Ordered 1x 4module unit with ATX power supply (actually by accident, I wanted it without but I haven't slept much lately Grin).

Order #68xx

No confirmation e-mail.
108  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Avalon ASIC Units, preorder batch #3.. Sold out, not Sold out. WTH on: March 25, 2013, 09:22:57 PM
I can confirm that I held a avalon unit in my cart from 8:30am EDT til purchase at 5:15pm EDT.  This means people can load up their carts and if their browser doesn't close, they might lock up those units temporarily.

Good luck to all future ASIC speculators

110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Consolidated Litecoin Mining Guide for 5xxx, 6xxx, and 7xxx GPUs on: March 19, 2013, 02:50:10 AM
I found I can only use the --thread-concurrency flag at the end of all of the other args/flags now or else cgminer crashes.

112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: March 15, 2013, 10:57:07 AM
sorry if its been asked before but a lot of pages to check through.
I set up reaper to mine using my GPU with litecoinpool.org
Setting in reapers config are this
Quote
host litecoinpool.org
port 9332
user XXXX
pass XXXX

protocol litecoin

worksize 256
aggression 318
threads_per_gpu 1
sharethreads 20
lookup_gap 2
gpu_thread_concurrency 21572
It appears to connect but then just idles away receiving no shares the line it shows is like this
Quote
Got LP9.1GH/s, shares 0:0, stale 0%, `o kH/s, 332s
I have left it for 30+ minutes to return to lines and lines of this.
Any help is appreciated I can't tell if its the miner, the pool or me being dumb  Undecided

I use the following to mine using my 5870 card

Code:
protocol litecoin

worksize 128
aggression 16
threads_per_gpu 1
sharethreads 18
lookup_gap 2
gpu_thread_concurrency 6144

I think, aggression 318 is impossible

Agreed, I saw the aggression at 318 and I almost crashed just reading it.   Grin  I use 14 aggression on a 5850 in Win7 x64

117  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: FastCash4Bitcoins Support Thread (over 75,000 bitcoins purchased) on: October 05, 2012, 04:24:12 PM
On a more serious note, we should have more funds available (bank, dwolla & paypal) tomorrow.

  Shocked

The should just applies to the fact that the only thing we are given is estimates.  PayPal is the worst about changing their funding estimates at the last minute.

I made my first transaction with TC and I have to say it went very smoothly.  I am hoping to make another tomorrow!  C'mon moniez!   Grin
