The documents that are used for ID and address verification should be different. You can use your passport as the address identification but the first document should be different. I dont have passport. I only have one government id card. Now my concern is i cant have those other documents like utility bill because its not my name who is in the document. It is my father's. They always require 2 forms of ID. One is to show your face and name and the other is to confirm name associated with address on file regardless of whether or not you use an ID that lists the address. I also wonder if I can confirm my place of residence on the basis of the page of registration in my passport or do I need to take a certificate of residence or an account of public services? Who has already passed the verification share your opinion! I tried to complete the kyc. But unfortunitely, they really require a proof of address even for the fact that it is already indicated to the id itself. This is why i did nit able to complete because i dont have any of the documents for proof of address. |

I pesonally dont like hitbtc but we have to start somewhere it would be nice to see it on exchanges like kucoin or something similar
Have patience soon it will be on other exchanges too but I don't think there is problem to use hitbtc now it working nice I just check this exchnage deposit and withdrawal working instantly without any issue. we will all get there amte. just give the team more time to contact some good exchnage. im sure we will see OCL in a better one. but i still like that it is being listed on hitbtc. it is still a good start though. |

Hi mate, thank you for this details. Actually i jist read the meduim article for a clear step by step. But just dont see the reason why we need to update PCL? And why do we need to change contract address, what happened to old contract address? I guess exchanges were having problems listing PCL due to defrost function. Hitbtc listed PCL for a while and then pair was removed because they had to defrost every address.
