101  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Work in progess] Burnins Avalon Chip to mining board service on: August 22, 2013, 04:04:24 AM
Are you saying that Customs has not released them?  It looks like they have on the tracking page: https://i.imgur.com/sRoFrnp.png
Yes, i will pick them up tomorrow, once i verified that the chips are functional i will send out a assembled board asap.

And thanks to some friends i will be doing a board for these too:

Nice to see you will support the bitfury chip.  Keep us updated as to how many chips to order per board, anything to get away from Avalon and its practices.

Good luck finding buyers for that gen. 2.  I will join BKK in stating that your company is blacklisted.  Zefir, Steamboat, Bunin, BKK, and others show what is possible in a professional, straight forward, get it done attitude.

Paid for first order with no issues.

Thanks

Finished up the registration process, super smooth. This is a top notch operation, props to you Zefir.

Thanks

You should be re-posted on any lists as hashing as well.....

Adding 40 chips, thanks for all your hard work zefir.  It would not let me select the previous order address, this was the one that came up.
I can't wait to get these mounted to burnin's boards, will be fun running them side by side the k16's.

Thanks

109  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Work in progess] Burnins Avalon Chip to mining board service on: June 25, 2013, 05:29:35 AM
was wondering how long it'd take people to notice ( and more importantly share the constant that we've released on github.)

the number you are all aiming for is 450 Tongue of course, that's not really possible on just air cooling.

Looks like good news!  Lots of oc'ing headroom, let us worry about cooling these things.

To summarize your answers: yes  Smiley

I'll add the components to support voltage changes on the fly.
Its not a big addition that takes a lots of time to do.

I love it, this is what we do with hardware.  Might have to order more chips now.
113  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [CLOSED] Avalon ASIC chip distribution on: June 03, 2013, 10:13:02 PM
Thanks for the update.  The pm's sure are flying. 50% unassigned is terrible, lets get posting supporters, lots of good work being done here.

Sending Bkk some support

I read through the whole thread, things are looking great.  Nice updates!

119  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [TENTATIVE] - Stumptown Miners - Avalon PCB Assembly - West Coast USA on: May 13, 2013, 01:36:46 PM

EDIT: BkkCoins says they know a place in Canada that offers $75 per board assembly. Going to be checking them out and then seeing if I can use their quote to knock some of these quotes down a peg. Hoping I don't have to cross national borders to get this thing done, but I'll do it if I have to. I've driven most of the way to Canada in a single day before, and that was without an early start.
Anyone know the laws regarding taking electronics back over the Canadian border?

We are a free trade zone, here in North America, built and assembled should be duty free.  Call up customs, they are very helpful with this.
120  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Ann]Purchase Batch 2 ASIC now: 976 available, batch 3 starting shortly on: May 12, 2013, 12:43:07 AM
Read thru the whole thread, things look good.  Nice to see something on the east coast for us.
I have sent 5.5btc  for 64 chips based on Klondike.  E-mail to follow.

Thanks for the effort!

I will be most likely adding to the order, waiting for more solid hardware information.
