101  Economy / Economics / Re: Real estate vs. Bitcoin on: September 12, 2020, 05:44:22 AM
Deregulation is inconsequential at this point and real estate values have correlation with foreign exchange rates.  Supply in RE alludes to the property you want to purchase or sell. As a result, currency is in demand because of EMH in due to supply/demand. RE is simply one of the assets tied to availability of real loanable funds.  Availability of real loanable funds.  Fx rate.  Cost of goods.  The reason real estate prices are declining is because there is a decline in availability of real loanable funds. A decline in loanable funds is a result of foreign exchange rate decrease.  The market is responding to an inevitable future FX decline.

a pretty good and logical analysis, but it depends on the country as well. In developing countries, land is a very rare asset, especially in central places. even though the value of money is drastically reduced, or inflation, land stays the same or even goes up. The price of land depends not only on the real funds that can be lent, it also depends on the mentality of the owners of the plots. What you say is only relevant for countries with lots of banks that own a lot of land.
102  Economy / Economics / Re: CHINA WILL CUT HOLDINGS OF U.S TREAS FROM CURRENT ABOVE $1T TO ABOUT $800B on: September 12, 2020, 04:56:13 AM
CHINA WILL FURTHER CUT HOLDINGS OF U.S TREASURIES FROM CURRENT LEVEL ABOVE $1 TRILLION TO ABOUT $800 BILLION - STATE MEDIA

source https://twitter.com/Fxhedgers/status/1301603409817030656
The Chinese government is really trying to start a trade war against the US. China is currently quite bossy and not at all friendly with any country, they are nurturing a conspiracy to dominate the world and this should be suppressed from now on. for this Chinese plan, they were wrong. The United States may be scarce in terms of agricultural products, but it can certainly import produce from other agricultural countries at cheaper prices. Doing so only damages China's economy and they are making the surrounding countries more hostile.
103  Other / Off-topic / Re: It's time to destroy China, don't buy anything from them ,don't deal with them on: September 12, 2020, 04:40:53 AM
I understand that a lot of people resent the Chinese government, but it's all speculation. If China really did launch the Covid-19 pandemic, then the Chinese people would have no guilt, so why should we hate all Chinese?
I don't stand for China but everything needs to be clear in order to solve the problem in the most sensible way. I just hope the truth is unraveled and if the Chinese government is at fault, their state must compensate for the economic damage they have inflicted on other countries. that would be the fairest way. 104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im planning to invest in Ethereum. Is this a good plan? on: September 11, 2020, 08:48:30 AM
I am new to the crypto world. Im planning to invest in Eth because i have an instinct that this will rise up in the future. Any thoughts? Help .
ETH is always a good choice for investors. It is the top 2 coin of Coinmarketcap and has a platform used by hundreds of thousands of projects, that only sees the influence and important role of Ethereum. Besides, in the near future, the development team has almost completed the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade and it is certain that when it is public, the price will increase dramatically.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What price of TRX in Future Market ?, it's incredible yes or No on: September 11, 2020, 07:45:01 AM
Yes it's bump, I know  the  now day marketing is very unique work on the  crypto traders,  the  TRX price will be present market price
0.00000307 may be bump the market value. The TRX will be very less transaction in the crypto marketing , So. It's early bump on the crypto marketing,  like  that BTC
It's hard to understand what you're trying to say but I understand your main question. Tron is truly an altcoin worth investing in, Justin Sun is trying to make the Tron platform world-class and his projects have been very successful lately, especially JUST. In the near future, Tron's platform is comparable to Ethereum, and that is the best basis for us to invest in Tron.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MASS is profitable and Cheap to mine ... Here is why? on: September 11, 2020, 06:54:11 AM
But why did Mass prices go down so fast? after only 4 months and looking back now its price is only 0.13 $? Although listing on MXC is good it still can't keep the price, what is the reason for this?
anyway, i still want to experience this new algorithm. So can u share how I can join? I have never tried PoC implementation and have no experience.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi seems to be hot right now! What do you think about the future of DeFi? on: September 10, 2020, 10:48:22 AM
As we see, the number of people being adopted to DeFi is increasing day-by-day. More and more people are getting interested in Decentralized Finances. Few days back, we also saw the $SUSHI thing. That's the reason, we would love to know your opinion.

What is the Future of DeFi?
Defi is really a very hot trend in our crypto market, any quality project has a market cap of tens of millions of dollars. The pouring power of whales and investors is now very large so I think this trend will take a long time for it to break. In addition, this Trend defi can also help attract more outside investors to our market. surely the marketcap will increase and the investment market of new projects will grow as strong as 2017 again, I have a very good feeling about the defi trend this year, it will last and contribute a lot to the market of we.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: POS earnings on: September 10, 2020, 10:35:50 AM
i've been doing a lot of reading about DeFi's lately, but i can't seem to wrap my head around rewards and where do they come from? at first i thought that rewards are given just like in proof of work coins, like btc so basically, if one stake a coin, he'll be getting rewards for helping the network, meaning from the blockrewards and transactions fees.

but i then came across some new coins like Swipe, which i'm confident that it does not generate that much in transaction fees, and yet the rewards are high? the coins in question are: Tezos, matic network, cosmos, swipe and ethereum 2.0.

i would appreciate any explanation. thank you

I know having a lot of altcoins with a committed PoS reward of about 30-40% / year is very common. with Tezos on the list having the most modest profit margin, that's about 6%. The smaller the altcoins, the more profitable they are because they are not too confident in the coin they are developing. This means that they only pay you with the same coin that you participate in PoS, not USDT. Therefore, when the price falls sharply, they will not be responsible for you. To be honest, I think everyone should do PoS with the top coins, the risk will be lower but the returns will also be safer.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold or Bitcoin on: September 10, 2020, 10:15:38 AM
Let's say I have a huge amount of money as an investor, where do I put them? Bitcoin or Gold

So which has your vote? Gold or Bitcoin!!!!
In my opinion, we should invest in Bitcoin better than gold. We know that crypto is a new financial market but it does not have the strict control of any government. The illegal and mysterious things always make people curious, then our markets will have diverse types of people and diverse ages. I saw boys in high school but were interested in blockchain as well as cryptocurrency. Our market is very futuristic, and bitcoin is sure to grow even more in the future when supply falls short of demand.
110  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Miners' EXIT movements on: September 09, 2020, 05:47:55 PM
Miners are moving unusually large amounts of BTC(Almost 1,500 BTC) since 2 days ago. Poolin, Slush, F2Pool, HaoBTC, etc. have taken the bitcoins out of the mining wallets for a week and sent some to the exchange.

Data source: https://twitter.com/CryptoQuant_com
maybe it is time they sell off and get back the capital they invested a long time in the mining machines. These are also the cases that often happen and I don't think it has too much impact on Bitcoin's future price. you know, when the mining power of the machines is halved, the scarcity will increase, the demand will be higher and we will see Bitcoin break ATH soon next year. Don't be alarmed by such sell-offs, the long-term future is still very good. Very good time to invest from now on.
111  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Safety first before trading on: September 09, 2020, 05:37:29 PM
4 things to note are correct but the presentation is quite vague. I think newbies should look to the books that teach trading of their predecessors, which will be how the newcomer can understand the difficulties as well as the process of a real trader. Meanwhile, the traders will understand better about the truth as well as the truth when trading. Such experience will help the new traders define a trading strategy more easily. and of course, the knowledge in the book will still be reasonable as well as much clearer when read in magazines. I encourage you to read this book, The Market Wizards Series by Jack D Schwager Wink

113  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your plan when Bitcoin will reach a new ATH? on: August 06, 2020, 05:13:40 PM
I will definitely sell them in preparation for a new sell-off of the whales. After having cash I will invest in Defi projects, it is definitely the best bargain in the coming investment period.
Bitcoin is the king of coin, when it increases, the market is bustling with many forms of investment, especially with hot projects. when capitalization is large, it will attract new cash flows and Defi is one of the new technologies that can solve that problem easily by borrowing. So it will be a hot trend in the coming years, not just a few months.
114  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: August 06, 2020, 04:56:57 PM
Knowing when is enough is one of the qualities of successful traders. alertness and wisdom, knowing the market in stages is a very difficult skill to acquire. Therefore, we should not bring greed when dealing, instead have a cold head and analyze the market in many directions to have more plans to deal with it. Be flexible and we will make a lot of money in every financial market.
115  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is another type of fiat money according to the New York Fed on: June 20, 2020, 09:05:10 AM
I find it unreasonable. Why is bitcoin fiat money when it is not approved by any government agency as a currency? Besides, it is considered an intangible asset and we will never see bitcoin in real life. it is a non-physical asset and cannot be traded directly from hand to hand. I think people should no longer struggle to think about Bitcoin becoming a common currency. it is unworthy, the supply is limited and a lot of whales hold it to manipulate the market. This is unfair and it's wrong to see bitcoin as a payable currency everywhere.
116  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is More Popular Than Traditional Banks on: June 19, 2020, 06:34:19 AM
According to the cyber media Tokenist, based on the results of their survey not long ago. The survey involved 4,852 respondents from 17 countries. According to the survey the number of people who trust Bitcoin more than large banks, increased by 29 percent in the last three years. The survey also showed differences in the generation's views about Bitcoin and traditional banks. 51 percent of millennials trust Bitcoin more than traditional banks.
I personally still prefer bitcoin over banks. because sending them money at low interest rates is like being dealing with inflation. I prefer to invest in bitcoin even though it is risky but when you win you will win big. Bitcoin is really a form of venture capital and I do not encourage everyone to trade or hold BTC, it will lose a lot of money in the beginning.
117  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade isn’t for Me guys. on: June 18, 2020, 05:45:17 AM
My Luck is not for Trading, I think Trading is not for Me.  I try it many time, and i understand that trade isn’t for me. Every time i lost my Satoshi on Buy/Selling,  becouse i haven’t any expression about Coin Chart, buy, sell and about more.
Then you should learn more. I used to be a newbie so I understand this feeling. Repeated failures and losses, stress and feeling lost. but never give up, during that time you will learn a lot and keep trying because experience is the key to becoming a professional trader. If you just need to persevere and learn how to manage capital well, you will soon succeed.
118  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trading chart does not play out to 100% on: June 18, 2020, 05:29:28 AM
While trading, I have come to notice that most of the chart  only play out about 70% of the time at most, so no matter how good you are you still can't know everything.

So literally, I want to know your takes on this, does it apply to both FA/TA chart analyst or just general views?

Do guide me with comments
TA will help us trade better in the short term and make profits faster. but if you can combine both FA and TA, the percentage of your winnings will be higher, but even if the probability is 90%, the market will still be able to go back at any time. Therefore, we need to have strict trading experience and capital management plan. Trading without strict capital management is like going to battle without armor. You can succeed in many transactions but only 1 failure can take away all your previous success.
119  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find the best withdraw fee rate for your exchange? on: June 17, 2020, 04:56:12 AM
actually this is very simple and we don't need to write such a long article. Although we appreciate your enthusiasm, we can summarize it so that it is easier for people to read and understand. According to my experience of over 3 years working in the crypto market, I realized that big exchanges have similar withdraw fees and only uncommon exchanges have high fees. You can try to withdraw a small amount at Binance and Yobit exchange, you will see a huge difference in fee.
120  Economy / Economics / Re: Saving economy at the cost of what? on: June 16, 2020, 09:30:16 AM
You have a very good and reasonable advice. I know that everyone has a personal life and has a lot of work to solve, but if we are too personal, it will affect the community greatly. As he mentioned above, we should have a habit of wearing a mask, washing hands before touching the face and especially avoiding the road when there is no need. Those are the actions that we need to take if we want corona virus to be controlled early. sacrifice your time, you will save the economy of the world in the future. Hope everyone here is well aware of that.
