Technology is that what world speaks about that and iexec has acquired that status. We are seeing more and more big companies coming inside their services network to get benefited of the solutions providers by iexec. It was directly impact of the progress that RLC as token gained huge in its value in matter of days. RLC token is still very cheap even after this much rise.
I am eagerly waiting for RLC to cross their old ATH price. But I guess to do that we might need some help from bitcoin Today, the price is even lower, and the price of bitcoin is higher. Who is to blame? Again the bitcoin and bear market! I think that this price is determined by the level of confidence in the project. Price of utility token without a burning process is doomed because of the velocity of price in the markets. You could run the entire market of RLC with just one coin. Their economic model is flawed at the base. The only way to save this sinking ship is to fork, multiply the supply by at least x10 and put a burning process with a fee for every calculation made in the iexec ecosystem. like a constant shares buy back program...

Why the price of many tokens is growing, but the price of RLC is constantly falling? -72% since May I missed some bad news?
Because like every utility token RLC is deflationary by essence. It will always go down even with strong demand, because workers will keep selling into the bid to cover cost of electricity and hardware... And people running dapps won't be stupid enough to buy into the ask, they'll just put order below bid and wait for workers to dump on they orders. The only way for it to go up is through rigged manipulation, like every market on earth (look at oil, gold etc)... or you would need an automated burning mecanism to keep the value up.

The price is still 10x ICO value so why shouldn't it drop 20-40%? The growth in value has been due to great management, partnership announcements and they haven't missed a deadline but there has never been a project that will go straight up without dipping a little.
ICO price was 16520 sat, where do you see it's 10x? Anyway price is price and it does what it does, but what's worrying me the most is the liquidity compared to the quality of the project. It should be at least 10x deeper... We shall see if that improves with time.

I'm dissaponted, but not sad. RLC was doing it very well till yesterday. About the "announcement", it's a presentation: they release the V2. That's a enormous milestone. That's NOT an announcement. Some people still think they are gonna announce a new partnership or anything, and they won't. BUT the V2 is here, and that's extremely important.
Buy the rumor, fade the news, sell the fact... The only thing dissapointing here is it's hardly been pushed above 2$... Whales don't give a shit about this project and that's reflected within the token price. Maybe we'll get a one last push above 40k sat but I highly doubt it. Expect only sideways or going down for price from now on till May 2019.

when and where you can see the results of the ICO Anniversary contest is still ongoing. and Yes congratulations on the first successful year of all early investors. the year was very successful for our coin. [/quote] Can't agree with "successful", basically in terms of btc price, RLC has done nothing but being a disappointment. ICO price was around 16600 sat, and we've just painfully got back above it with a 80% drawndown... I don't count spikes here and there cause they didn't last.

I didn't see anything to be worried about as iExec has no mention anywhere in that article which was referred at STK platforms vulnerabilities about Intel. They are working well and this kind of finding will be helpful for team iEXec RLC to look at there platform more carefully. RLC is most advance project among others trying to solve these issues.
Sure but I'd like an official statement about RLC team concerning this potential hack. All their software relies on SGX security, and the SpecterSGX attack make it useless.
