10041  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling problem on: November 25, 2016, 01:03:08 PM
The real problem in gambling is we don't get contented on what profit we got from gambling and we still keep on playing i don't want to get busted at the end so as long as i can save my money i always withdrew it with all and i wait for the next day to play with gambling again if i lose then stop playing.

This is the goal of gambling casino.  To trigger that urges within ourselves to continue playing until we get hooked to it.  Remember it is a business, business to lure people into playing gambling and take profit from it, though it may not be intended to make this person addicted to them they can't do anything since it is human nature to seek pleasure.  As a business establishment, they can't just kick their client out of the building if this customer is a good player.  So it is really up to us to have a restriction to avoid gambling problem.
If we are smart enough we can understand that reality, it's up to us if we fall for the trap. We will certainly be hooked but still we have to control ourselves not to be addicted, we will surely not gonna enjoy the consequences.
10042  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: November 25, 2016, 12:56:17 PM
Politicians does use banks to clean their money, to steal as well, the thing is allowing something decentralized as bitcoin to replace a banks that is regulated by a country, will make the economy colapse almost instant, how can something decentralized be better then a company or currencie that is controlled and managed, this would be good for bitcoin, but not good for the economy.
you have no idea what you are talking, politicians cannot control banks as some banks who are most likely big banks are privately own and even in public you cannot just steal money as it's well accounted.
10043  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: November 25, 2016, 12:48:12 PM
Fiat has been proven to be stable for a longer period of time since we are still using it, maybe I will believe  that some investors will transfer their money in bitcoin but not to do away with fiat, they still need fiat as more than 99% in the world population are using FIAT.

Thats why an option to buy bitcoin is for those who has sapre money to do so and for a person who are well aware of internet and cryptocurrency. Still fiat is king, everyday we used it and still it it is needed in daily real life transaction. Even bitcoin is @ $10.00  fiat is still stable and important.
I think first it is very difficult that the price of bitcoin will reach to that high price, I think at that price no one will be able to trade bitcoin, and the second is that still majority of people do not know  anything about bitcoin even they not hear the name of bitcoin so they are still using, therefore fiat is not going to worthless so easily.

In my view, there will be too many people buying Bitcoin "just for lulz" to justify it going that low. Bitcoin's wide popularity will prevent this. It is more like around $150-200 per coin being the lowest possible price for now. Cheaper than that would quickly lead to a surge in demand for bitcoins, therefore so low prices won't be sustainable.
The main reason why people trade is not because the high price or the low price, it's because the price move and they can take advantage of the price movement. It's pretty simple to understand if you are a trader especially a day trader.
10044  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Skills vs Luck *poll* on: November 25, 2016, 12:44:40 PM
Who makes real profit trading must have skills. Newbies can make profit, but it's because they were lucky. To do a successful trading you need to learn facts before start. Watch the graphics, understand how this works, if possible, join trading with a demo account and you can learn with your mistakes.
It's a profitable activity if you know how to make it.
i will say the same as you , skills are more dominant here ,
luck only a final touch , it is so rare to see someone get straight luck in trading without skills ,
so you need to have skills in trading more than you need luck .
I think, to me skill is one of the fundamental element of your success, skill and experience are the secondary option, in most of the signature campaign you can see that when a new campaign launched people apply there, if the campaign needs 10 member and 30 quality posters  has applied only 10 will be select by the manager so the 10 are luck on that day and the rust are not lucky, although all of them are well qualified. So, where is your skill and experience here ?
Where's the skills on that part, I think the example does not fit the discussion and in the first place we are talking about trading and in application of signature campaign is way different as there is no risk there and you can do anything without losing any cents.
10045  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: November 25, 2016, 12:31:26 PM
I'm interested rested to take under 203.5 points for today encounter Boston Celtics vs San Antonio Spurs, it seems San Antonio Spurs is more confident side and they have more better offense so they have chance to beat Boston Celtics in this encounter, but total outcome of the game would be under 190 points than I will take under 203.5 points.
If boston will take this one which I believe the game should went to over. The line is low for the spurs backer so seems no brainer to them. Think twice before jumping, study first as it might be a trap. I don't see the future but I have a feeling the Celtics gonna win this game. I cannot watch this as it fall in my sleeping time but I will be surprise tomorrow.
10046  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it a sin to gamble? on: November 25, 2016, 12:20:32 PM
sin? lol, i don't think so.
but definitely can be a problem if you dont know when to stop. Gambling addiction can ruin your life.

i am agree with you. sin or not, only GOD will judge this. and for sure for this, i think to do gamble can make your life become worst and you can not make saving with your money unless you decide to stop for playing gambling.
In the first place this thread should not be created as any discussion about the bible will never end as we do have different interpretation on it. There no definite law and you are right only God will judge as so we cannot say gambling is a sin as we, ourselves are sinners.
10047  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: November 25, 2016, 12:15:42 PM
Bitcoin growing in value usually makes altcoins loose their value, the market takes a bit longer to readjust the altcoins value at bitcoin. Bitcoin price or any currencie does matter, if we consider 100 dollars to purchase something the ammount of btc we spent makes difference, think you wanna to buy a domain for those, 0,15btc or 0,10btc will make a huge difference.
That's true, bitcoin is continuously growing its value while altcoins drops when bitcoin pump, you have to think that for future investment only bitcoin is legitimate since altcoins is only for short term investment. Altcoins IMO is good for trading as it fluctuates hard than bitcoin.
10048  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: November 25, 2016, 11:58:47 AM
Some altcoins just have huge potencial, soo selling them now makes no sense at all, you could be wasting a great opportunity to get a good ammount of bitcoins if you hold. Even knowing bitcoin is achieving biggers ammounts we will see most altcoins readjusting their price, and those its something we all know that happens. Sometimes there is a good pump that may let us dump our coins at the best rates but i believe save the coins is the best for now.
Not all coins are good for saving, there are other coins that does not have a good future value, if you will ask me I will only save bitcoins as it has been proven already for many years that the value increase overtime. When it drops it will follow another pump, that's how strong bitcoin is.
10049  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: November 25, 2016, 06:37:37 AM

I think if the price went constantly down it would lose popularity. Price has to go up long term to keep new interest.  Even with the current slow increase we've been having over last year or so its still not enough to get people interested.  Bitcoin social media is quiet still unless we get new ATHs.
i agree with you if bitcoin drop its price then people will be never interested in bitcoin but bitcoin more increasing its price and a lot of people want to adopt the bitcoin and bitcoin price depend on adoption of bitcoin when adoption increase then bitcoin price already increase and when adoption decrease then bitcoin price already decreasing.

Yes, I agree! Price really matter. Why people now are getting interested with bitcoins? I think its because of its continuously increasing of price was the main reason. People are always looking for the best digital currency of crypto currency, like what they said, Collect and Select. Among all, bitcoins reach the highest price and got more popular and popular, Many investors also recognise bitcoins and invest for it. If its price was stable and too small, it might be left behind.

That's the problem with bitcoin, a lot of people buy just for especulation, just to make money selling in the future, looks like a big scheme.

If people start to use it more as a currency, focusing on accepting the coin on market and things like that would be great and this will increase more the price than just holding and pumping without reason.
You can't blame them because they saw that bitcoin is very progressive and it's the trend that it grows overtime. They have their own mind and conducted their own study for sure before investing for the long term, and we can only tell if they are right after such event.
10050  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling should be considered as a Sickness!! on: November 25, 2016, 06:31:32 AM
Gambling is not a sickness but a decease that ruins someone lives...
Too much gambling makes a person do bad habits by not being able to do what he have to do as a normal person...
So if you have gambling addiction you better need some help...

I don't agree with you that gambling is a disease. Gambling is something you agree with the casino upon. They provide you with entertainment and a chance to win more in return for risking your bankroll.

It's a simple agreement. It's not a disease.
Only a person who does not gambling responsible has the disease and that is for being addicted. It's not a disease as it's not its definition. Gambling is suppose to be fun but others mislead themselves about gambling and use their greediness foolishly.
10051  Economy / Services / Re: Komodo Signature and Avatar Campaign | Member - Legendary on: November 25, 2016, 06:09:58 AM
C-cex can get your coin listed. You just need to get enough votes and you can even pay for it. While waiting for it to be listed in bitrex maybe you want to get it listed in tere to start people with trading in it.
I agree its much better to listed it first to c-cex it much easier to add it there. while waiting for big exchange to accept it.

Or yobit. Much I know, yobit accepted any coin that's willing to pay. It can be a good start because yobit is considered as a big enough exchanger
Yobit is not a good exchange for this kind of coin. Better just wait for bitrex to list it than to list it in some exchanges with horrible support.
Not necessarily that you will only list your coins in one exchange sites, if you can list in different sites then the better and that includes yobit.
10052  Economy / Economics / Re: The dream of getting rich with bitcoins on: November 25, 2016, 06:03:29 AM
I wish your dream comes true. Even I have the same dream and I am saving bitcoin without spending anything. So yes, if you can earn and save bitcoin for another 5-7 years, you will have a decent amount in your hand to make your dream come true.

I earn from various methods like trading, p2p loans and signature campaign and I am completely saving whatever I earn from various methods. I have dream to buy a super bike with my bitcoin savings and I am sure I will be able to achieve that in coming future. It will take some time but it will be worth the time.
Small dreams but at least your making actions to achieve it, we all have a dream and my dream is to have my family with me in the future and we will live without problem of money anymore, a simple life is good so I am focusing my time in bitcoin hoping it can help me.
10053  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way to manage money? on: November 25, 2016, 05:59:25 AM
The best way is to divide our money in some places, don't just put it in one place. We should also have to be investing for the future, the investment could form real like stock, land, gold and more. Bitcoin is one alternative investment for long term.

Putting all eggs in one basket is always risky so one must distribute his investment in as much as denominations. Dividing investments among low risk to high risk options is a great way to deal with risks and at the end one can find balanced position for his investments. As we know low risk, low returns and high risk, high returns. One must be able to tackle with the risks if his intentions to get good returns.
No smart people are doing that, it's like gambling in my eyes. Even in gambling when we see a lot of games on board we do not just even put with one game as we put in different games to avoid losing directly.
10054  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: November 25, 2016, 05:53:47 AM
Gambling is addicting because money is involved with it. And it can give us more than we have if we win from it, but it is difficult to do. Many people gets addicted to gambling because they want to have more money. Their money is not enough for them or they are not contented with it. They think gambling will give what they want.
But Gambling is very risky, we can get what we want if we win, what if we don't win? Do you think gambling can still give what we wanted? I don't think so. It is really difficult to figure out what will happen next and we cannot predict what will be the result of our every game.
If you don't win then you lose your money, it must be understood by every gambler that you might win or lose, it's the only outcome in gambling. But this addicted gamblers will surely have more loses in the end. It's better to be addicted in games than in gambling as gambling addiction is too expensive that you might lose your life.
Really True, if you are just addicted in a game without any risk kind of game then I think that is okay to become addicted unlike gambling games which is very risky and addicted at the same time it can really lose your mind if you are out of control playing gambling games.
Referring for the money to lose then addiction in games is better than gambling, but we have to understand that any addiction is not good. You can be addicted to drugs, sex, or anything and it does not result to a positive position. Your addiction to games could lose your heath.
10055  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you guess about he future of bitcoin? on: November 25, 2016, 05:42:53 AM
As the entire system is completely decentralized, everything looks uncertain and unpredictable. With trust and the learning about the backing technology can have a assurance that it has a good future as will continue to have a much better growing future.
I agree and bitcoin will become best choice for anticipation of chrash economic on every countries in the world, and for right now there are many countries that give their trusting in bitcoins are like India, Russia, Japan and other countries. They starts support, using bitcoins on their places.
it's a good start to massive adoption, I believe in the future we will become bigger and bigger and some of the countries who are not progressive will rely on bitcoin as their savings since they know the price will increase.
I think most countries are already trying to adopt bitcoin as an alternate way of currency which can process also through online.. and everyday a lot of people are getting more interested in getting bitcoin and that's why bitcoin community is getting bigger and that's good for all of us.
I think that is really such a good news, if bitcoin is accepted by the government, it will really promote bitcoin too much,  through this the confidence of the people will also increase, and will also help in turning bitcoin more stable and reliable crypto currency.

We can see that some countries can see bitcoins potential and plans to be accepted by their government. But there are some countries that will not allow bitcoin to enter their country and try to be used by their people because that can be a threat to them. So I guess, many will adopt but many will not adopt also.
They will give consideration in the future, when big countries adopt with bitcoins small countries will just follow. Therefore we should not lose hope as the success of bitcoin will also be our success. The future is great so don't hesitate to invest today.
10056  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling vs Real Gambling on: November 25, 2016, 05:37:13 AM
the feeling of real gambling cant be beating in more eyes the buzz you get when you get the cash back in your hands feels great. when you online it can feel like you just playing for fun.

But many of us don't have access to go to real gambling because in many countries it is not allowed. I have been to real casinos the only couple of times in USA but not played much. I usually play online when I need some fun with a small amount. I usually bet more in sports than playing casino games.

Unless you are at the right age then you can legally enter casino's or other gambling facilities. I know that gambling is ban to few countries only, so that is not going to be a problem for many gamblers. The real gambling experience is totally different from gambling online because you don't have a crowd that will cheer for you.
They will cheer you if you are a high roller but if you are only an ordinary gambler whose betting the minimum then don't expect. Prepare yourself actually when you are in casinos and expect that you will lose, all games their cannot be taken an advantage for us. So it is just for fun.
10057  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin being used for illegal activities on: November 25, 2016, 05:29:16 AM
Every innovation or technology has two sides, one is positive and another one is negative. Bitcoin is a revolutionary technology and certainly being used for illegal means. But that does not discourage people to earn bitcoin for good means. If I am providing a programming service to others and earning bitcoin through it, Then I am nothing doing wrong.

So people should not be discouraged by the illegal use of bitcoin, instead embrace it more so that we all can enjoy the benefits of it.
Bitcoin has more of a positive than a negative and big investors sees that which resulted to higher price of bitcoin. They see something for the future of bitcoin and that is something we have to notice and follow their lead. If they can hold, then why can't we?
10058  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you Rich from Gambling? on: November 24, 2016, 11:07:35 AM
Well I can't buy Ferrari from my winnings but I can have a good holidays and that is super cool for me

I wish I could buy ferrari from my winnings also. But I can say that I'm not rich from gambling and I can't even get good amount of money in gambling. What I am just doing is gamble what I afford to lose and doesn't hope for any big amount of return. I guess those people who are becoming rich from gambling are those people who are really lucky.

Yeah those people are one in a million who get rich in gambling. And I'm not one of those lucky ones. I just gamble for fun and sometimes to kill time but still learned to manage my money and know when to stop. But still hoping to win in a lottery so I could be rich.

only few people that really become rich through gambling. those people are who quit immediately after hit a huge winning. hard to hold yourself to not to gamble again. people that have a high level of greed might would never become rich. due winning after winning they would gamble it all again , no doubt money desire would never end.
Those who might win the lottery, they have all the luck in this world and those wise people quit immediately and divert their funds in other business activity. If given a chance to win millions in gambling I would certainly withdraw that directly and build my long time dream business.

I will be very happy to convert my earnings in gambling to a legitimate business.
if you are not a regular gambler then try your luck in lottery the best way to make your way to become rich , just don't expect it as it might hurts you to expecting when actually the day you get your winning , just buy some ticket and forget it so when you lost the lottery you would have nothing to lose. and when you won it just well done you are a new rich man.
That's the common way for most of the gamblers as they do not need to spend much to win big amount of money, but the question is, how many winners will be the lucky ones among the millions of bettors?
10059  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your gambling strategy on: November 24, 2016, 10:54:30 AM
The best strategy is your strategy. Don't listen to other people. You are the one who decide Smiley Wink
Just like they say that you should follow your instinct, that's the only way whether you will win or lose you will still be happy in gambling. At least you have tried your best and whatever the outcome it's your decision and not to blame anyone else.
10060  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: November 24, 2016, 10:50:33 AM
LOL, at this thread title. What's the question being asked here? If I think BTC is a currency worth something? Well, since the dollar is not backed by gold anymore, bitcoin does not need to be backed by gold so it is worth nothing just like the dollar. But since it is still used to buy stuff that I need, just like the dollar, to me it is worth it. Give me that money boy!

The question asked here is if bitcoin is worth like a real currency to you or not, it has nothing to do with gold and dollar and their combination.
What i think is that as long as you can use bitcoin like any other currency it is worth like a real currency for us, if it was not accepted anywhere at all nor it was exchangeable then the case might have been different.
To me bitcoin is really worth me, in start when there was not a sing shop who was accepting bitcoin at that time I was using bitcoin as investment, but now in my area there is a shop who are accepting bitcoin for shopping, so I can can that bitcoin is really worth to me.
That's some kinda minor development in your are and you already claim that bitcoin is worth to you, good for you since you only have a small happiness but me I cannot be just happy with that as I have been earning online with a lot of opportunities I can do with bitcoin.
