1061  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: December 31, 2015, 11:03:07 PM
first the main idea is to stop right after a good profit , or not sitting for hours to turn into a loss and getting nothing but disappointment, although we can say that luck is not always on schedule, and maybe once in a lifetime, but it surely need to be said, but not how not to lose , leaving only the silly sludge

Request Gold Payment Tool
Has Officially Launched

We just couldn’t let 2015 end without launching one of our favorite new features for the BitGold platform! The Request Gold Payment tool is now live, allowing users to earn gold onto the network by sending payment requests for their time, labour, goods or services. The BitGold network has already seen millions in secure payments moving between users, this new feature now makes it even easier to manage your secure payments.1

Maybe you’re divvying up a bill for a night on the town, organizing a fundraiser or charity event, or collecting small payments online from around the world; you can now take the foreign out of foreign exchange. We believe that transferring value online should be easy, instant, and secure.

BitGold allows you to send a payment request to other individuals, anywhere in the world – with or without a BitGold account, with the resulting payment settled in gold to your private vault account. At BitGold, we think this is one of the most empowering features we have launched to date, as the payment received can be vaulted securely in the global vault of your choice,2 even outside your local country of residence. Someone working in Greece and parting with their services can be earning gold in Canada, London, Zurich or elsewhere. This tool can help BitGold account holders achieve upward mobility that might otherwise be hindered by localized issues that are exogenous to your own personal journey and value creation.

Simply login to your BitGold Dashboard and select the Request Payment tab to get started. It is as easy as entering the contact name, email address or mobile number and the amount you are requesting.

Once you have sent a Request for Payment the recipient will receive an email which will prompt them to open their BitGold account, if they haven't already, fund their account and complete the payment request. For step-by-step instructions on the Request Gold Payment flow click here.

If you have any questions about the Request Gold Payment Tool please visit our Support Center or contact our Customer Success Team.

1063  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: NEM (XEM) Official Thread - 100% New Code - Easy To Use APIs on: December 31, 2015, 11:01:34 AM
Hi Friends!

What you think about IOTA ? Is this really new technology or this is just nothing?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1216479.0

Thanks.

They are the only two Im invested in. I won't be here pushing a different coin on the NEM thread, but it is truly THE Bitcoin killer. It has REALLY finally come.

So if there is any way the NEM devs can think of a way to collaborate, this would be a wonderful idea.

Maybe use some of their tech, and hook them up with some of your connections?

Maybe not. IDK

But I really love you both.

Anyway, back to NEM

There isn't going to be just one, so my bets are on NEM making it very far regardless.

You will always have my support. I always knew Makoto would strike gold sooner or later, with all the meetings hes been going on for what seems like forever.

Now he found some gold in his pan, so you know what happens next in the story.  Smiley Wink

As far as I remember IOTA stated literally in their first post that it isn't even supposed to be a competitor of BTC. It's directed at a completely different market, a market in which BTC doesn't stand a chance because of it's tech limits. So saying it's THE BTC killer is a tad ignorant imho. No offense.
It's certainly an interesting project though.

You may not agree with my statement, but it doesn't classify as ignorant, no offense taken.

You will find IoT isn't the only thing they're after if you dig a bit deeper.

But regardless I highly appreciate you opinion. Some around here still matter Wink
found interesting ideas are quite interesting and which further need for research on crypto and especially such a subject as the safety and security of personal data, but it is known that the iota can be a membrane, able to bind all crypto among themselves, not to think that competitor, but the addition is quite necessary , though

every corner of the planet will be in touch with a network of crypto, they will understand as it is profitable and convenient, and the world from the stone age go straight to the future
where fintech will come to each house and each able to choose for themselves the importance of and make decisions no longer make to raise their heads up
1065  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA Crowdsale on: December 30, 2015, 03:39:58 PM
when you can buy Iota on the stock exchange?
when the approximate launch platform? is there any news?
1066  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: December 30, 2015, 03:12:06 PM
wait until bitcoin will choose a price and having established the positions will cease to be so with the volatility and the moment comes and the opportunity is large without borders purchases via ATM and use it everywhere for around not only in the computer

the already familiar question for crypto-related cannabis, whether binding in future units per unit of product and in what ratio will this happen, what are the prospects to go this way, is there a justification for such statement of a question, i.e. reference to the product and not to the usual methods that exist in the habitual world ? Thank you and happy new year Canncomunnity!

I dont understand your question. Are asking about the possible pegging of floz to weed?
will be tied 1Floz=1gramm of MJ or binding will occur to the currency such as the us dollar?

Cryptsy, one of the biggest altcoin cryptocurrency exchanges has experienced withdrawal and other problems for a long time. If you are not a complete crypto-novice there is a high probability you have gone through, heard of or read about their strange behaviour towards customers (see here, here, here or here and here). Cointelegraph have sent some questions by e-mail but without any response.

Here are just a few complaints published on forums about a year ago...:

speaking of gambling, we are primarily talking about intimate experience , taking a very delicate notes and affecting the dark depths, which are only the work of one man, only it is concerned, not to say that losing your luck is very easy due to clear reasons or feelings that are very difficult to control, so the company gambling for entertainment , but not for a big risk, we know many examples where this rule does not work and therefore starting disorders and charges of all kadogo, approach to gambling is necessary carefully and everything before that, carefully considered, what will be the consequences of certain decisions and what will be the impact player after the outcome
1071  Economy / Gambling / Re: E-sports under one thread on: December 30, 2015, 11:22:06 AM
to expand and wait for the extension itself and anyway , what is happening and not to expect , but the pressure to organize, the need for measures to accept the need for some more accessible, legal unification and from a single center searching for solutions, I think that some strong associations equivalent in strength you need as of the struggle and the pursuit of excellence and development , but the fact of unification in the structure of the E-Games sounds fun and inspiration to work

An industry survey that covered 150 executives and investors in the banking sector has revealed that Fintech startups are only causing limited disruption to the industry rather than the dramatic, industry-defining shakeup of an ‘Uber Moment’.

A new survey conducted by Autonomous Research has revealed that 14% of banks face a significant threat by Fintech innovations such as bitcoin’s blockchain and similar distributed ledger technologies. Other figures show 44% of 150 investors and banking industry executives believing ‘selected disruption’ in certain sectors while 41% are of the opinion of some startups making an impact while nothing others will have none.

1075  Economy / Gambling / Re: Can we beat a casino by python script ? on: December 29, 2015, 12:38:20 PM
it is believed that to create a bot for gambling is not possible, one that will completely repeat the steps and logic of man, probably for some very narrow areas and specializations outside of some major ways, but how to bring the desired result, the result of the bot's assistant, the insurer ?, from the point of view of independence in gambling, how to beat himself or something
1076  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there any difference between bot and manual betting.? on: December 29, 2015, 12:31:50 PM
some time to use the bot and be some success though but the strategy does not help and in the end the bot to be greedy and profit to be lower than expected, bot the probability, I think, a very positive result to expect there is no need and my conclusion is that the bot no special role to play, but only from the point of view of some personal satisfaction, reasoning or rhetorical reasoning may be something else, though
1077  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin value in the next future 50 years- rubbish or global currency? on: December 29, 2015, 12:24:47 PM
anyway , after being a computer and the more diversity and has everything in a larger number of people and connected by a network and expect to receive the money or something like that and having a goal of money and the cost of any and characteristics of commodity-money relations are imposed , will bitcoin the currency of the world, show up in time, people in search of the usual form and meet already existing form with the same content will have the original intended, but the tools are already created make it easy to manage this process

1079  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PotCoin | GROW WITH US | CRITICAL WALLET UPDATE - POSv | on: December 29, 2015, 10:12:55 AM
Could Potcoin use https://coinomi.com/AddingSupportForANewCurrency/ instead of the "potcoin.js" things as mobile wallet ?? Would that not be easier/cheapier ??

Yes! We currently have "IcePick" from the development team working on the Coinomi integration.  We are also working on a PotWallet mobile application which does not necessitate PotCoinJ.  PotCoinJ is needed for the completion of the stand-alone wallet which so far has been modelled after bitcoin's BreadWallet.

We are all anxiously awaiting a PotCoin mobile application.  If there is anyone who would like to assist with PotCoin Development please e-mail us at support@potcoin.com

PotCoin to continue developing slowly and seem sometimes that the coin is not to resist the fate of many other violas, but joy for the fact that this did not happen. Happy new year!
