People, stop being impatient, please Smiley. It's in progress. Those "Processing..." are pending because I stopped automatic jobs, because it is already calculating old namecoin blocks.

Tell your servers to hurry! Lazy piece of shitservers!

 Grin

lol its calculating a weeks worth of NMC rewards...
1062  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 16, 2011, 07:41:52 PM
The namecoins that are appearing in my account page are all unconfirmed

Does this mean they are from the last 4 hours and have therefore not been confirmed yet ?

The olders blocks should immediately show up as confirmed I would think

Next question would be when will the older blocks show up ?

it is already processing the older blocks...scroll down on the stats page. Dunno about when they will be confirmed...perhaps once all the processing catches up?
1063  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 16, 2011, 05:29:56 PM
I have a question regarding merged mining.

I have submitted by NMC address (it's: MxycpydXU7NUQt3qA6qxX3ZnS7QsZWsm3L )
few hours ago, and so I got 0.00000000 unconfirmed/confirmed NMC

Settings saved, no problems with BTC mining as usual; I have 0.94 GHash/s and 3 workers if it matters.

accounting isn't 100% finished yet.
1064  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 16, 2011, 01:57:43 AM
Hey everyone --
Slush's website is down for planned maintenance -- does that mean NMC payout coming soon? Smiley

lets hope so! since there is now over 70k in NMC waiting to be paid out. Smiley
1065  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 15, 2011, 02:48:41 PM
wow only 8 blocks away from 60k NMC waiting to be paid out lol gonna be a hell of a payday once slush finishes the accounting/payout aspect of NMC Smiley
1066  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Is DEEPBIT going to offer "merged mining " ? on: October 15, 2011, 02:28:41 AM
This really sucks for the Deepbit miners...
They are now missing out on the low difficulty (23k)...

It will never be this low again...

http://www.bitcoin.cz and some smaller pools offer "merged mining" so I would say: hop over to make a statement.

yeppers and unlike bitcoin.cz some pools even have the nmc part of it working correctly. i.e. www.nmcbit.com   ;p
From what I have tried of them which is everyone of them all but the one already mentioned here and the simplecoin have no problems making payouts of your coins.

whatcha talkin bout. Willis?

I have mined all of them as well. .cz has 0 payout for nmc thus far. And I have not been on simple since nmc so can't speak for there. But for nmcbit.com I can and they have best nmc/btc reporting and lowest stales for me. Payout for NMC and BTC work just fine. Also, just added is option to convert directly from nmc to btc with the click of a button on your user dashboard......

What I am talking about is the slush pool was quick to underhandedly do NMC and has thus far not got off their ass to payout them coins which should be great for the market when them 80k+ coins flood the exchange, the simplecoin well I have had NMC unconfirmed for the past 4 days sitting there rotting.

Yea, rock on. I agree. I thought you were suggesting the opposie was true.

Still best one imho so far is nmcbit. ;p

Deepbit fees with namecoins.
1067  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Merged Mining is here! PPS for NMC and BTC enabled [60+ GHs] on: October 15, 2011, 12:05:24 AM
in the deepbit thread it says nmcbit PPS had a 6.66% fee

now add on the 3% tax to withdraw and your fees are basically the same as deepbit.

3% for prop and 9.99% for PPS

or am i missing something?
1068  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 14, 2011, 05:52:16 PM
the pool has passed the 800 block mark Smiley over 40k mined and waiting to be handed out (minus the fee)

1074  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 14, 2011, 03:15:22 AM
BTW for those who cant connect this is on the website.

1075  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 14, 2011, 03:11:13 AM
and the pool has hit 30k mined NMC Smiley
1076  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Income bonus for using merged mining: 136.55% (Friday, 1:02 UTC) on: October 14, 2011, 02:02:17 AM
you can easily see what the current bonus to merged mining at allchains.info the nmc profit cell so atm its 144% extra btc

so currently if you mine 1 btc at a merged mining pool you should earn 2.44 btc (if you sell the nmc right away)

looks like only 4 days or less at this difficulty.
1077  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [1400 GH/s] Slush's Pool (mining.bitcoin.cz); Now LP&Ntime, NMC merged mining on: October 13, 2011, 09:00:30 PM
only 50 more blocks before the pool has mined 30k NMC lol damn ddos messing up the timetable for nmc accounting Sad
1078  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5000 Gh/s] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop,instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: October 13, 2011, 05:22:18 PM
Let me help you I have my miners going to my test box with cgminer It took me 5 seconds.

If you want deepbit as your primary pool just do this:
Code:
cgminer.exe -o http://deepbit.net:8332 -u username -p password -o http://nmcbit.com:8332 -u username -p password

Once deep bit is online your good to go.  It will take you longer to get upset at people and it will not earn you any coins.
So come over and earn BTC and NMC at the same time, trade the NMC for BTC or save them as namecoins get removed from the system when people buy domain names.

Cheers

Davinci

rock on, m8   Am I reading correctly that NMCbit is merged mining enabled?

Yes it is, was a NMC pool before MMing was enabled.
1079  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [5000 Gh/s] DeepBit.net PPS+Prop,instant payouts, we pay for INVALID BLOCKS too on: October 13, 2011, 04:44:13 PM
Can we seriously get shit going? Looking at the hash rate, Deepbit is Totally offline.
http://bitcoinwatch.com/

Come on over.  We'll make you feel at home while you wait.  rfcpool.com

Most of us dont want to run around our house and reconfigure every fucking miner.
Those of us that dont do that usually have CGminer or something to AutoFallover. Wich i have not yet done.

Whats the point of switching pools during a Mass DDoS? Seriously.

If you have to run around to reconfigure your miners then your doing it wrong Cheesy
1080  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Why do you mine on deepbit? on: October 13, 2011, 01:35:22 PM
I'm really shocked about how many people still mine on deepbit: big fees, no 8-decimal pays, no particular clear interface, no repayment after leaving, risk of deepbit getting more than 50% hash power... with the result it is the most powerful pool.

On the other hand, somebody could think they are using the income in good DDoS-reluctant counter measures, so those disadvantages are a worthy price for security. But the early catastrophe proves this is not true.

That is why I launch the poll, because I'm really curious about the matter of advantages mining in deepbit, even as a backup pool. Feel free to answer here, if your option is not in the poll.

They payout 8 decimals... 3% isn't that big of a fee if you factor in invalids being paid out. The interface is alot easier to figure than some of these smaller pools. And for the most part its a stable pool.
