Is there people,that couuld compile ripple-client,via their instructions?

I am trying to build the LiteCoin (or any other scrypt) QT on windows and am stumped. I can build Bitcoin-QT and it works fine. When I try to build the other coin, I the following error: src/util.h: At global scope:
src/util.h:555:16: error: conflicting declaration 'typedef void* pthread_t'
typedef HANDLE pthread_t;
I have tried QT 4.8.5, 5.2 but the same issue on with Both. I am offering .2 BTC REWARD to resolve this issue and build the QT wallet of LTC on windows 7. Anyone? answered in pm |

What was the question?
I think he's asking for how to create a genesis block. If you're looking into getting started making your own coin, I recommend looking at this tutorial. I'm currently using it, and it worked out great until I had to compile the wallet for Windows, though I think I'll get it solved here soon (I just posted a new thread). Ah ok, thanks. I have putted the new hashMerkleRoot into the main.cpp (into assert(block.hashMerkleRoot == uint256("0xbd58bf217abb76059de07dc519f6c3dcdf5b1a7bb9219a66d24205e08f3716f9")); ) I compiled,and now I run bitcoin-qt.exe,and I get this error "asser(hash==hashGenesisBlock)"  And according to this topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=189350.msg2035449#msg2035449,I can't find BlockGetHash in debug.log. And I CAN't find this code this in main.cpp "" // If genesis block hash does not match, then generate new genesis hash. if (true && block.GetHash() != hashGenesisBlock)"" Somebody can find this ? I use Litecoin source. What can it be? How I can create Genesis Block?(if new MerkleRoot is already putted in) Help me please |

after hours of manual frustration i gave this a try. It compiles everything successfully, but both bitcoind and bitcoin-qt crashes on launch  Hmmm.... could be that there is a problem with the MinGW catalog versioning stuff again. Did anyone else do a successful compilation from scratch? i did.but when i close it,it crashes with problems launching and closing are two different things..... are you talking about closing bitcoind via ctrl-c? I am talking about closing bitcoin-qt/ |
