My order from this morning #17194 (over 21 hours now) still says "Payment Processing". However, I have confirmed with Google and my credit card company that the payment has gone through. Also, I have a note in my "Membership" where my status is still "Pending" telling me to link a miiCard or answer the identity questions, but I had already answered the questions well before this note was placed there. You may consider giving Google Wallet (1-855-492-5538) a call or calling your bank to ensure they did not block the transaction. |

Is it yet possible to divulge more information regarding what is going on behind the scenes? Do you plan to continue using a portion of profits on certain aspects of the business as well as issuing a financial statement of sorts?

expecting a strong dividend today - can we see the final September numbers it should have been a record breaking month and this should be a record breaking dividend also - somewhere close to 400 satoshi I think
The dividend is surprising low, 246 satoshis only. Although the sales are significantly more than last month, the dividend is lower. It's better if the a brief balance sheet could be shown to the public. The reason for this lower dividend is our new bitcoin price (The move from Mt.Gox closer to bitstamp the last dividend was mostly sales with the old price) along with increased cost of business. We are having to work with a lawyer now to ensure the continuation of business and compliance, along with new verifications methods that cost more. We are also working on becoming PCI compliant for a number of reasons. All of this costs money and is essential to growing the company and scaling with the increasing demand. |

Interesting, I have earlier order 17204 and it's still not filled since ordering this morning.. It claims complete, but transaction never arrived at my bitcoin address. Can you look into this?

I placed 2 orders today. 17217 was instant. Now my order 17273 says under review.....this is like my 11 th order. I called google wallet and they said all is good on their end. So...either send my btc, or refund me so I can buy somewhere that willl not drag me along, I have needs for this btc I bought, and it is time sensitive. You had order 17217 and it was filled instantly? Now I am extra frustrated. Ascension, as a platinum member on btcquick, how am I still waiting when a later order was filled already? Well everyone steamrolled (155 orders so far today!) our servers this morning and our hot wallet ran out of coins... The network took forever to confirm the transaction in order to refill the hot wallet. Your order should be completed and funded. |

I got my private key instantly, however when I try to export to blockchain.info, the network propagation remains at 0% (Transaction Unconfirmed obviously).
Please fix.

It has now been over 15 hours since I placed the order and over 14 hours since it was marked payment confirmed or completed or whatever and it was still pending but now it is marked complete with the private key still in queue? I want my friggin bitcoins NOW! I will never use this service again after this if this is how long it takes to get your bitcoins. Used to be instant. Not anymore!

Just to update, my order got funded after few hours. The delay wasn't normal from past experiences, no idea what happened. Did another similar order today and still waiting for the BTC after couple of hours. The wait (and no obvious reasons for it) is not looking good. I hope this is just a temporary issue, because the quick funding from btcquick is one of their strengths. Quick check with regards to order #16352
This was for funding a personal wallet address and not a private key ... Been about 10 mins and I don't see any activity on blockchain for my address. Both the confirmation email and order page seem to suggest that this went through (past experience, this was almost instant).
The btcquick's order page still has the same number of bitcoins available as before I ordered (which was substantial), and my daily limit didn't go down as well (should've reset to 0)
Just checking whether something else is wrong or a known delay/issue.

I just want to make some things clear. Your payment being processed is completely a separate issue from the private key being funded. If your order is in a "Payment Received" state then we have received notification that a payment was submitted, we cannot fulfill the order until we receive payment confirmation. Once your order has reached "Payment Confirmed" it is processed by our system and the private key is then funded. In this case, your order is in the "Payment Received" state. |

15971 & 16335 are both "Awaiting Payment"  It charged my account. Did it not clear on your end? Payment has been received but we are still waiting for a notification from google that the transaction was authorized and successful. As your account states it is a "Temporary Hold" which indicates that Google has asked for authorization of these funds but has not yet charged your card. |
