Hi Mahdirakib,

What actually happened in this case? We (some forum members) have guessed that his bet was rejected by the baccarat game provider as the user placed bets on both hands through two casinos.

The game provider has given us a very broad response, which we have provided to the player. Unfortunately after analyzing our NDA restrictions in our contract with them, we found that we are not permitted to disclose it in a public forum. Overall, we neither have a clear idea why the game provider thinks it was necessary to rejected the bet.

But after reading the player's descriptions of their behaviors, my personal observation is the same as yours. Since they have placed opposite bets in the same round of the same game with the same provider at only different online casinos, it could be easily detected by the game provider as fraudulent and collusive behavior, therefore getting the bet voided. It looks like player collusion being found.

Such circumstance is governed by below T&C clauses:
7.12 Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed.
7.6 Trustdice.win reserves the right to adjust a bet payout credited to a Trustdice.win account if it is determined by Trustdice.win in its sole discretion that such a payout has been credited due to an error.
8.1.6 You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. Trustdice.win hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behaviour;

On a side note, our Customer Support in fact had suggested the user for several times that he/she can play Dice or Crash to easily complete the wager requirement (on Dice you can even set your win rate) and yet he/she still chose to play Baccarat.

Thank you.

Hello everyone,

We have recently noticed a persistent and ongoing attempt to distort our announcement here . We would like to take this opportunity to draw your attention to a few crucial points.

Quote from the announcement:
"we have decided to stop participating in any topic on this Scam Accusations board going forward.
"

As clearly stated above, the decision solely concerns the Scam Accusations board. We arrived at this decision due to the behaviors of certain individuals who appear to be particularly obsessed with us and are frequently active on that board. With that being said, we are still actively monitoring issues posted on other boards of this forum.

In fact, there was an issue we recently noticed on the Gambling board and had discussed with our CS team. Over the weekend we were unable to reply to the post. When we were about to reply to it today, we found that it had been moved to the Scam Accusations board. This means that we can no longer provide a reply, which we feel sorry to see.

Best regards,
TrustDice Team

Hello everyone,

TrustDice team here. Just want to reply to some of your nice suggestions!

There is something I could add but I don't know how it sounds or how the most experts will take it, but if online casinos had options to hold mini blackjack and poker championships that would be something that would lift your spirits because you can use the networks social to have more players, and that the unbeliefs are not so expensive, that a little money is made, where the casino already has a percentage of profits, and that would increase the influx of people in the casino, it would bring them more customers from anywhere in the world,
Yes, we actually gave this some thought. However, the difficulty of such competitions is to simultaneously enlist a large number of players who are enthusiastic about the same game. This isn't easy because players are spread out among all of these various games as we have so many, including live games. Additionally, because we have paying customers from every continent (aside from Antarctica), our players all play in various time zones. Yet, we did keep this in mind because it is a good idea.

and a chat is enabled, for people of different languagesEnglish, Spanish, etc.
In fact, we've previously attempted this for two languages. However, the volume of activity in the language-specific chat room wasn't particularly good, so we switched back to the English chat room that was open to everyone. It appears that interacting with individuals from across the world is one reason why people use our online chat room to communicate.

@OP I will really would love to know the outcome of this story because I'm following the thread and I hope you also take time to tell us if you finally find any match fixer so we can all benevit fro. It too.
Thanks
It is difficult to think that there is no conclusion after so long OP.(?)
Our product team has already started a project to compile all of the suggestions made here. Rest assured we have already included more in-house games and more cryptos to our road map. If any more ideas that have been suggested regularly are added to the road map, I will also provide an update here.

I haven't went through the entire accusation thread but from the feedback title it seems like TD failed to provide evidence to back up the late betting claim which is surprising because it doesn't take much to show the bet placement time and event time.
Just to avoid any confusion, we have addressed this in this thread:
Hi everyone

We solved the cases in question. Although we have strict risk management protocols, we admitted our faults and after thorough investigations, we refunded the players involved. One case was confirmed by AskGamblers to be in violation of abuse at TrustDice.

Mr. holydarkness,

It is funny that you ask this now. Because right in the beginning you had been told exactly why we cannot publicly show such sensitive information.
Hi holydarkness,
[...]
However, kindly note that our updated internal policies forbid us from sharing such details in public forums, unless particularly authorized by our management and approved by the player. This is for both privacy and anti-abuse concerns. In fact, for the sake of open and transparent communication with Bitcointalk community, we had shared such details on the forum in the past, which did get us quite some compliments. However such transparency was later exploited by abusers who saw it.

So again, just so this is clear: We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and countless hours developing mechanisms to combat abusers. By publicly showing these sensitive details as evidence, the abusers lurking for abuse opportunities will figure out ways to beat our mechanism. In fact, this has happened before and we had been burnt.

Tbh, mister, we don't know why you are so obsessed with us. By refusing to update the feedback over a resolved case, you already made your reputation questionable.

By siding with a confirmed abuser according to AskGamblers and calling this most reputable gambling mediator "an arbitrary platform", you made your reputation further questionable.

And now, by pretending not knowing something that you'd been explained to in the very beginning, you are making your reputation more questionable than ever.

But after all, it is your life and your reputation at stake. So if this is how you'd love to spend your life, there is really not much we can do, and we can only wish you good luck with your life.

This is our last message to you Mr. holydarkness. Involving in this kind of conversation with you isn't in line with our code of conduct. We would appreciate if you can leave this thread alone to forum members who are genuinely interested in our product, but since this is a public forum in a free world, well, guess we can only hope.

We wish you happiness in your life.

Best,
TrustDice Team
109  Economy / Scam Accusations / [TrustDice ANN] Cease of Engagement on Scam Accusation board on: January 11, 2023, 11:22:19 AM
Upon reviewing our past communications on this forum, we have decided to stop participating in any topic on this Scam Accusations board going forward.

If there is any complaint post in the future, please direct the complainant to this announcement. We will still be monitoring tickets on reputable arbitration sites e.g. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru to clear up the confusion.

The primary reason for this decision is the behavior of certain members of this board who, at least from our perspective, have repeatedly distorted our statements and made public threats in our previous communications. This kind of conversation they are fond of, and in general, their preferred ways of communication, is not something we should be involved in according to our code of conduct, and it is simply too much for our employees to bear emotionally. Just like most forum members, our employees are living people. Men, women, with family and kids. We have a responsibility to ensure they are not subject to unnecessary emotional harms. For this reason, we found it extremely difficult to continue as before, because our employees' mental health was at risk.

Best,

I don't have much experience with trust dice, but as per feedback from the users on this site, I know they have never faced any issues with this site. So I don't understand why red flags were raised against this thread. It would be great if someone could share a clear picture based on their experience.

Well...unfortunately there have been two members who are particularly obsessed with us over a revolved case, and refuse to update the feedback to accurately reflect the real status, for which there is not much we can do. To be more specific, the "Reference" they provided has a subject line that explicitly states "SOLVED".
This isn't in line with the community's spirits, nor with forum rules, but we will leave this to the community members themselves to decide for him/herself what is right and what is wrong.

Hello, team! We would like to invite you to participate in our $25 Free Welcome Bonus Promotion exclusively launched to welcome new members from this forum. Join TrustDice through this link to receive up to a $25 no-deposit bonus — with no wagering requirements.

This site is legit. I'm not sure who would flag them and make it seems as though they were scammers or something. I highly recommend giving them a try no matter the "red flag".

They already got flagged by some reputable members of this forum. You can easily check it here > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=2569866 if you don't know how to do it. I think it's too risky for now to try this gambling site but I will give them a chance to change if they will solve the previous accusations they got involved with before trying them.

It's easy for you to say that they are still legit despite of it and you even encourage the people here to play on this casino but you are only just a newbie on this forum. We don't even know, what if you are a part of their team and you are only shilling this site because the replies of some high-ranked members here, are not really that positive.

There are 2 active flags for 1 already-solved case. The 2 flags are for the same case, and the case itself has been resolved, confirmed by the OP and labeled on the subject line already.

Please help to oppose the flags because a valid flag should only be "a set of pretty clear fact-statements" according to theymos. Since the case itself is resolved, the flag is no longer a "a set of pretty clear fact-statements".

I am very happy that you admitted your mistakes after 2 weeks of hard discussion, however give me a couple of answers to my questions, will you progress on the feedback question from the players? they won’t block again with similar extremely gross errors in the study of violations, because for example, I will also bet for my own pleasure and you decide to block me again, only on other points of your rules

I discussed with both our Customer Support and Risk Management and your account is all set back to normal right now. With that being said, for full disclosure, if your bet limit might be modified by our sports provider, which is beyond our control.

Without knowing what will happen in the future, it would be irresponsible of me to give you a guarantee that you will never be accused of another violation in the future. To this end, I strongly recommend that you carefully read our T&C and Sports Betting rules.

You obviously have ample reasons to take your money and leave, which we fully understand. But when you do it, we equally recommend you to carefully read through their T&C and other rules. Late betting bans aren't uncommon in sports books. So are arbitrage betting bans.

Hello Pmalek,

Anyone who is familiar with US sports will know that their matches NEVER begin on time. So, any conclusions you make regarding how long a match lasts based on the starting time is wrong. I am familiar with the MLS, NBA, and NHL (I can't say anything for other leagues/sports), and they always begin with a delay. That can be as little as 10 minutes or even up to 30-40 mins.

As a reputable casino & bookie, we try our best communicate with the Bitcointalk community, but when you say NBA games "always begin with a delay", it doesn't seem consistent with what I (the marketing guy behind this post) know.

I no longer watch NBA these days, but when I did, delays of over 10 minutes were rare. My knowledge might not be the most up-to-date and perhaps NBAs do always start with a delay these days. Therefore, could you kindly provide a reliable source of statistics supporting the claim that NBA games "always begin with a delay" and "can be as little as 10 minutes or even up to 30-40 mins"?

Thank you.
TrustDice Team.
118  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed by Trustdice (Account banned and money confiscated) on: December 12, 2022, 02:06:29 PM
Or every other threads, they're handled in similar fashion where --as said above-- you asked for their account details and then informing us why'd they got banned. So why is this case different?

We did not treat this one differently from the other cases. Most of the other cases completed the KYC before they found this forum so the biggest difference is that the OP here never finished the KYC. OP's refusal to KYC prevents us from concluding whether or not this was abuse, and from fully examining how the abuse was done. As the OP continues to make excuses to avoid KYC, we suspect the real reason is not what he said it was. It could be a deliberate smart move.

We have seen abusers buying fake KYC or paid KYC and it takes time to find the right KYC vendor. And when that's needed, buying time could be necessary.

Sorry that I have to not spend more hours on this single thread. We look forward to resolving our differences on AskGambler, as 2 sides both agreed.

Thank you and we will remain committed to open, transparent and meaningful communication with the Bitcointalk community.

119  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Delayed payments on trustdice, UPD: TRUSTDICE SCAM, 2138$ USDT confiscated on: December 12, 2022, 09:49:51 AM
Hello everyone,

Just a quick update that the permission has been granted by our CEO to share some detailed info here. I will draft a detailed explanation and update this post.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unfortunately, Pmalek's interpretation of the OP's behaviors is incorrect. (Yet still we appreciate your involvement). OP frequently placed bets at the end of the game following a specific pattern. Below comes an example.

The Denver Nuggets and Houston Rockets game began on November 30 at 9:00 PM EST, which is 2:00 AM on December 1 in UTC time.

On December 1, at 3:54 AM, 1 hour and 54 minutes into the game, OP placed a bet on it. Strangely, though, the odds he managed to catch was comparable to those at the beginning of the game. So extremely favorable and abnormal odds.

In 2022, a NBA game will typically last 2 hours and 13 minutes. Therefore, when the OP placed the bet, it was very much the end of the game, when the overall outcomes became easily predictable, or even already available if we are talking about a shorter than average game.

If the player made a live bet on an odd of 2.20, that wager had to be placed long before the event in action was about to end. Otherwise, the odds would have been much lower.
We agree with you Pmalek that this should not happen at all. But somehow OP managed to make it happen, and made it happen repetitively. We do not know why such bets were accepted by our sports provider either. It could be a bug found then exploited by the OP, and/or an error on their part, or something beyond at least my comprehension. We are still investigating how this happened with our sports provider.

Nevertheless, OP's betting behavior clearly constitutes "late betting abuse" which is prohibited by our T&C. He captured some early- or pre-game odds that should have ceased to exist hours ago.

In addition, OP's betting behaviors also violate our Sports Betting Rules:
* In the case of any obviously incorrectly displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to void betting. This includes a deviation of more than 100% in the pay-out compared to the market average.
* In the case of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

As a result, the overwhelming evidence suggests that OP is an abuser rather than a regular sports bettor. No legit sports bettor can pull this off.

The bottom line is that OP somehow found a way to capture extremely favorable odds that are not supposed to be available at the time he bet it. And he managed to do it repetitively. Such odds do not exist for other players. This is by no means a regular sports bettor.

Hope this helps.
