Yes, this enables scams in variety of ways. I have lost money on ebay buyers trough Paypal which make claims and win automatically. Also recently i had a situation when PayPal just reversed 3 different payments to buyers without any reason! ( 3 countries and 3 different dates) They were shipped and tracking was added.

In this scenario buyers are not protected at all thus it wont work . Escrow is needed in some way.

Right now we are again below 10000$ mark and slowly going down.

it is very hard to predict some analysts insist that we are going completely down.
Others are saying that this is just another correction and more violaty to come.

This is definitely price speculation topic.
But nevertheless, if we will go up instead of down , we will do 40-50k.

I think that it is way to early to panic.

Wait a few months then we wil have the real picture.

The chances are that we will start the meteoric rise once again after few months.

Yes, it has been some time.
But this is not something over the top situation which could be described as "unbelievable". Look at other campaigns which have not paid their bounty hunters for 2 or 3 months .
Example- UTRUST and CENTRA tech-twitter campaign.

Utrust paid the bounties but not Centra tech. I hope PundiX pay its participants on time.

i any case the point was that other campaigns has had much longer wait till the distribution.

First of all telegram iCO is a SCAM, there is no official telegram iCO.

I have to agree on this, in order to see good movement in lats, btc sould be stabile.

Right now situation seems to be a bit scary. Because as soon as BTC tapped 12k, everyone run like crazy. If it wont be scary it is funny!

We just got out from the biggest correction we have seen in long time.

I believe that we will get there and will blast right throw it , but in my opinion it will happen in next 2-3 months.

Telegram founder has tweeted that it is a complete scam,check hes tweets.
Nevertheless i can bet that they will manage to scam a ton of people. Sad.
