101  Economy / Securities / Re: [HAVELOCK] CasinoBitco.in Bit777/Peerbet CBTC Thread- NEW LIVE STATS PAGE! on: July 31, 2014, 01:42:46 AM
Btc goes up, stock goes down! Btc goes down, stock goes down! I'm fuckin' lost here, this is a good company but such a falling price usually points to insider knowledge... What are we missing?

Btc goes up people want to cash out. Btc goes down people want to cash out. This is a good company and they are on the right track. Very undervalued for their potential at the moment.

All of our Funds and our Exchange are registered, regulated and approved by the regulatory body in our jurisdication. The Funds are administered by a law firm and an accounting firm. Please do not assume that the SEC is the only regulatory body. Every country has their own regulators.  Erik  a great person that has always done his best to help move bitcoin forward, did not register his offering at the time, our Funds however are registered. TwentySeventy position in the BDD fund is to manage the front end day to day investor relations.  Havelock Investment provides an open platform for the Bitcoin community to exchange units of our Funds in a safe secure way. The free market determines the value of those Funds.

We have worked hard over the past couple of years to evolve with the Bitcoin Eco system. We thank everyone in the community that have supported our efforts.

Thank you,
Havelock Investments

Let's not start this again--Teh Panama Fund is not a licenced exchange but a private fund.  You can no more [legally] deal in securities than Full Power Asia Investment LTD or Trend Capital Investments LTD mentioned above.

Re. "come to Panama to verify that the latest failing scam is really a failing scam"?  Make it worth my while.  I doubt you can, since your own stock is in the sluge trap, and you're too cheap to even return 100 BTC to the MS "investors."

We can and are creating Funds which issue units of those Funds to individuals to participate in, which are then managed by our Fund as an investment directly into the companies we list on our site. The manner in which we raise capital and invest that capital has been proposed by the regulators themselves as an appropriate way for us to manage the Funds listed on our site. If you do not agree with the local regulation that we abide by you are free to continue posting "The Panama Fund is this and the Panama Fund is that". People are free to choose if they want to purchase or not purchase any of the Funds that we offer.

P.S
A normal investment company does not need to register with a Securities regulator, we are registered because we offer these Funds to the public.

As mentioned several times before, yet constantly ignored. The Panama Fund is a registered licensed Fund with offices in Panama. You or anyone out there that would like to come down and visit us is welcomed to contact us.  You can always call, email the SMV (the SEC of Panama) and verify our registration and our existence.

Branny,

Stop engaging with people that their sole purpose is to spread misinformation. Some never take the price of BTC/USD into account when investing into Bitcoin denominated investments. They will never stop to complain as their objective is to complain.

You continue doing what you have always done and focus on growing your business. Patience is a virtue in Real Estate. We have an ignore button option in this forum for a reason.

The only time Havelock mentions being able to convert AM100 is upon dissolution of the asset...  I would love if they got rid of the 5% fee AND let you freely convert...

Hell, they should just remove AM1, convert them all into AM100, and remove the fee and be done with it... there really is not the liquidity to support both.

That may be a good idea!

Her other work was not related to SCRYPT mining. Have you thought about that?

Have you asked? Do you know this?  you should have been able to answer that with you background checks and cleared this all up.

I called havelock a while about about listing a IPO, I know what it takes. You took my word for it and only asked if I had control of the website. Nothing about my personal background was ever asked, so you can try to act like you "vet" but you really do not. You are asking investor to invest in very very suspect IPO's. My guess is you know 0 about these people or actual history which makes your site a very large danger to investors.

If anyone else can attest to what it takes to list on havelock that would be grand.

You never actually applied for Funding through us, you called in and said you own RiverBoat casino and that you want to raise Funds, it ended there.

Thanks for the warning, but we do a background check on all of our Funds. Any one that has applied to be listed on our exchange has submitted extensive information before getting approved to be listed.

Again we understand your concern, however anyone that has worked with us over the past couple of years knows we do not list any of our Funds lightly. If they are successful and able to raise the capital that falls on the merit of the company, not the exchange.

119  Economy / Securities / [HAVELOCK] Provenance ASIC SHA-256&SCRYPT Offering Monday June 9th on: June 06, 2014, 07:11:13 PM
Havelock Investments is pleased to announce the upcoming offering of Provenance ASIC:

Provenance ASIC “PROV” is an ASIC design and fabrication company engaged in end stage engineering and fabrication to produce their Bitcoin ASIC and Scrypt ASIC concomitantly.

Our 28nm ASIC design architecture dubbed the “Creator” to be used at the foundry level allows for simultaneous production of the 1TH “Creator 1” Bitcoin ASIC, 256GH “Creator 2” Bitcoin ASIC and the 4MH “Creator 3” SCRYPT ASIC from the same wafer batch. This unique ability, and the lower costs associated with the FDSOI process, lends Provenance ASIC a competitive advantage with regards to $/GH/W and unparalleled ASIC diversification with essentially three different ASIC products available from one production batch.

Our 28nm SHA256 design, dubbed the “Creator” architecture, produces 256GH with die-level simulations indicating 0.17W – 0.3W per GH. Similarly, our Scrypt implementation produces 4MH per die at 5-8W per MH. This performance is possible thanks to our relationship with the above mentioned FD-SOI capable foundry, where both chips can be fabricated simultaneously. Currently, Provenance ASIC is the only crypto-currency related venture with access to this technology. As illustrated by Cointerra and Hashfast, it is feasible to integrate 4 dies per package, allowing us the option of the first 1TH single-package SHA256 product on the market.

The funding will be used to cover all costs associated with final back-end engineering, NRE, foundry costs, operating capital, first batch, and miner costs for the first generation of ASICs and miners.

The Offering:

Monday June 9th, 2014

200,000 Units at     ฿0.0020  for a total of BTC400

Thank you for your support
