The only problem with the name is that it's hard to Google and get information on it. It also reminds me of a game I used to play back in like 96 called Descent. Assume ICO will be 70M DCT. It is the base for calculations and it corresponds 70% of distributed DCT.
Then other 30%, i.e. 30M DCT will be dedicated to mining rewards.

Additionally there will be 10% DCT for the DECENT Foundation and 2% DCT for the Investment Fund. Relatively ICO bulk absolute amounts are 10M DCT and 2M DCT respectively.

Plus there are fixed amounts 1M DCT for the Bounty program and 3M DCT for Pre-software marketing.
