the compition is big .. drk, x11, cinni, cry, orange, exe all say they have anonymous transaction soon i bet i fargot 2-3 dont see why pink should win atm  x11, drk, orange promise masternodes ... Because that's not what we're about. It's just something we're doing, because that's something people seem to want. Want a real answer to this question? Wait til the non-anon bombs start dropping. This is so true. We have simply been pounding this anon out because it's the first thing that was asked for. You can go back to the first page of this thread, and you will see that it was almost immediately requested. I think the anon system we have created so far, is pretty freaking awesome. It has way more accessibility than any of the other coins. You can use it to send anonymously from exchanges. The site is super easy to use, and the odds of you being able track down an actual transaction are nil to none. All this within less than 2 weeks. Like sumgye said, just wait until we are done this and get to do the stuff that no one else has. The anon has given us a good opportunity to prove that we can do whatever other coins are doing. So if the community wants something "that's big right now" we have the ability to create it. And we will always do it pinkcoin style. Pinkcoin is still a newborn, a newborn with charities, anon, active dev and marketing team, and the most positive community out there. Let us grow! |

This coins for charities?
Charity is a part of this coin, just as charity is a part of most coins now. Doge being the original with Olympic Fundraising. Pinkcoin supports charity for the fairer sex. So the more pink coin you have, the better. When your meeting girls you can introduce them to your fondness for pink and see if it will get you some gratitude. But its not a porn coin. That is the angle the original dev had taken. If you go to the old thread, you will see it is covered in provocative/sexy images, and targeted towards the adult scene. It did not go over well. And as you can see from our last giveaway, that people make those same assumptions and connections. The more people learn about the new plans, new community etc... The less you will see the provocative images. |

I hate to troll your coin but I'm going to do it anyway.
First, what you have proposed for anonymity is no better than what XC or Dark have promised or implemented.
The good news is that its no worse either.
That's not saying much because the proposals of all three fail at true anonymity. The anonymity itself is spoiled by a centralized mixing layer, which is what all three depend on. Centralized mixers break the trustless paradigm and therefore are not, by definition, anonymous.
The only way to achieve true anonymous transactions is by using cryptography and currently the only working cryptographic implementation is cryptonote ring signatures.
How people can buy into the hype around these coins with centralized anonymity is completely beyond me.
This is not trolling, this is planting seeds, the innovation we need to talk about. The current proposed anon is our solution to make up for jumping the gun on the first one. This is by no means the end. If I could quote one of the other devs on this, their reply to you would be " Correct. One step at a time." |

This coin seems very good but why the price of coin is very low.
I think it's because of the name. People probably think its just another run-of-the-mill color copy coin.. It was created by the original dev to do exactly that. Ride the colorcoin wave. A few community members saw its potential, and ran with it. It was only recently taken over and brought back to life. We are quickly breaking away from this perception of run-of-the-mill color coin. Thx for the explanation. The picture is beautiful, yet until you guys get something to show, i will not going to trust. A lot of coins are claiming anno these days, only the XC have proved valid, others are just smoke. My guess is this is the new trend after POS color coins I completely respect that. 100%. In fact, this is exactly the sort of skepticism and criticism I want in our community. We don't want pumps on smoke. It happened though, and it sucks. We'll have something to show for anon soon, but don't take our word for it, just wait. I'd not bother with this coin. +1, unless the developer make an announcement about what is going on, not going to buy in too much hype in the crypt world Shitcoin alert. Cinni and libertycoin all over again. Cut-n-paste coin with dev promising anon and nobody realising the extra skills required an insanely complex. Good luck getting dumped on Anon will be released, this is not hype. However, I am sure you will all be more than pleased with the next release. To make sure everyone understands this as well, it WILL NOT be ending here. This is just the start. As one of the devs, I can tell you this. We code every night, typically 7 days a week. So here is what we ask of the community. Stay positive, and always expect the next big thing. What is the next big thing? That is up to you as the community to decide. We know everyone wants anon, we will give it to you. It may not be exactl what you want right away, but we will give you something. You have to plant the seeds, we will help them grow.
