I just earned another BTC from my signature campaign today  I may keep it for a while and either spend it or cash out if I will need money for my living expenses. It's always good to have other stream of income. |

I too agree that your post is very sexist/at least very generalizing and degrading towards the "chick" you talked with. There are "chicks" that understand Bitcoin and "dudes" who don't. My girlfriend understands Bitcoin perfectly, but she just isn't interested. You should focus your energy on informing everyone, not just "chicks".
I agree with you. We can't generalize people and think that they have certain characteristics because of sex, nationality, race etc. I'm sure that many women are much smarter and invest their money much smarter than man. We don't need such threads here. |

I see many idealists still thinking in a future rise. Why? The only real rise of bitcoin was due to a bubble, simply a bubble which lasted all 2013? from that bubble we always thought that was a trend, it was not. We and I were all super enthusiastic. None could forecast that after almost 2.years bitcoin was worth less than before. Tell yourself the truth do not try to convince about what you would like it to be. Actually people are NOT interested in using bitcoin. Yes banks are evil, sure, devil itself, but people like simplicity, many people are...how can I say? stupid and get used to their simple things. Most people do not like to change. And they do not like to risk. There is no real reason why bitcoin should be mass adopted...to do what? Send money to someone, something you could do with very small fees (I can assure you I constantly do bank transfers I usually spend 1 euro whatever the bank transfer is) doing it A LONE with no warranty? knowing that a small minimal error, a hacker, a sudden Loss in value, could make you lose everything or a big part of your money? as you see its nonsense.
There will be neither mass adoption nor total failure. Bitcoin will still be used for some years by some nerds, and it will get slowly less and less valuable until it will be finally forgotten, buried in some history book in the chapter ".utopias". See history. How many utopias (political economical etc) have realised, how many failed soon or.after? I know it's a good dream but we should wake up until it's to late... bitcoin will slowly be forgotten.
We're not forcing everybody here to think what the future might have in store for bitcoin. Sure you can believe that it will fail, it's your own opinion and you are free to do that. The future is very unpredictable, and the future itself is too scary. Most people do not like to change, yes, and who else wants to have the risks? Somehow, the future will force everyone to change--not for the worse--for the better. Go on and do wire transfers and pay $$$. No one forces you to change that. I like your thinking. My feeling is that BTC have bright future, but we will not see success in short time, as expected by many users. Patience is key here but, at same point down the road, people will see and understand benefits of BTC and step by step we will see more and more people using it, until, bitcoin become mainstream. |

They dont care about currency and money, all they want is their boyfriends buy these things for them...
Of course women care about money. Money is what everyone use to buy things. Who wouldn't care about money? Yes, this is true but real question here is for what purpose man and women spend money? It seems that women are more emotional and man more rational in spending money. |

bitcoin is good, bitcoin is ok, only problems now is related to its adoption and taxes, which cause major trouble to people , because they need to keep track of every transactions ecc....

This should happen at some more places to make it better, as if it's limited, it can't stabilize the price.
I agree with this. We had many such ''big'' news in the past including that some ''big'' merchants will accept BTC, but still we didn't make breakthrough, price didn't stabilize... I don't think that single ''great'' news can help much but many positive news over period of time can help BTC to become mainstream eventually. |

Yeah, seems like the price has retraced slightly. If we look at the positive side, at 270 at least it's still considered higher than 240 level we seen weeks ago. The problem is a lot of people have high expectation that they want to see major movement. For me, even if it retraced a little, it is still good enough. As long as it increases steadily.
Very good point, I feel the same. Of course, all of us would like to see that price of bitcoin rich higher levels in shortest time as possible but patience is required here. In the long term, I'm confident that BTC will reach again $ 500 and more. |

Actually if they start accepting bitcoin, I see myself spending more of it, as I usually eat at mcdonals almost 2 times a week, and paying with bitcoin is much more convenient.
Me to In fact, I already heard about this several times so I really hope this will happen soon, hopefully not just in USA but in whole world. This will be really great news and help us to spread news about BTC to average people, and eventually it will help us to become mainstream finally. |

Bitcoin is only going to get bigger with more adoption. The masses are coming on board, it might take months or years but they are coming.
I hope you are right here but we really need to see some ''big'' merchants accepting bitcoin as way of payment. Without this, bitcoin will mostly be used as investment, and this will not help us. Hope that we become mainstream soon. |

It's the future. It will be normal to "Pay" for things - whether it be ApplePay, SamsungPay or AndroidPay (very original naming). The rollout will take some time though, I don't all brick-and-morter stores will be too inclined to incorporate this too quickly.
haha.yeah.. But Its still no match to BTC.. U have to put cash into your Android wallet separately.. n use it to limited stuff..but by the time that develops we will have a much stronger BTC. I hope you are right here. But, I'm not sure because many people worldwide using smart phones like Apple, Samsung... so, if they start new service, many of their users will accept it. They are already mainstream. We don't have much bitcoin users so it doesn't matter really if is more simple to transfer money with BTC or smart phones. More important is number of people accepting bitcoin right now. If your friends have smart phone but never used bitcoin, you will have no choice but to send them money through smart phone pay service, right? |

From my personal experience, the best way to earn some bitcoin is through signature campaigns on this forum.
Please be aware that amount you can earn depends on your forum rank, number of posts per month and other criteria...
but you receive bitcoin for something you do anyway, posting on this forum.

When price is so low like now, this is very good opportunity for buying, but unfortunately i don't have funds to do this.
