In addition to price, specs, and proof, I'm also interested in the dimensions and weight of a unit (given I'm considering flying one back with me).

I'm pretty confident that someone will end up physically going to check this out.
I'm in the UK so it's only a cheap flight for me. If they can provide a reasonable price and photos, and guarantee I can see + purchase some units, I'll fly over this week.

Hopefully this is not related to the comment in their most recent email: Lessons learned. Batch #2 process will have improvements, minor design adjustments and other goodies.

Silly of me to ask maybe, but have you tried turning it off and on again?
Unlikely both have failed at exactly the same time. More likely is you started them at the same time and some sort of memory leak / OS error is causing this. I expect a restart will probably fix the problem.

Are there still people who haven't had their order confirmed by Avalon from Batch #2?
I've received confirmation emails from both Avalon and WalletBit but my orders are still missing from the my store account. PM'd BitSyncom just now, hopefully this will provoke a resolution of my support ticket.

I was, so I wrote a support request, which was handled a week later and I now have both my Feb-3 and Feb-18 orders listed. All orders show processing.
I presumed that they'd never get round to doing this, but as you seem to have had yours added to the store, I think I'll request it on my ticket as well.

No Avalon confirmation of my orders yet. (I have received confirmation from WalletBit for both).

All shipping info were included in URL, when Avalon redirected to Walletbit.
This. Also, the callback from Walletbit to the Avalon store after continuing from the receipt simply called the Avalon store site using a URL containing the WalletBit batch number quoted in my confirmation email.

I paid in to a WalletBit account and took the 0.89% fee hit. I decided it was worth it to make sure there was a proper record of the order.

I received an email very quickly with confirmation of my orders. However, they did say they tried to resend my email confirmations and never received it. I checked my spam box also and it was not there. I sent back and email and confident I will receive a quick response. Walletbit has been pretty good on my end!
I'm in an identical position - My orders have been confirmed by Walletbit and I was told that confirmation emails had been sent, but I've not received them.
