1041  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MEME coins: thoughts on the future of PEPE? DOGE and SHIB? Which will be No.1? on: June 25, 2023, 03:03:09 PM
Even though I don't like meme coins, I think DOGE will still be the best in the future. When compared to PEPE or SHIBA I still prefer DOGE. I think it is the world's first meme coin. And of course I feel DOGE is better than the other two.
1042  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gold-Backed cryptocurrency with Passive Income on: June 25, 2023, 09:16:56 AM
This is a great project. I look forward to your hard work. I've opened your website at globalreservecoin and I see you have a white paper and a solid plan. But getting this coin equivalent to gold has been a pain when I've looked at some of the previous projects.

I have take your words on "Buying $GRC doesn't mean you are buying gold. We dedicated some funds to purchase gold. This is done for three reasons" That's sound good. But what about the number of coins or transparency you will offer?
1043  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in altcoins is a hedge over Bitcoin how true is this? on: June 24, 2023, 07:43:18 AM
This is something ambiguous. This is true but also not. What we have seen in recent years is that ALtcoin will follow the price of Bitcoin. This happens because of the system and market psychology. Everyone thinks Bitcoin is King. If the king has fallen then psychologically people will sell their altcoins too.
If BTC experiences a price increase, there will be many new investors who will buy BTC and they will definitely buy ALtcoins.

This is how trading in cryptocurrencies works.
1044  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too good to be true? on: June 24, 2023, 07:33:35 AM
Is it possible to invest 100$ in altcoin and turn to 7,000$? Have this ever happened to anyone on here? Is this even possible?.

Almost impossible. This means you need a project that gives you 70x the profit. Some projects have done that when hitting their ATH but I think it's very very hard. Are you going to all-in your $100 on one project or split them up across multiple projects? Both are hard to do. Calculations are possible but there is only a chance of about 1/700
1045  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trump Coin ($dtc) is starting to move. on: June 24, 2023, 07:15:08 AM
Sorry but I think that this is a scam project. This is a project based solely on trends and hype. And will people always be like this? I mean what good is this trump going to get? I can confirm that this is a useless project that will be a scam project. Sorry if this offends but if you feel you don't give your opinion below.
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new Projects are bad, So take the Risk on: June 24, 2023, 07:05:27 AM
Yes Taking risks is a good thing. So what about the person who only has $100 in their pocket and wants to invest? Speaking of risk for new projects, there is a 1/50 chance they will be successful and deliver 50x the return.
Taking risks is a good thing in life. But taking risks with careful analysis and calculations is much better. It is even better if you are a beginner in crypto to choose a project that is already stable in the market even though it gives a little yield.
1047  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing Altcoin (ATC), Ethereum's alternative to Bitcoin on: June 24, 2023, 06:56:29 AM
To be honest I don't like Altcoin naming. It's like taking the long-used term Atlcoins in cryptocurrency and then you apply it to your project. This sounds like a lot of meme coins bashing names on well-known coins.

In the past, there was also a project called Islamcoin. And I immediately thought something like this was very unethical to do.
I'm not saying that your project is not good just that I think your project is not suitable for me.

Sorry but this is my personal opinion.

1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Nft buy and sell exchange? on: June 14, 2023, 11:38:15 PM
Im just asking whats your thought since there are lots of saturated nft projects that stays on wallets and dont have real value.

This is what I always think. NFTs have never had real value. They have crazy prices simply because there are crazy people willing to pay big bucks for them.
I'm not sure if NFTs will be successful in the exchange market. Because NFTs are a collection of digital images that have no real value in my eyes.
1050  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: June 14, 2023, 11:26:35 PM
I don't like trading. I'm just an investor who likes to spend my money to buy and hold. But if the price of the altcoin I've been buying advances to a green indication then I'll sell some of it to make a small profit.
1051  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High gas fee for sending token is still a problem on: June 14, 2023, 11:21:42 PM
You can switch to another network like BNB, MATIC or ADA. They have smooth transaction speeds and low GAS fees. BTC is the mother of crypto but with expensive GAS fees and slow transaction speeds this is a problem BTC needs to solve.
1052  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ZEL wallet is unsafe! Be very careful! on: June 14, 2023, 12:05:16 AM
I've never tried ZEL wallet but thanks for your suggestion and happy to hear your story. But I'm still curious about the picture you attached. Looks like you need to edit your thread to fix the image.

1053  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are BRC-20 stablecoins the next big thing? on: June 13, 2023, 11:47:11 PM
"BRC-20 is a token standard created from experimental results on the Bitcoin ordinal network. Tokens on this network use artifacts in ordinal JSON data to implement token contracts, token mints, and token transfers. The BRC-20 token was created by Twitter user @domodata on March 8, 2023."

I am really waiting for a stable BRC20 because I think they will be something big in the future. I believe in that because I have read several articles saying that BRC20 has enormous potential for the future.
1054  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Algorand dead or can it recover? on: June 13, 2023, 11:31:24 PM
I too have been holding back Algorand for the past few years. I have purchased Algorand in 2021 for $2. That means I have lost almost 20 times my money ( current price $0.1 ).
I also hope Algorand can recover but I am pessimistic they can hit their ATH again.
1055  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Government's actions against crypto on: June 13, 2023, 11:22:32 PM
The US government and the cryptocurrency market are having a lot of ups and downs, and it seems like they're headed towards a very important conflict. This conflict will determine the fate of many people and companies involved in cryptocurrency. They might have to shut down or move to a different country.

More precisely, it is an agency within the government that fights cryptocurrencies. As has been the case with the SEC in recent weeks. I have read several articles saying that the SEC has won against Binance so Binance should get out of America. It dealt a huge blow to us. I hope Binance can recover so that the market can return to normal.
1056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Know the Next PEPE on: June 13, 2023, 11:19:58 PM
It's simple. But memecoins are still memecoins. They are so unpredictable. Seeing the community and the influencers behind them is great, but how can we see their community if they are only in the pre-sales stage. Or it's the same as Terra who has a large community but is being destroyed.
About the Partnership, I would like to say that Elon musk has not entered into a partnership with DOGE. He is only interested in DOGE. Only that.
1057  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SEC lawsuit caused massive market crash on: June 13, 2023, 10:50:56 PM
I'm sure Binance will find a solution to this problem soon. They weren't scammer like Terra. What I think is we just need to hold our coins. No need to panic and then do a sell attack.
A few days ago I read in the news that dApps like ImToken have made some updates to comply with SEC laws. I believe Binance will also do the same.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin's comeback on: June 10, 2023, 07:04:19 PM
Litecoin is a great project. I used to make transactions with Litecoin and it was very fast and smooth.
Litecoin already has a good foundation to become the top coin in cryptocurrencies. I still believe that Litecoin still has a bright future.
I still have some of the Litecoins I bought from 2018-2020 and I think I still have an advantage buying them back then  Grin
1059  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Got me 100 QNT, here's why ! on: June 10, 2023, 06:56:41 PM
I have several QNTs. It's been a long time. Earlier when I saw your topic about QNT I again tried to open my portfolio and there I found some QNT.
Right now Quant is at 36 but to be honest I bought Quant for $180 and that means I'm still missing about 40%. But it's not as big as my other portfolio but it's interesting I think QNT will be on top because they also have a small max supply even less than Bitcoin
1060  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about Infinite supply altcoins on: June 10, 2023, 06:41:10 PM
Friends, can you invest your money on an altcoin that have an infinite max supply? I have interest in a altcoin, it have the ability to render RPC service to other crypto project, but the infinite supply is a big turn off for me, do you think it's worth the risk? The name of this project is POKT, Pocket Network.

Yes it is very risky in my opinion. Maximum supply is made so that there is no price collapse due to the influence of supply and demand. If that coin has unlimited supply, what happens to the price of that coin? I don't think people will invest in a project like that.
