Bitcoin is going to 500 by the end of week  And i think there are 2 solutions when block reward is halved, it will reach 1000$ or it will die...i dont see profitability of mining half reward for same $ with harder dificulty..maybe china have cheap electricity  I am pretty sure it will be over $500 before this year. And most of your answers seem to agree. By looking to the trading charts you can see that there is a huge support. it is definitly going to hit $500 500/550 is doable, But nothing fancy like 800 or 1000 dollars i read in the other threads. @ best we can see the price go up and stabilize without going back again. my prediction is $500-600 at most this year, if there is only halving in the cards. In case we have some interesting fundamental developments then, yes, we may talk about higher prices. But based on halving alone, no way. Price has make some nice steps. Now we are waiting for to break out to 500. Yes in trading you can earn more bitcoin with that but you need strategy and proper research and good monitoring if your newbie to avoid loss of money. Me? I do have a day job and I consider bitcoin as my side job. I don't want to lose that another source of income just because bitcoin is awesome.
It depends if I have stable earning here than my work, i will resign, but if i can do it everyday this two jobs why i resign? Its more income if you have many jobs, if you cant :/ , just resign . BUT me i think i can do it Doing both the things in always good, it will multiply your income which can be helpful in future, only depending on bitcoin is not recommended as the future of bitcoin in unpredictable. Yes indulging on those two is very good you can earn two income with that and just treat bitcoin as side income because we dont know what might happen for bitcoin in future. And for quiting job to do full time in bitcoin i think its very bad idea but if you earn big and have a company involves in bitcoin well why not. Bitcoin is the best option at present to invest. But I feel that if you are looking for long term investment then Gold and Stocks are also better options. Just Own it And Forget it Don't hesitate even if the prices are going down and stocks you can sell at any point of time when you think that you are earning a good profit out of it. Investing in gold and bitcoin is always good, as the future of both seems to be very positive which can give us best returns on our investments. Gold investment is very good it is long term investment and the price of it is rising yearly because of its preciousness and i think for years to come gold can be harder to find by miners and that can affect for its price. And in bitcoin investment you can do short term to earn because long tern might turn scam . No, I never tried to spend bitcoins on real life, 'm only using it for online activities. In real life I prefer use Euros, because in my country aren't many places where to spend bitcoins.
I think most countries are still rarely about accepting bitcoin as a payment at the store. like in my country exists only in 1-3 cities. Yeah in majority of countries we don't find many shops that accpets bitcoin as a payment method yet, so spending in real life at a moment is bit complicated and difficult. |

If I have 7 btc then I will surely prefer to hold till the halving, as if I go for gambling then I am sure I am gonna loose everything and that would be the worst feeling.
I do not like gambling but if price rises I do not like to sell all of my bitcoin and only I may sell some of it. Yeah even if you buy, buy it in small parts and if you sell same goes with it, as we never know what will be the price in coming days, so its always better to deal in small portion. |

I play online poker professionally and either gamble in bitcoin or gamble in USD and then cash out in bitcoin.
Earning a living with Bitcoins is almost impossible with gambling for me as you can not surely earn, even managed some profits but I think not enough to make a living. Or unless you have some highly specialized skill to play with gambling. I then use bitcoin for grocery (whole foods) and traveling (airlines and hotels). I love bitcoin

I think the bitcoin will be good this year and not in 2017 plus what others are already saying its to early to talk about 2017 in my eyes they are right about that fact to be honest.
