1001  Economy / Speculation / Re: Rise, Fall, steady, why Bitcoin is solid at $14,000 ish right now in my opinion on: January 13, 2018, 11:14:13 PM
I am probably one of a few that sees the Bitcoin level as fantastic news in the past month. Only 8 weeks ago I thought it would be out of this world if Bitcoin reached $10,000, not only has it done that and more

Yeah.. yeah, everything is fantastic, for me and you, but you also need to think that a lot of people are really losing money right now (including me)

I switched more than 80% of my entire portfolio to altcoins... and i am on a -30% at the moment, LMAO.

My ass is bleeding right now, seriously i really will have to take pills if all the prices keep going down for the next few days.

But seriously, anyone knows why almost all the altcoins are being dumped right now?
1002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indonesia bans Bitcoin on: January 13, 2018, 11:00:32 PM
I think indonesia does not banned bitcoin, it's just prohibiting transactions using bitcoin and not forbid to own or collect bitcoin..

Thank you, if you wouldn't posted this i was never going to know that! Thank you so much! You are my hero!!11

Came on, another three people answered exactly the same and you are just repeating it in simple one-line post? I have already reported your post, the amount of crap in this board is INSANE.

Anyway, maybe there should be some kind of regulation in Indonesia, that is the country that most bitcoin is trading at the moment, and maybe because of this forum.. and you know what i mean..
1003  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Claiming bitcoin diamond and superbitcoin easily on: January 12, 2018, 11:52:17 PM
Thanks for sharing, but I usually put my BTC on the exchange, and they'll help me deal with these forks, Grin

Worst thing that you can do, if you are just letting your bitcoins on an exchange only for claiming all those shitty forks, let me tell you that you are very EXPOSED to lose everything.

What if the exchange gets hacked? You are going to lose everything.

What if they decide to Make the Grand Mt.Gox 2.0? You are going to lose all your bitcoins only because "you wanted to claim your bitcoin crappy forks"

Just store your bitcoins on a safe place, do not do it for claiming those forks who are not even worth $50.
1004  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will help bitcoin reach 20k again? on: January 12, 2018, 11:16:44 PM
Which updates in the coming months etc. will help bitcoin to recover to 20k again?

Even if it happens, it will take more than months until we can see those prices again, i am optimist about it, but i do not think that the price will climb toward those prices soon.

And if it happens, just prepare to sell all your altcoins because you will see a huge bloodbath on all your cryptos, except btc.

And for those who are saying that the ligthning network will pump the price, let me tell you that it is not going to get implemented because the huge large mining pools doesn't want it to get implemented.
1005  Economy / Speculation / Re: Spazzdla's TA, Jan18th ish shit's going down on: January 12, 2018, 10:49:03 PM
Time will tell shortly, but I happen to believe we're in a nice consolidation phase and will be ramping up to new highs.

Yes, in fact, a lot of people said that the price was going to be pumping on Jan 15 - 16 because of the renew of the future contracts of the CBOE and CME.

Maybe this is right, and i forgot it, but there is new money coming to Wall's street, maybe this will pump the price a little if they start pumping it again.

There are a lot of things to think about, maybe the price will keep going up for a while since there isn't much movement on the price at the moment, there is more attention on the altcoins right now.
1006  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ZRX predictions? on: January 12, 2018, 10:29:19 PM
This coin just keeps going up I thought it would drop but no. Is this a future $100 coin?

A future $100 coin? of course not.

I bought them at $0,06 a few hours after it got listed on August of the last year, and i dumped them all at $0,30 one month later, i was tired of this one, so i dumped them all.

I seriously can not understand why i dumped them, now i could be in a x40 from that investment.

I dont know, for me, it can not go more up than $5 max.
1007  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What (and when) do you think will be the next big change in bitcoin? on: January 12, 2018, 09:59:55 PM
What do you predict? Something simple like another fork or a change in block size (eventually) etc?
What would you love to see happen (other than great price action) and what do fear might happen?

Forks are not relevant anymore, in fact, we all would love to see the Lightning network getting implemented on the main blockchain, but we all know that it is impossible because the big bosses and manipulators doesnt want it to get implemented.

By the same time, they are pushing and congestioning the network day by day (like coinbase) and they do not want to integrate segwit to their wallets.

Bitcoin is hardly manipulated at the moment, a single guy, called Roger Ver, is killing bitcoin.
1008  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Planning to invest 200$ in Dimecoin? on: January 12, 2018, 09:46:41 PM
Wanted get a community opinion on investing for short term in Dimecoin, as I know there are huge bag holders for Dimecoin there will be a huge dump as well. But would it be wise to 250$ in Dimecoin?

Are you going to invest in a coin that dropped 40% in just a single night? Mate, you need to reconsider this, Dimecoin is a shitty trash-coin that has been created probably by a 15 years old guy.

Do not be a dumb guy, it is full of good projects at the moment, do not buy this crap unless that you want to lose money, of course.

why do not you invest in NAS? It has a huge potential to make a x5 in a short term, take my words..
1009  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drops below $15k..... on: January 12, 2018, 09:24:57 PM
I still remember when it touched the $20k barrier for the first time, it was one of my happiest days in this life.. And i sold an entire bitcoin at $19,000, it was so great! anyway, it will still keep going to go up for a while, but no one knows when are we going to be at twenty thousand again.

It was great, i agree, i was able to sold at $20,500 on GDAX, it was a nice deal because two days later it dropped to $17,000 or a little bit less if i am not wrong.

But yes,  the price is obviooooously going to recover, it is just matter of time until we can see another bullish and giant green candles on the charts again.

I am now investing a lot of money on Altcoins, but i want to see bitcoin going up too..
1010  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a tool to rescue your funds after you are dead? on: January 12, 2018, 09:05:12 PM
There isn't any tool. It's the first time I hear this and it's a good idea. Loss of bitcoins after death has always been a concern.  As a solution your private key ca be emailed a person we have defined before.

And how is your wallet going to know that you are dead? came on... My ledger wallet is not going to tell to my dad that he is going to have all my bitcoins + tokens because i am dead. Ledger can not speak for itself.

Do not be so dumb, there is no way to retrieve those funds once that we are dead (only if we gave the copy of the private key to someone before dying)

But no, Satoshi said that those bitcoins who are lost, or if the owner of the wallet is dead, those bitcoins are going to be in there forever unless they are spent.

They are just like a "contribution" to all the bitcoin holders, because no one is going to move them (sell)
1011  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: flixxo dan 1 dollar on: January 12, 2018, 08:51:56 PM
see the good development of flixxo today, which is close to $ 1 price. will flixxo be chasing XRP?

It will never be going to have the same marketcap as ripple has, do not be so dumb.

Flixxo is a very GOOD coin, and i am holding a lot of them, aprox $5000. I am very confident about this one, and i am sure that the price will be more than $5 in a near time, a x10 is not impossible.

And maybe in a short term it will make a x5 easily. but it will take some weeks, or maybe days.

Almost all the altcoins are increasing fastly nowadays.
1012  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you behave yourself when selling? on: January 11, 2018, 11:57:17 PM
Let's  suppose  you  want  to sell  a coin  that  you purchased  and  now it's  on 50 cent  and  the best  bid  on the exange    you  are willing  to sell  is  0,20 .

Why your post is looking so weird? have you been writing in a pentium 3 or what is wrong with your keyboard?

Anyway, i haven't reached out your real question, but i have never seen that kind of spread or just price difference on the same exchange with the buys/sells.

I remember that there are some that are selling a crypto at $1,30, and you need to buy them at $1,50 (buy/sell)

But that is a huge clickbait for most users.. But the "buy" price is the one who is always being displayed on coinmarketcap.
1013  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who benefits from high tx fees and who is blocking a solution? on: January 11, 2018, 11:47:10 PM
...and when you've worked out that question could you post underneath if you're supporting the status quo or not?

Underneath? came on, we all know that the fees are very outrageous right now because of the miners, there isn't any other reply to this.

Maybe the huge manipulations that exchanges are creating right now is the main answer of why the lightning network can not be implemented yet, because they still want to make as much as possible from the fees (their own fee, for the network fee)

And the mining pools are never going to allow it, that is why it is never going to change if they do not implement it.
1014  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to cash-out outside US/EUR on: January 11, 2018, 11:23:36 PM
If services are no longer supporting your country then the only solution would be P2P trading. You can make a bank account with a Visa card associated with it, link to to either PayPal or Skrill and trade with people

It is not difficult, last year i went to Europe, and there were not many traders on localbitcoins offering themselves to do p2p exchanges.

In fact, it is much more difficult to reach a guy who is able to make a p2p exchange knowing that the government have their eyes on his neck.

I do not know, but i wouldn't risky my entire ass just for avoid paying a 10% of taxes to the government.
Yes, it is a lot of money for sure, but you are avoiding a lot of risks.
1015  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold, silver, or other asset secured coins? on: January 11, 2018, 10:55:46 PM
I am interested in any ICO, Crypto, or other investment vehicle that is secured by a physical asset like precious metals, gems, land, etc. Does anyone know of these existing in the current market?

Sorry for this, but none of the ICOs that are on the market, or well, they are going to be listed in some time, is backed by gold or gems, just like you are saying.

They are backed by trust, and with air, because that is the real description of almost all the ico's thar are around us at the moment.

And seriously, i do not think that you will find one that is really going to have their entire project based on something like that.
1016  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: which coins have best potential? on: January 11, 2018, 10:45:28 PM
Apart from bitcoins which coins do you think have the best potential and have a good chance to sit on the throne if bitcoin ceases to exist.

Ripple is probably going to be the only one who is able to beat bitcoin if it happens, honestly, i do not think that there is going to be a coin created by the federal reserve just like a lot of people are saying.

Anyway, it is plenty of profitable altcoins at the moment, only that a lot of people is blind and they are just investing in the most profitable ones / the most solid ones.

But i do not know, there are a lot of things to do, and the marketcap of all the altcoins is going to be huge during this year.
1017  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More bad press for BTC on: January 11, 2018, 10:37:44 PM
I thought it was because the network is so backed up??

Not only because of this, they are no longer accepting bitcoin because of the huge fees that we need to pay, well that is true, but the fees are becoming lower at the moment.

I mean, a few days ago, they were aproximately $30 worth of bitcoins, and now they are less than $12.

Yesterday, i sent a transaction with less than 120 satoshis per byte, it got confirmed in 6 hours from that.

They were less than $3 worth of fees, and it went through..
1018  Economy / Speculation / Re: what is the reason why bitcoin going down and how they manage to recover again on: January 11, 2018, 09:47:14 PM
what do you think the exact reason about this ? - thanks for sharing ! more power

Wow, are you seriously asking this? you are so desperated for this.

The price has been going down in the last few hours because there was a massive FUD, nothing more than that, you guys seriously need to stop worrying about the price changes.

And just like it always happens, the price is suddenly going to recover and you all are going to say "well, why have i sold?"
1019  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple investors - have you learned your lesson yet? on: January 11, 2018, 09:35:14 PM
News flash! Nobody cares about your principles of decentralization. Take your FUD and move on people.

Shut the fuck off, if you do not like descentralization, then what the fuck are you doing in here? And specially on this forum, it has been created to be a fully descentralized forum and people like you are ruining it.

came on people, do not be so dumb, ripple is the biggest shit that has ever been created, do not be blind.

And of course, that it was a good investment when it was less than $0,20 each, but all those blind people started to invest on $2 or $3 because of fud, and now it is $1,25 again, hahaha.
1020  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Putting 1k into a Few different 10x to 20x Coins with a Twist on: January 10, 2018, 11:57:49 PM
Your best bet for coins that could go to 10-20x, are low valued but high volume coins. Mint and Linda are currently 55 and 11 sats respectively, but they are in the top traded list in exchanges like cryptopia.

And you need to say the truth, it is pretty difficult to look for an altcoin that will make x10 or x15, the guy who created this thread is very, very optimistic.

The only way in that you can easily make that kind of profits is if you invest in one of those coins who are under the top 300 of coinmarketcap, with less than 20 millions of 30 millions of dollars on their total marketcap.

otherwise, you are just going to invest in overvalued coins who are not probably going to make that kind of returns.
