10423  Other / Off-topic / Re: how much coffee do you drink? on: January 12, 2015, 08:51:25 PM
This varies, there are days that I don't drink and and there are days that I drink a lot. I'm addicted to it, it is just good.
Why are you limited to 2 cups?

It depends mostly on my work.
If I have to work overnight, i can drink 1 liter of coffee maybe Smiley
If at home, maybe 2-3 coups per day.
10424  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: January 11, 2015, 02:21:08 PM
PTC's are shit!!
Otherwise through coding skills by Freelancing and Bitcoin.

Not if you know what are you doing, have good referrals and some money to invest.
I have very good profit from PTC programs.
10425  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are cryptocurrencies the future? on: January 11, 2015, 02:16:13 PM
I can mention at least a few reasons.

Decentralization.
Bitcoin is anonymous.
Online security.
Get rid from banks:)
10426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitHalo : "PayPal and Western Union: You’ve Been Warned" on: January 11, 2015, 02:12:26 PM
Paypal can integrate with BTC, so it is not a threat to Paypal.

I don't agree on this point to be honest , Bitcoin is self is a threat for Paypal , people keep leaving Paypal and joining Bitcoin world just because of that Chargebacks bullshit & getting Limited accounts with no good reason  Roll Eyes

I'm not sure if this is true.
From business viewpoint, if you offer just BTC as payment, you will not attract many buyers.
Paypal is still ''must have'' payment option and mainstream.
BTC is still not close to this status.
Hopefully, this will change over time and BTC will replace paypal eventually, but I don't think that this will happened any rime soon.
At this moment, bTC is not a threat for Paypal.

Interesantno stivo.

10429  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp back up and all has returned to normal. Will the media cover this too? on: January 10, 2015, 12:03:51 PM
Lol. CEO just said they build a whole new backend system from scratch in just 5 days? I believe I will cash out the small balance I still had in there and wait for a fer months before dealing with them again.

I agree with you.
In fact, I don't know if I will be ever able to trust them again.
transfer money online really became scary business lately and little bit stressful Smiley
10430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could the bitcoin community start its own bank? on: January 10, 2015, 11:59:41 AM
If I understand well, main idea behind bitcoin is, in fact, decentralization.
If we want own bitcoin bank, we will have to cooperate with other banks, country low, employ people, have central regulations etc.
I can't see how bitcoin can adapt to it and still remain the same.
10431  Other / Off-topic / Re: what most beautiful woman in the world ? on: January 09, 2015, 08:32:51 PM
Every woman is beautiful in its own way!

I agree with this 100 %
also, we shouldn't look just external beauty but also internal, hearth and mind
For me, the most beautiful woman in the world is my wife Smiley
10432  Other / Off-topic / Re: When bitcoin goes up ... on: January 09, 2015, 08:27:59 PM
Don't quit your day job.

This is the best advice you will get here.
Don't count so much on bitcoin, don't give up real life and certainly, don't invest here money you can't afford to loose.
10433  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you earn money online? on: January 09, 2015, 08:25:49 PM
Ponzis are actually a great way to make money if you know what your dealing with. Get in early and dont be greedy and you can make a large profit. Ponzis have to close sometimes and the luck is in guessing when that will happen. If a ponzi opens today, invest, and it will probably not close the day or next.

This is really very risky and I will not advice it.
It's really become very hard recently to earn any money in HYIP programs, they close very quickly so ussually very few people have chance to earn any money here.
If you don't know what are you doing or don't have experience, avoid this.
10434  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Bakić: Bitcoin i zlato on: January 08, 2015, 04:34:56 PM
Zadnji članak našeg najpoznatijeg privatnog ulagača na hrvatskoj burzi, Nenada Bakića, na temu Bitcoina:
http://eclectica.hr/2015/01/08/bitcoin-i-zlato/
Njegov prethodni članak o Bitcoinu možete pogledati ovdje: http://eclectica.hr/2013/11/30/bitcoin-2/

Što možete o ovim Bakićevim člancima o bitcoinu?
Slažete li se s njim?
10435  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Bitstamp on: January 08, 2015, 02:52:28 PM

10436  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you get to work or school? on: January 08, 2015, 02:45:42 PM
I'm very lucky that my work is very near from my home.
By walking Smiley
10437  Other / Off-topic / Re: Good ways to make money on this forum on: January 08, 2015, 02:39:36 PM
As many people already told you- join signature campaign but please be careful.
Not every signature campaign will pay you, some can even SCAM you.
Don't join new signature campaigns, without payment proof or good feedback from users.
10438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who's brave/stupid enough to invest their life savings into Bitcoin? on: January 08, 2015, 02:30:33 PM
The guy that posted the reddit story about turning his savings into coins after losing his job is famous but I doubt it he is still on the bitcoin bandwagon and probably converted most of it into fiat.

If he converted anytime after like December of 2013 he lost tons of money.  That hopefully isn't the case and he got tons of money but I don't know the actual story.

You never know what really happened (I hope that this guy earned good money).
It seems that people who joined early and cash out early, made huge profit but people who joined later and waited, now don't have any profit.
Of course, this can change if bitcoin start to rise again this year, but I doubt that it will be possible to earn so good money with BTC as early adopters could in the begging.
10439  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp will easily recover from this hack on: January 08, 2015, 02:15:23 PM
They may be big but not big enough to recover from a 5.2 million loss (if it was a real hack )

customer trust will be non-existant after this so even if they worked for free
for the next few years (which they probably wont or cant )  the fees would be so low it would take forever to recover this loss

(if they cant protect their own coins/money  ,im not trusting them to protect mine etc  )

communication has been pretty bad apart from the odd tweet telling people not to worry when we need a bit more than that
they wont even comment on the exact total of coins in storage etc

far easier to claim bankrupt ,blame the hacker and retire with the loot (if they have it )

or open again under a different name and start again fresh and free from debts and obligations

I agree with you.
They lost their credibility in the bitcoin world and credibility is everything in money business!
They may have no other choice but to start again, under new name or as completely different company.
