381  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 04:15:18 PM
investing in bitcoin is very unique way to growing our money, because bitcoin have very unstable price, if we can invest at right time and close our investment in right time too, we can get more profti than invest at gold or home stay.

Investing money in bitcoins is really a good investment to make, but on other hand investing bitcoin online is very risky as there are not many places whom we can trust.

Specially wallet exchanges and the possibility of a hacked bitcoin. There is so many risk but it is the same with keeping a gold or wearing it. The risk of a thief robbing you and might also kill the person and the risk that your house will be trespassed by some bad people. Same with banks.

That's true and I don't believe in investing my coins anywhere, instead I will prefer to keep in my hands by holding them as that is the safe way to earn profits in future.
382  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: August 22, 2016, 04:13:13 PM
It depends of what you are mine if you are nmining a coin that its very low and its new better to save it for a long time and sell it when the price of altcoin is high. .this is the best i think to do..

I mine the Ethereum Classic when it is more profitable. But I sell it as soon as I can. When I mine the ETH, I keep it a bit longer.

I did similar. The Etheruem Classic is too risky. The DAO hacker's ETC is an overhang. The Ethereum Foundation's ETC could also be dumped.
Then I will wait until it starts to dump, so I can buy more ETC then. I believe it will be a good investment if that will happen as I have notice in the past it is the trend of ETH and could also be the trend of ETC, buy when the price is low as it will easily rise.

Price of ETC is stable since last few days, and that is a positive indication that price will rise in coming days, so I think this is the best time to invest in ETC.
I would still not agree with you, my own prediction is that ETC and ETH will only increase next month as this month is the ghost month for the chinese and they are pulling their investments.

So if you are sure that it will increase in next month then what's wrong in investing at this stage? Or you are waiting for major dump in ETC price? I don't think it will happen.
383  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: August 22, 2016, 04:11:24 PM
yes it is a fact, if the price of bitcoin become stable it will remain popular and its popularity will increase too much, more people will invest their money in bitcoin and they will use bitcoin for transaction purpose also,

If the bitcoin is stable, more people will use it as a currency, and the price will rise gradually. But traders might not like it.

Yeah traders will seriously not like to see the stable price of bitcoins as it will take away the advantage of making quick profits that they are making with price fluctuations.
384  Economy / Economics / Re: I'm not gonna sell any coin. on: August 22, 2016, 04:08:57 PM
Im investing small ammounts of bitcoin into some altcoins that i believe are under the real value, soo i will hold them till end the year atleast and then i will think what i will do if sell or wait a bit more, usually the savings returns good profits and almost without risk.

Holding it till the end of the year is a good thing to do as everyone is expecting higher price in the end of the  year so if we sell at that point that it can be really profitable.

What is your assurance then that holding it till the end of the year will give you good returns? Yes there are really lots of expectation but expectation alone will not make the bitcoin price increase. That's not how bitcoin price works for a higher price.

What if there are really big fluctuations of price increase months before the end of the year? Will you just watched it?

Its his money if he believes in holding it for long term then you cannot force him for anything, he can take decision according to his choice, if he wants to hold he will hold or else sell, no big deal.
385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cyrpto vs Fiat on: August 22, 2016, 04:06:00 PM
I don't know if this thread has been created before, but I would like to know your opinion on Cryptocurrency versus Fiat.

If you could tell me why too. What are the benefit of each?  Smiley

I actually choose both of them. I earn money from crypto because the income I get is higher than income of job I can get here (teaching).

in the other side I still need fiat to buy needs because not many shops accept bitcoin as payment here in my country.

so why don't have both?  Grin

That's right, its better to use both of them and grab the benefits from both, fiat is very convenient to use at offline stores while bitcoin can take care of online transactions.

if it should choose or use, it would have to use both. but for me if as an investment and grow, Cyrpto easier and more profitable.

Yup crypto is really good as an investment as it helps in growing your investment over a  period of time and it can also give best returns in quick time.
386  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 22, 2016, 04:03:49 PM
it is hard to make bitcoin disappear right now. BItcoin is getting more and more popular and its price is increasing day by day. I have seen many people use bitcoin to buy stuff, pay bill, tax. And although my government ignore bitcoin as a currency, i always believe that one day, they will accept it Smiley

Yes, because now bitcoin is going very well, so in this time, we don't think that bitcoin can disappear. But one think is that if bitcoin disappear, so most of other crypto currencies are here we should use it, and may be bitcoin will be come on other crypto currency. But we will face the lose if bitcoin die. But now i don't think that bitcoin die, i am certain that bitcoin has a bright future.

You are very diplomatic in your thoughts, and I think bitcoin is still in its primary stage and it will grow more in future so I don't think there is any scope for bitcoin to disappear.

Everyone have a right to speak their own opinions. The thread is belong to DISAPPEAR, so if i explain about it so i am Diplomatic person?
Sir you should read my post once again, i explain it both sides.
You don't seem to understand what 'diplomatic' means, and I don't very much have the obligation to explain.
However, what you said is right. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

If I were to to answer the thread title, since it's a yes or no question, I'm saying yes. Bitcoin can very well disappear and we all know that. I don't know the reason, I don't know when, I don't know who's fault, I don't know how, but it CAN.

Agreed it can disappear in future but again there is a confusion between yes and no, as no one knows what will happen in future, may be or may not be.
387  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 22, 2016, 04:01:08 PM
i will buy so many if it ever happened as i believe it will pick up again in the future

First of all there are very chance that bitcoin will drop to $1 level in future and if you are dreaming of buying at that low price then you are seriously wasting your time as that day will never come.
388  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 22, 2016, 03:57:50 PM
Do you use bitcoin as currency? Or you use bitcoin as investment? Or both?
I use bitcoin as currency and i never sell my bitcoin, but i prefer to use bitcoin when price is rising Grin

So, how about you?

Both of them, like 65.6% of others here. But every time I spend my coins I know that a year from now I would be able to buy more with the same amount. The thing is you need to buy things to live and if you don't have enough fiat you use Bitcoins. What else can you do?
I think bitcoin is not good enough and the support to be used as currency or payment method for this time? I think although there are some stores that accept bitcoin but that only a small fraction? we need the ease of transacting. maybe I will be using bitcoin as a currency. when bitcoin accepted by many customers

Yeah and I think it will take long time for that to happen, as bitcoin is not too popular in many countries and it is not accepted everywhere at a moment, but in future things will change.
Yes I'm sure the future will bitcoin accepted in many places. But bitcoin will remain more suitable for investment as prices tend to fluctuate. I believe the future will be very beneficial if we invest with bitcoin

Yes bitcoin can give us great profits in quick time, and I think this is the best time to invest in bitcoins as price is relatively low and it has an potential to rise in future.

if you want to earn huge profits in a short time it is in altcoin, while bitcoin always takes a long time to get a huge advantage. because the price is stable and can sometimes take a long time to rise to the high price.

Yeah altcoin is an hot market at a moment and if you really want to make it quick then I think you should invest in altcoin as if luck favors you then you can make huge profits even in a single day.
389  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: August 22, 2016, 03:55:59 PM
If I have 10 btc then I will open a coffee shop with it and will also accept payment in bitcoins, that will eventually help people to get aware about bitcoins.
to me that is a good decision, through this people will get awareness about bitcoin they will also invest their money in bitcoin through this way the bitcoin users will increase and thus your fee business will also become profitable, i my self going to invest bitcoin in opening a currency exchange in our local area where i will also accept and exchange of bitcoin.

That's great and as an existing  users of bitcoin I think we should take initiative in spreading bitcoin to the people around us which will surely contribute to the higher adoption level.

how about open bitcoin vending machine ? like coca-cola vending machine or other drink ?
we can use mall as strategis place to make bitcoin more familiar, i think with 10btc we can have 2-3 pcs of vending machine.

That's a great idea but only thing comes to my mind is if people around us are not aware about the basics of bitcoin then how can we expect them to spend, and as business owner we also want some traffic to earn some profits.

a good idea, but there are still many people who do not know about bitcoin. so it will be a problem for you. may be difficult to be profitable if not many people are interested.

Yes that is a major concern and you can afford to start a business only if people around you are aware about bitcoins and they should also be an active spender.
390  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 03:53:41 PM
Hello,

Where do you use bitcoins? First i buy food, medicine, bills

I used my bitcoin in some purposes, i invested to hyip, doubler site, gambling, online shopping, buy gadgets, buy foods, send money to loveones , and spend on my daily mobile load. Sometime if i dont have cash then i go to the point of withdrawing my bitcoin so that i have money to spend on my expenses. That is my daily routines of bitcoins in my life.

really bad using bitcoin to invest in HYIP or doubler sites. it's up to you because it is your money. but I just suggest to other users, it is better not to use bitcoin for investing in HYIP and doubler site.

Yeah and in real life there is nothing like doubling bitcoins, and you can double it only if you double your efforts, never expect easy and quick money as it will never happen.
391  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin worth to you or not... on: August 18, 2016, 12:12:32 PM
Bitcoin will stay as worth it because it will never worthless because more adoption will come in bitcoin and more company will accept bitcoin as payment so that we can spend bitcoin more in the future.
Cryptocurrency may likely be the currency for internal use or even as a means of sale on the stock exchange as a commodity. You can earn with bitcoin, and it's true. But whether it will be stable? Nobody knows.

We will never now but what we can do is investigate bitcoin to see if if has a chance. My guess it has a chance to survive.
Which makes me believe in bitcoin.

Of course it will survive in future and bitcoin is not that weaker currency that will disappear easily, and it will be much stronger currency in future and I have total faith in it.

I also hope bitcoin can survive for the long time, because bitcoin is really worth to me and i can earn money from bitcoin to pay my college. I can't go to college without bitcoin.
Bitcoin is an blessing for the students who have started to earn at this stage, as it serves as an pocket money for them and they don't have to depend on their parents for their expenses.
392  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: August 18, 2016, 12:10:03 PM
Only trust in bitcoin if you understand bitcoin and see the benefits of bitcoin towards other, more traditional payment ways.
Then you can believe and invest with peace.

We all are here only because we believe in bitcoins and we are sure that it will reach to new heights in future and giving us an opportunity to earn lots of money from it.

Yes we are not here if we are not going to believe bitcoins. And you are a true bitcoin believer if you are holding some of it today. Because you believe that you know that the price of bitcoin is going to increase for the next months. And we are not going to lost anything if we are going to believe bitcoins so that you can enjoy its services.
If we believe in bitcoin we have a great profit when it succeed in the future but if it will fail then we can always lose our money. That is just how simple it is, everything is a gamble in investment but we can get the best chance if we we believe and we study the market.

There is no need to believe in anything. If it is useful and innovative, just use it. The bitcoin price dropped quite a lot in the last few weeks. I think that is because that people are more interested in the more innovative altcoins.

Getting profits from altcoin is temporary and bitcoin is permanent, once people goes through negative profits from altcoin I am sure they will again switch to bitcoins.
393  Economy / Economics / Re: How many Bitcoin do you have saved? on: August 18, 2016, 12:08:03 PM
I have saved 3 btc so far and now I am planning to invest some of them in altcoin trading, as there is a good chance for me to grow my coins with altcoin so I am studying the market at a moment.

You are doing a very good step to do Alt coin trading, it really good, actually in this way you get more information about crypto currencies and get knowledge about online trading. I realize it is a awareness way for all crypto currencies.

Altcoin trading is a very good way on  making your bitcoins grow on certain amounts but dont forget  on the risk involved on it and its possible to lose  some coins or money you have  instead of gaining some. Before you jump into trading  just be sure you are knowledgeable enough and well informed about the market and the news in cryptos so that you would have an idea which coins would you buy.

Yup without holding the knowledge of crypto it will be very risky to invest money into it as there is a possibility that you may choose wrong coin which will result in loss.

saving bitcoin is the very secured type of investment. you won't worry about dumping of price because it's price is constantly increasing each your.
investing in differen alt coins out there is risky for a user that don't have any knowledge about crypto, but you can have a big profit if you are wise
on choosing and investing in a coin that have a lot of potential to boom

You cannot expect to have higher profits if you don't have an ability to take risks, alt coin trading is very risky but if your luck clicks then you can make good profits in no time.
394  Economy / Speculation / Re: I will not Die Untill Bitcoin will reach at Least 50K on: August 18, 2016, 12:06:09 PM
Seems a bit too insane to every occur, the market will stick around what it is at and float at, lets say 550-610 range for the next couple months.

Only time can tell!

Bitcoin can achieve that price some day in future but no one knows when that exactly time will come, and no one is hoping to see that price and will be satisfied even if it touches $2k in future.
395  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: August 18, 2016, 12:02:22 PM
Without fiat we cannot transact easily online

but.. but.. bitcorn is designed for that.
how could fiat be easier?
well i guess he's talking about credit card or debit card which is nowaday still better for buying things online because it doesn't need confirmation or what else, but it's still lack of security, once people known his credit card data, then probably the credit card will be used for illegal activities

Yeah that is an major issue with credit card, it lacks security features as its very easy to get the details of credit and it can be used by third party for fraud transactions.
396  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 18, 2016, 11:58:22 AM
if that will happen i will buy bitcoin as many as i can. because i think all or maybe many of us has same mindset like me

It will not gonna happen and if it will happen that bitcoin is dropped to 1$ then it will so many years to reach amount that is going today. i am right ?
And if it will drop to 1$ then no one can invest in bitcoin because no one is investing money from where you get profit after few years. People invest money from where they get profit within 2-3 months.

Yup majority of people keeps on saying that they will buy maximum number of coins if price falls to $1, but I really don't think that people will buy as they will surely get panic if they see that price in future.
397  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: August 18, 2016, 11:55:40 AM
i use my bitcoins to help me buy extra things. so i can focus on the priorities of my life with the fiat currency and buying whatever goods i want from btc

Yes bitcoin is helping us in earning extra money from it which can be used to spend on daily stuffs, and in that way you can also save your salary for future, basically its adding value to our wealth.
398  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: August 18, 2016, 11:51:03 AM
My biggest wish i could buy a big house to my whole family and the second is i want many bitcoins, so i don't need to scare about lossing money on gambling, because i am a gambler.
I sure you will reach your dream of buying a house for a long time because you're doing a gambler and me sure sometimes your capital just exhaust in gambling, maybe better for starting decreasing you are addicted to gambling to reaching your dream faster. but not closing the possibilities if you get luck in gambling you can win a large of the amount of gambling bad it's just a little percentage and not better for this time.

What's the use of building a house with the money from gambling, even if he builds a home he won't be having  feeling of satisfaction as it is not earned in honest way and with hard work.
399  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my signature campaign earnings ? on: August 18, 2016, 11:48:49 AM
We have the same earnings per week since we are on the same campaign .
But as for me I am keeping my hard earned bitcoin in my wallet. I am not into gambling because I have no luck on gamble and I do believe that in gambling it could lose all your bitcoin in an instant. So I am keeping them instead of losing them.

I am with the same ranking as you, as well. I've been into gambling long ago but now I've stopped.
I realized that I lose most of the time. How much would I have lose if I continue to gamble.
So I agree with you.

Its really good to see that you have stopped gambling, and I think you should save those earning for future as price will be higher so the coins you save now will hold higher value.
And keep in mind , you better to do collect and save . You can deposit your money into trading and you can keep the rest of your bitcoin.
As the coin right now is profitable i think , and you can get a good return from it. Just don't hold your bitcoin in your wallet forever.

Exactly, its better to make efforts to increase the number of coins in wallet instead of just keeping it unused and trading allows us to do that in quick time.
400  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin down to 500? on: August 17, 2016, 11:50:49 AM
Nothing is crashing , just keep calm and HODL. Price is pretty much stable in the last few days/weeks , the crash was more than likely caused by the Bitfinex hack in the first place (like the first hack) so we take time some time to recover.

Yeah it will take some time to recover and regain its position so I think we should also take some rest at a moment and keep on watching price movements.
