First of all, please note that we are working directly only with bitcoins and accept directly only them. Your Wirex bitcoin wallet can be loaded with altcoins only through the Shapeshift (shapeshift.io). It works in this way:

No, unfortunately, we can't do anything with the reference. As I told previously the only way to identify the client is a ticket ID or account email. Search by the reference will be fixed later, but not now.

The cases can be different and I'm here to help in situations when our support team didn't help and the issue still persists after the ticket was closed for any reason or you are not satisfied with the answer, but hard to help and communicate with persons like philakone. I asked the information that can be useful for the quick resolution but still hasn't received anything except claims without any identification details. It is not constructive at all, but it is his choice and I can't blame him if he doesn't want my help.

Anyway, I still will be happy to try to help to solve the issue or at least speed up the process of the case resolution:)

Возможно имеется в виду возможность пополнения карт Тинькофф банка с карт других банков, но это только моё личное предположение.

К сожалению не могу точно подсказать ответ банка на подобный запрос, потому что не встречал пока таких случаев, чтобы банк отменял проведенную и подтвержденную мерчантом транзакцию и проводил её повторно в другой валюте. Такая возможность вызывает сомнение, но если желаете, можете сделать тикет с таким запросом и мы переправим этот вопрос нашему банку.

По поводу валюты списания обычная практика заключается в том, что POS терминалы списывают оплату в официальной валюте страны, в которой находится мерчант. В данном случае будет происходить конвертация в текущую валюту, если валюта карты отличается. Обычно только ATM в некоторых странах (не во всех), даёт возможность выбрать валюту списания с карты.
Если в вашем случае это неединичный случай и происходила подобная ситуация с разными мерчантами, когда списание проходило через POS терминал в GIP валюте, то создайте пожалуйста тикет в нашу поддержку, мы также на основании него сделаем запрос в наш банк о точных причинах такого списания в GIP валюте.
Во избежание недоразумений сделайте пожалуйста в тикете пояснение, что вас попросили создать тикет на форуме, либо лучше напишите мне в личное сообщение номер тикета.

As we (Wirex) haven't got access to the old blocked Mastercard we are unable to urgent check your old balance and transfer it to the new card. So we had to ask our bank to check your previous card and still waiting for their answer. I understand that such delay is unacceptable, but sometimes our bank can be very slow.
I will try to speed up this process to solve your issue as soon as possible.

Двойная конвертация это не ошибка и не является проблемой нашего сервиса, а зависит исключительно от выбора валюты списания в терминале/АТМ. Наш банк расположен в Гибралтаре, поэтому если терминалы не видят (не указана вручную валюта) в какой валюте выпущена карта, то происходит определение валюты по стране происхождения карты. Именно поэтому мы рекомендуем всегда выбирать либо валюту списания вручную (если есть такая возможность), либо производить списание в местной валюте, чтобы произошла автоконвертация.

Также подобная проблема может возникнуть при использовании карты с Paypal, где первоначально будут списываться GIP, т.к. Paypal не может автоматически определять валюту картыпосле её привязки. Она решается путём обращение в поддержку Paypal, чтобы они вручную сменили валюту карты на необходимую.

Опять же, прошу обратить внимание, что это не проблема нашего сервиса и в других сервисах, где банк расположен в другой стране, все процессы будут происходить точно также.


По этой проблеме просим обратиться повторно в поддержку, она решается персонально и после этого все новые транзакции будет отображаться корректно. Если вы предоставите мне в личном сообщении номер вашего тикета, то я постараюсь ускорить решение вашего обращения.

Unfortunately, our agent was right when she told you that card2card transfers are possible only through bitcoins. We are working now to provide this feature soon, but for the moment it is the only way for usual transfers.
In your situation when the funds were transferred automatically we wanted to make things right and asked the bank to manually transfer funds between your cards.

So your issue was successfully solved. Please, check your account balance. The money was sent to your Plastic card.
