similar to this period from 2013. Hence why the bot is kind of flat right now.

What's the difference between the subscription and purchase? Also, will your algo work with alt markets as well?

Well I only offer a subscription option now. Not interested in selling the code. And it will work with LTC, works best with LTC though.
116  Economy / Marketplace / Re: The most profitable bot on the market, $35. $100 to $119228 in 2013, +2012 too on: March 28, 2014, 07:42:20 PM
I am very interested. after i subscribe what else do i need to do. is subscription fee 35$

Just go to the bot market and rent it.

Honestly it sounds too good to be real. I would definitely look into your offer if you tell me how much is it going to cost me also like you said you have 4 or 6 people already in with this kindly ask them to post here or to give you a feedback so that more people can jump into in without a doubt. Thanks

Well it's $20 for a subscription and $35 for the bot. But if when doubles your money, that's chump change. And that's why I posted a live trader example above. It made a few percent yesterday. I can also confirm that throughout the other live traders I've seen, it stayed consistent or even outperformed the backtest (3% yesterday instead of 2%).

Also, I should note that I've overhauled the engine since I first posted this so in many cases, it gains 33% more. Here's the live trader:

Out of curiosity, when do you think this might ship? July, August, etc. I'm new to all this.

2 quick questions.

First of all, how does customs work, will I have to pay extra?

And secondly, how does the escrow process work?
