What is happening on aug 13th? I have about a bitcoin im looking to invest in some other alt-coins and honestly its overwhelming. I was around when bitcoin cost $1.30 a piece i actually have a broken laptop with over 100 btc on it LOL. Anyway Amp interested me but it seems they are connected to two other coins Safe and Omni? So now im trying to decide between safe and amp possibly both what do you guys think? Also from the technical side amp runs on omni which runs on bitcoin blockchain right? If so whats the point of omni as opposed to just using bitcoin. i know that was a lot but if you can answer part or some or all of this post i would appreciate it either-way.

And no problem in omni, omni also has web wallet, desktop wallets and mobile wallets to safely store amps and all other omni assets. And what to talk of my genuine advice that you should invest here and wait till just 13th august and then afterwards buy safe or other coins by selling a portion of amps as that would be worth very much and also keep some amps in this process because in long term price can also go to $50-$100  |

Hello guys, i recently tried to withdraw some coins from omni web wallet as a test but i get the message that my bitcoin address doesn't have that much funds to cover transaction costs. I have 9 cents of bitcoin and 70k amp on the same address and the web wallet thinks of selecting bitcoin as option by default even when synereo is selected. I have attached screenshot. Please help  |

You can't deny that there is a fair chance it will grow a lot in value.
I never denied it can grow in value. But, there is still nothing working, no product. Once they deliver anything it may grow in price, sure. Don't be like 5 year old spoiled brats, just have patience until Aug 13th, 1 more week and you will see the real results. Anyone else getting Complete: Error problems when trying to withdraw coins? I've already gotten two in a row. Hope I'll get the money back some day with the nonexistent support and everything. This is a very sad day indeed.
i also faced this problem and opened a support ticket and soon after 12 hours i had got my coins although support ticket was and still not answered and what to talk of this i had my enhanced verification pending since 30 days and is still pending, they haven't replied to my ticket of enhanced verification. This is becoming a scam exchange i luckily just took off all my coins of this exchange  and everybody should follow same  |

I think the referral/advertising business will be the biggest target audience for this app. We can easily see the price at 0.03 BTC in notime. In your estimation do you consider the possibility of circulating supply increase? Currently there are 84 mil AMPs. If it stays fixed and WildSpark is successful and more people want AMPs and they start buying AMPs, this will lead to price increase. But recently I'm thinking of other scenario. Steemit exploited initial large payouts to bootstrap their economy and attract lots of media coverage with headlines like Steemit awards $1.3 Million to Users. (Although it is amazing how posts like this can earn $6k). Synereo has "User Reward Wallet" and "Content Creator Wallet" totalling 175 mil AMPs. They may decide to start giving them away to content creators and curators to bootstrap the economy. For the economy in general this would be broader distribution, which is good. For investors hoping for supply scarcity this would be direct supply dilution and selling pressure. this is not a micky mouse game like that ponzi steemit, they are professional and genuine people. If they had such plans to dump they would have also told earlier, that supply is not for dumping but for future funding and that also if required and they would burn many coins as they had told in february. i received my coins and will never go to poloniex face again Congrats .... i hope they will do the right thing with my btc still stuck over there... MEH. Hacky how much has it taken for your withdrawal, i had opened my support ticket at 5 pm and when i checked in the morning at 7 am today i had received my coins although my support ticket was still not replied. I had got suspicious when even after 25 days they didn't verify my account for enhanced verification and didn't give any reply. Then i started checking here and at other places wondering what is the issue. But thanks god now i have my coins in my wallet and will only trade by sending small amounts to bittrex and never to poloniex  |

I agree that Steemit looks promising and it is not a pyramid scheme. It has built community and that is the main advantage over over social media projects on blockchain. But to say that Synereo has no potential is unfair as well. They working and testing, public beta is coming and who knows how things will go. We should to wait instead of spreading FUD.
