103  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dwolla freezing all financial transfers related to bitcoins?! on: August 23, 2013, 04:12:52 AM
thats weird, i thought this was in effect months ago when ICE/homeland security/general govt oppression  said i couldn't cash from mtgox to dwolla. but yeah its tough for these companys, basically they have to alienate their customer base or risk going to jail.   god bless the usa.

110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is New York Going too far? on: August 13, 2013, 07:20:36 AM
to catch a bitcoin miner. "now if you look on page five of our chat logs you say you want to dry hump a knc jupiter to make it hash faster. Could you explain yourself before the cops drag you out of here?"  a bitcoin is way too much freedom for ordinary citizens to have at least not until holidays.  The cool thing bitcoin has going for it is its really appealing to greedy bastards. If more prostitutes start accepting bitcoin theres no politician in the entire state that will be able to resist it.

113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What litecoin service are you missing? on: August 04, 2013, 11:23:06 PM
theres no sites for litecoins exchanged for game currencies wow gold/eve/ etc.  i think it maybe could do well if the gaming community ever caught wise to the fact they can make money with their gpus when not gaming.   a bitmit/ebay style litecoin auction site just opened recently, which would be what i would have recommended first.  theres a few places that will trade litecoins for precious but none that has as its main focus.
