Earn bitcoin or Fiat is the same thing.
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Give me your best sales pitch why I should buy your PoS coin. on: December 28, 2014, 04:28:19 AM
But please don't bore me with long explanations. Your PoS coin should be so good it practically sells itself.
Because pos coin is more secure than POW coin.
When all the bitcoin are mined, there will have no difference between bitcoin and pos coin as nxt.
1066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Do People Believe Bitcoin Will Replace Fiat? on: December 28, 2014, 04:23:51 AM
I don't think Bitcoin Will Replace Fiat, bitcoin will be the complete the fiat.
1067  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altworld is Dead! on: December 28, 2014, 04:21:24 AM
you guys think NXT/NEM will ever be worth anything like what BTC is now?!

highly doubtful imho
NEM is just a clone of nxt, it's worth nothing.
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NXT] The Nxt Technology Tree - Nxt's Sidechains released for testing on: December 28, 2014, 03:50:47 AM
The Nxt Team appears to be quite serious about the coin which is more than I can say for most so it might have some potential.

Very true. Arguably, Nxt has the biggest band of coders developing it. But Nxt is going to require patience.

If you're interested, the all-time chart shows [click the "All button on the Coinmarketcap Nxt page to see it] that 5000 satoshis or lower has been a good entry point. It's near there now.
The  chart shows NXT as a damp and pump coin.

1071  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I doubt we'll ever go mainstream on: December 28, 2014, 03:41:02 AM
Bitcoin itself may not go mainstream, but the blockchain idea definitely will. This is going to be a revolution, and 10 years from now you will be remembering these early days and realize you never expected to work out this way.

I imagine all those using Netscape had no idea what it would be like when Android phones would arrive.
Yes, the most important thing is blockchain idea, whatever bitcoin survive or die, the  blockchain technology will be  survived.

State Duma chief suggests trying US for WWII nuke attacks
http://rt.com/politics/217787-naryshkin-russia-hiroshima-trial/

Quote
The Russian Lower House speaker wants to instigate an international investigation into the 1945 nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the US military – a possible crime against humanity with no statute of limitation.

“Next year we will have the 70th anniversary of the Nuremberg Trial and also the same anniversary of the first and only nuclear bombings of two civilian cities – Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It is not incidental that I mention these events together. I think we should discuss this topic together with lawyers and specialists in international law – for crimes against humanity have no statute of limitation,” Sergey Naryshkin told the presidium of the Russian History Society.

The Russian parliamentary chief recalled that the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were hardly justifiable from the pure military position, as the defeat of Japan was practically decided after the Soviet Army’s victories in Manchuria.

“The nuclear bombing of two peaceful cities was a pure act of intimidation resulting in the deaths of several thousand Japanese civilians. Let us get back to this issue within the next year,” Naryshkin said.

The nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki took place in early August, 1945, and resulted in the deaths of between 150,000 and 250,000 people, most of them civilians. The US authorities said the demonstration of force sped up Japan’s capitulation and prevented a land operation on the island that could have inflicted heavy casualties to the US military. At the same time, the two attacks, especially the Hiroshima bombing, have been repeatedly denounced by the international rights community as fundamentally immoral and violating the spirit of conventions that banned the use of weapons of mass destruction against the enemy’s civilian population.

Japanese officials and international rights activists raise the issue of the bombings to this day, noting that the radioactive fallout damaged Hiroshima and Nagasaki’s children, causing various illnesses in some, and costly medical checks and constant fears for the health of the rest.

There is nothing good for anyone, it's very dangerous.

You can earn bitcoin in many way, usually newbies starts to earn thanks to the faucet. Another way to earn a good quantity of bitcoin is to join in a signature campaign which pays you some rate, or, if you're expert, you can try to trade on the market BTC/USD (Like BTC-e, BitStamp).
good advice its helpfull
thanks for informing us Smiley
For newbie the best way is buy.

1077  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: noob in bitcoin on: December 26, 2014, 12:43:43 PM
Cloud mining is a ponzi scheme but people keep invest because they believe about the promise profit. They wont last long, when they get lot of btc the site will shut down and run away

I heard many times that they are ponzi schemes but nobody ever proved that they are, or atleast give good arguments.

Please clarify, i`m really interested why you think they are ponzi?

I mean if you buy a contract from them, then they buy mining equipment on that money, and they give you a share % of what they earned from mining based on the % of what you invested. Sounds sustainable income to me.

Of course it works only if the BTC price wont fall any more, but it sounds legit to me, please prove that this is not the case.
i am planning to buy some cloud miner . I also want to know why is ponzi schemes.
1078  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why is there so much poverty in Brazil? on: December 26, 2014, 10:50:08 AM
Is it due to the semi fascist government misallocating resources or is it something else? obviously the drug laws do not help which create a problem when there shouldn't be one.

This is a complicated subject, but it is something that I would like hopefully some native Brazilians to tell me, other than my Brazilian family.

Thanks!
Most of country can't be rich as USA.
That's a nature.
