If you're not happy with the service, cancel it. Simple as that.
I have sent emails every day for 9 days in a attempt to cancel. They won't answer my emails.
I am sorry to hear that. That's very unfortunate. I think the owner is very busy with what's going on at mtGox, but still he should have had somebody answer your e-mails for sure. If it's a recurring charge on your card, could you cancel it with the bank? If not, I'd ask to get the money back if I was you.

There is no recurring charge. It was paid with bitcoin. I think all bitcoin related companies need to prove they can produce proper customer service.
