1061  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Creators of Dicing 🎲 | 60+ Billion Bets | 113+ BTC Jackpot! on: October 16, 2020, 08:51:37 PM
Playing on primedice

Regular bets I can go for days w/o long losing streaks  as soon as I try applying anything similar to martingale with the same odds I rarely last over 30 mins it is very very strange as i would expect atleast some level of consistency within 10%-20% difference

I know it is provable fair and it is gambling. So it is just my feedback here.
If you are playing on any win chance with martingale strategy, you will bust quickly since you need unlimited bankroll to prevent it from long streak losses which is impossible.
But, that is true that busting happens more frequently than it used to happen earlier like if I am betting 100 satoshi bets and my bankroll is 0.01 then I would fancy myself to bust within 20-30 minutes so I agree with him something is strange because don't get me wrong I understand the bets and results are provably fair and PD is too big a casino to lose their reputation for such amounts but really maybe I am having a bad luck like him.

Sometimes I feel like when I make a new account and make bets I am more lucky and once I have played for a few hours the luck starts fading Grin so I make a new account and start betting with that. Although that doesn't mean I win a lot, I still lose but lesser than if I had bet on single account and chased VIP ranks.
1062  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: October 16, 2020, 05:31:28 PM
Number of coins here is enough I believe, it is already stretched thin across the board and if you add something new, yolodice has to put up all the bankroll until people start bankrolling it themselves, which means a ton of money from yolodice going out for a while, they are known to allow us to be the house and that is why it would be a very painful period for them to be the bank and the casino all the same time, not that it is rare because there are tons of places that bankroll themselves but yolodice allows much much higher max bet which is why a HUGE bankroll is required.

Adding a new coin would make it a bit more difficult and that is why I believe the current system is working so perfectly anyway and that means there shouldn't be a reason to keep it going for more.
1063  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Lamborghini Giveaway! 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: October 16, 2020, 05:07:40 PM
Thanks for the monthly bonus and it was bigger than the expectations this time because I did not wager much and I was not expecting much at all.

I have a small request to stake owners, please can you make a telegram group where we gamblers can talk to each other and discuss things? I know there is sports chat where we can do this but really the English chat is so fast and spammed that it is hard to maintain a single conversation with a friend and having a telegram we can DM them and talk. I miss the time when direct messages were allowed on stake because I had so many friends and I cannot message them now which feels really bad. I really think you should do a poll and you will see everyone wants direct messages to be back and I know some might spam others but they need to get friend request accepted first, right?
1064  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm very worried about my Crypto Trading. on: October 16, 2020, 04:14:55 PM
Learn the logic of trading first. Trading seems simple but difficult. Don't perform surgery before going to medical school. Follow influential that have been in the field for decades, watch YouTube videos on how to minimize risk and trade successfully in any market condition. Don't follow pump and dump group and avoid extra grated price prediction YouTubers
I agree with all the advice you gave but really the one thing I would agree is, watching Youtube videos. I have been watching so many videos and I can frankly tell you that most of the guys giving out advice are doing just plain speculation and some are even paid by token owners to hype their coin and get investors hooked into investing.

I think the best way to learn trading is by losing your own money, yes you read it right. Lose small amounts because if even you trade on a demo account to learn you won't be able to take the same decisions when your real money is involved. Trading is a kind of investment you do in yourself in beginning and with time you develop and then reap rewards.
1065  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I'm very worried about my Crypto Trading. on: October 16, 2020, 02:58:34 PM
First of all relax and understand that what is happening with you has happened with the best traders in the crypto space so there is no need to worry and don't panic at all.

If you want to earn some crypto what you should do, you asked. The answer answer is find jobs in the crypto space like if you are a designer find that kind of jobs or if you have good coding knowledge you can find those.

But if you only want to earn with trading then you have to learn patience and avoid buying useless coins because there are so many shit coins in the market and it is hard for even experienced traders to pick them so you being new it is even hard. I advise you to do day trading with bitcoin's price.

1067  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do they use our computers for CPU mining? on: October 14, 2020, 01:37:39 PM

Technically, NO.

How about performing several tests. Use different browsers and make sure that only a single browser is running at the same time (application process).

Record logs and from there, you can actually conclude if there's something wrong.
Exactly and we can also monitor the use of various resources of the PC when making bets and see if there is any anomaly that exist because if the mining is being actually done then there is a high CPU usage and you can easily check that from the Task Manager (for windows you can press Alt+ Ctrl + Delete and the task manager will open)

I am quite confused why the PC will get slow by betting at all and never happened with me but then I am more a sports betting player and hardly play dice or other quick games so I am not entirely sure. But surely there is no mining happening because there would have been many users complaining about it if there was any such practices being performed by the casino.
1068  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: October 13, 2020, 02:59:48 PM
Actually, it would affect the reputation of the site overall based on how the sportsbook performs. For example, look at Stake. Their sportsbook section is plagued with issues due to which many gamblers primarily visit their site only for their casino games.
That is very true because they have so many problems that a few friends on my telegram said that they are not going to make sports bet anymore on stake and rather chose a better platform because they deposit and get ready to bet on big events and then the site goes down which is really frustrating.

Adding a sportsbook section is probably not that difficult for a heavyweight like Roobet, but building it in such a way that it can directly compete with popular crypto sportsbooks like Cloudbet, Sportsbet is the difficult part.
They just need to combine with odds provider and add it which is not a big issue and talking about being competitive they can always lower the house edge and offer the best odds if they want, I actually think if Roobet launches their sportsbook it would be best by a big margin.

Why would anyone bother with a subpar sportsbook when they could wager in an above average dedicated crypto sportsbook?
Well, because people do not visit different sites for different needs like if I am rolling dice on stake I would usually gamble there for sports too barring downtime.
1069  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question: Is there any websites where I can gamble crypto under 18? on: October 12, 2020, 06:41:10 PM
I don't think there is a licensed crypto gambling site which offers their services to children under 18 years of age. Well, even those unlicensed ones must get the confirmation from their users that they are already at the legal age to gamble.
But a lot of children are ticking that box and start playing because there is no KYC in most casinos so they can play hassle free and though they might be asked to provide KYC later as they play more, in that case they can always give out fake identity proofs or parents identity proofs.

But if you ask me if you can gamble despite your being a minor, yes, of course, you can. Most crypto gambling sites don't require KYC. All you need to do is to tick on the box confirming that you are already 18 years old or above, and there you go, you're in. But you should know you are doing something illegal.
That is exactly what I mean too. The crypto world has actually made things easier but the dark side is that under age users are increasing too because not just gambling but things like porn and other activities which were difficult for them are now easy as they can make payments without being tracked or known and no credit card or paypal is required.
1070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: October 11, 2020, 07:03:55 PM
I can't believe people are elevating Butler so much and not realizing that he is playing against a 35 and almost 36 year old Lebron who is still dominating the whole game. Obviously Butler is a great player and I understand that he played amazingly, especially since Dragic went down he has played a lot better and took a lot more control of the teams offense and considering he plays an amazing defense as well dude gets tired a lot and still plays till the last second.

However this is Lebron we are talking about, dude is super human, he is still the way league goes and I bet that tonight will be different. He will get that ring and once again show the world that how great he is and how he deserves to be called GOAT by some people, I can understand love for another player but never underestimate a player who people compare to Jordan.
1071  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your strategy in taking profit on: October 11, 2020, 01:35:26 PM
My own strategy is that there is no danger in taking small profit along the line when the market is moving in my favour. Greedy always tends to be harmful in any market situation.
That is true and while I sometimes wait for the price to get even higher but that is when I have a good reason to back up my gut feeling. Specially with altcoins like when UNI came to Binance it went from $4 to around $7-8 in a few days and I actually benefited as I bought UNI at a cheaper price and then just waited because I knew such a good project will at least rise once and I sold them around the $6 mark which gave me decent profits. One drawback though was that we cannot trade UNI in decimals so that meant I still have like 0.8 UNI in balance and there is no way to sell them unless I buy 1.2 UNI and then sell them as 2 Grin.

I like the idea of selling the coins at a small profit but if you see there is a chance the rate might go a lot more steeper than you think then just wait out because small profit is nice but having bigger profits is even better and if it starts dropping then just sell it.
1072  Economy / Economics / Re: I lost my job, how about you guys? on: October 10, 2020, 07:08:20 PM
At one moment it was said that USA had 30 million unemployed people, 30 million!! That was peak pandemic and now some are rehiring people and that is why numbers are a bit lower but it is still over 15-20 million which is record in itself, think about how the biggest nation in the whole world economically just broke the record to over 30 million and "it got better" to another record of 20 million, obviously other nations are like that as well.

Wherever you are living, all the companies in the world got affected by this and they stopped with the hiring and they even fired as many people as they need to make a profit, since we didn't had any money to spend to them they didn't made as much profit so they had to fire too many people. I am not sure how this will recover.
1073  Economy / Gambling / Re: List of CRYPTO GAMBLING & BETTING SITES with bonus & promo codes! Site And App on: October 08, 2020, 06:31:14 PM
What kind of innovations would you like to see on our website? How can we improve our website and mobile app?
I haven't tried out the app yet but from the website I do not like the layout and the flashy banners all over. It looks like a paid spot website where all the space is been paid by sponsors and I cannot even properly read about bonuses either.

The user ratings you have on your website also needs to be worked upon because a competitor can easily make fake account and destroy the reputation of the casino and while I am not saying that having bad reviews on your website will bring a very bad image because it is not significant but being the owner of the website it is your responsibility to make sure there is no possible way for anyone to harm another casino's reputation without a proper reason and proofs.
1074  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Favorite gamemodes on: October 07, 2020, 06:20:01 PM
why roullete is a comunity game ? its not a pvp but its usually played single and not live . i play dice the most and afaik dice is single player  . coinflip is a pvp based game but i haven tried and tested it online although im playing the offline version before when i was a kid . pvp games are not in the main scene on this era but the popular are just single player and sometimes live games . why are you askin this question ? you wana do a survey or you wana build your own site based on the most answered games .
Actually there are roulette live game providers if you have visited some casinos and the dealer will spin the wheel live in front of you and a lot of people bet together on each round and hence the OP mentioned roulette as the community game because a lot of people bet on the same spin and everyone wins different based on their wager and numbers they choose.

I actually never feel roulette as a fun game because I heard live dealers use magnets to bring a particular number and make gamblers loose and there are times when dealers are caught cheating in the cards game so I actually prefer to play fair games and also they come at a lower house edge. I now it might be less funny to some people but then it at least ensures you are not getting cheated.
1075  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDT lost during transfer to Coinbase Wallet??? on: October 06, 2020, 02:43:27 PM
Man you just lost 400 USD, that’s a really big amount  Sad. Have you tried this before, why did you send that amount to an exchange when you’re not sure how the exchange works? Every exchange and wallet works differently, and I tell people it’s always best to send USDT to a wallet if it’s stated on exchange that they are accepting that particular token, if it’s not there, then don’t it or you’re going to lose your money. And from what I understood, this is your first time of doing this.

Why didn’t you send a little amount to check if it goes through, and if it does, you can then send the remaining? Now I don’t think you’re getting it back.
1076  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it alright to invest with bitcoin at the current market price? on: October 06, 2020, 12:42:46 PM
There are tons of people who asked the same question to themselves 5 years ago when the price moved from 200 dollars to 1400 dollars and everyone said "do not invest now that it is high" and they waited, did it fall down? Sure it did but look where it is now as well, it is above 10k, so if you invested at 1400 dollars when it peaked in 2014 you could have sold it for 10x profit and we are talking about the days bitcoin becoming very famous as well, by 2014 a lot of people heard of it and wasn't really unknown small thing.

So you are never late, get in right now if you want to and when it becomes 100k you can sell for x10, could it go down meanwhile? Sure it might but it still doesn't change the fact that you could sell it for a lot higher than other people who didn't buy can.
1077  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government figures or politicians supporting Bitcoin? on: October 06, 2020, 11:28:38 AM
Right now there are governments that are not on the side of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, and at the same time there are those of them that are in support of the cryptocurrency and Blockchain tech.

I can’t tell what the future holds for the crypto community, but I’m certain that Blockchain will gain more adoption, there are already lots of companies that are adopting the Blockchain tech around the world and I believe that as time goes on the numbers will go up as the companies continues to see the need for it in what they do. But as for governments, they are likely to create their own cryptocurrency and not adopt Bitcoin.
1078  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: French police arrest terror financing ring that used Bitcoin coupons on: October 06, 2020, 09:23:42 AM
It’s good news that they were caught, but I hate seeing news like this that has something to do with Bitcoin. Maybe some people will not understand it, but this is a very bad news for Bitcoin. If there continues to be news like this, the government might be prompted to start declaring Bitcoin illegal and you know what that means for cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin is a good technology, but some people are hell-bent on destroying everything by misusing it for the wrong purposes. I’m always happy when these evil people are caught by the government and punished for their crimes, but at the same time I am sad that they are using Bitcoin for all these crimes.
1079  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: DEX : How to survive token price on launching on: October 05, 2020, 08:11:38 PM
Today i request you all to give your inputs on
what features should be there in a DEX so that the price of a token does not crash on day of launching and how it can sustain momentum.
The reason why the price of any token would drop once it’s launched is because there are always lots of investors that are ready to sell their token once the project goes live, and once these people start selling their share, the market begins to fall.

So, what the team has to do is to work hard in promoting their platform and also focus on building a platform that is better than others, something that can attract more investors, so that when some of the investors are leaving, there will also be new investors that are coming , and also for them to be able to retain most of the old investors.
1080  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: bull market and market news its a end of the crypto or whats wrong? on: October 05, 2020, 07:16:14 PM
is cryptocurrency other crash is coming?
or what is the problem that market cant act normally `?

like it was year  2017  when it will work again like 2017`?
The way I see it: the market is not going to crash, even if there should be any crash it’s going to be a small crash and with time it will pick up again. And like I said at first, the price is not going to be crashing , it has been stable at $10,000 and as time goes on there might be an event that will take place and will lead to the price pumping up. I don’t think anyone can tell for now when the price will go up, and we can’t tell how long it’s going to remain this stable.

The state of the crypto market was much better in 2017 but now no one can say when it will be like this again. the demand in the crypto market and the price of currencies are able to rise slightly. Although the crypto market is not stable the market situation is understandable but it doesn't take long for it to go down. the price of the currency can turn the crypto market into a bull market.
The mistake that most people make is that they are always expecting the price of Bitcoin to be going up, when they know for sure that this market is a volatile one, so be ready to expect it go the both ways. It’s not all the time that the price will be going up.
