Yes, they are completely custom. I waterjet cut them and bent them up myself. I was planning on selling them at one point, but now I'm thinking the margins aren't worth fighting for. I'll just keep mining  lucky you are! |

I have no idea what you've done, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with powering riser cables off any power supply. I've over 30 7950 or better GPUs in use right now, and half of my rigs split the riser's power source between two or more power supplies. The noob above me has no business posting. The USB riser cable length has nothing to do with this. USB risers are nothing but powered by design, and no voltage other than data is transferred over the 100cm cable. 12V is provided externally, and 3.3V is generated on that PCB. NO voltage at all comes from the motherboard. They will not work at all unless you power them, due to the 3.3V.  Running three gpus directly on a motherboard is a really dumb way to mine. Not only will the heat kill most of the cards in no time, the extra heat will draw more power and limit your under volt headroom. Fans burn out fast at 100% speed and 80c temps, and I speak from first hand experience. Look through my photobucket if you doubt me. Off topic, but are your alluminium case custom ones? If not where did you get them, I'd like to buy a bunch of them |

it will settle in 250-350 satoshi range in short term.. in long term it will be in 1200-1500 range reaching litecoin or surpassing it...
At .00001250 dogecoin would be worth about .01 USD per 1 doge. I think that would be awesome! It would make me a verry happy man. I highly doubt dogecoin would catch up with litecoin though. If it got to $1.00 USD I would probably have a heart attack. 30+ billions marketcap @ 1$... |

Why is GPU4 at I=13? Because of stability problems? Running 7 gpu 5xxx and 6xxx is not an issue, I'd like to see a 7 x 79xx on these mobo |

because its a new algo to try and break away from the current scrypt clone coins, once the asic's come out , those that have invested in gpu's have giant power hungry paper weights, and the average joe wont make any coin.. only the people who buy asic's in bulk, run the diff to the max will make coin. I for one ... say fuck you , to anyone that buys an asic scrypt miner.. and I welcome a new algo coin... tho just being CPU, I am concerned about bot farms whoring all the coin at first. Only mafia people with huge botnets will make profit from maxcoins... |

is that true? I thought you could power the riser with the secondary psu as long as you also power the card with the secondary psu. You can't mix. yeah you can't mix, no powered riser on second psu. Powered risered cards on psu 1, non powered risered cards on psu 2 |

Just to let your tiny mind realize, he only mined the genesis block. That is not a launch. A launch is when it is released for mining to the public. You see anyone mining? No? Yeah, shut up you wanker.
So they have has all this time since mining the genesis block to..... pre mine? do nothing? who knows, but I don't see anything that looks like a wallet to compile. I am all for new coins, even SHA3 coins, but there was lots of hype and then silence. This was a fake launch for the show... |

Guys your coin is gonna be rapped by botnets...
would gpu mining be fairer? They want a coin they everyone can get involved in. CPU limited with no gpu's and no asic's mean everyone with a computer can mine. Problem with most coins at moment is people with big piles of cash buy huge gnu mining farms or loads of expensive asic's New comers cannot get involved unless they re mortgage their houses. At least this way means anyone can start off and get involved in mining. yes but what effect will cloudmining and botnets have on the difficulty for the regular cpu miner? There is that but at the end of the day what do you do? Let the botnet gimp or the Rich gimp with 200 gpu farm win? There are ways for gpu coins not to be raped... Starting with empty block... fast diff adjustment etc. Sure you can do that with cpu coin too... @ least coin will be protected from auto switching pools... |
